Just today is damn -10 and I needed 9 volt batteries and some conduit braces. Truck barely started and I had to get through snow to get to the store. I wouldn't even know where to look for anything but the clerk at the store is very aware of where everything is, even to a nerd like me. And she knew I was struggling. One thing about ACE hardware, the people that work there are aces on their own.I feel like the crew here in Rawlins are good people. This is a good, solid store. The prices are a bit higher, but that's ok with me.

The man who mixed my paint was super helpful. He even carried it out to my car for me. The lady at the register was looking at me like I was going to steal something but it's cool. Lol I don't steal. Silly lady.

For a small town, this store stocks a good inventory of most anything you would need for hardware for your home. It is clean, the employees are very helpful and they are open on Sundays.

I've been shopping at this location for over fifteen years, most of that time it was a TRUE VALUE, Since the switch over to ACE the store has improved immensely! They always have what I need on hand and if they don't they will order it for you. Very friendly and helpful staff!

An employee approached fairly quickly to see if I needed help finding anything. The assist was appreciated although we couldn't find exactly what I needed. I asked about the second item on my list and he immediately rounded up what I was looking for. Excellent customer service.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. My project was building a home floor lamp. They had the pieces I needed just not much for selection but is a small town store. I managed to build the lamp and surprise my boyfriend with it!

The store is nice. They have teenagers working there with no customer service. No one willing to help or try to. Maybe if your a local. Would have given more stars.

It's a good store. Conveniently placed in the middle of town. But it kinda sux when you look it up to see if they are open and it says they are then you get there and it's not.

This store is wonderful. So happy to have a large selection of products in our town. You can find everything you're looking for to finish your home projects. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Arian will be missed. The rest of the management in Rawlins is far from perfect. Been having issues for a year with Rawlins ace. And don't plan on doing any more business with them. From no call backs to not honoring management pricing etc. Arian went above and beyond. But now I'm driving 100 miles to another ace hardware location for my ace needs.
