OK first off awesome! I’m a truck driver and I was trying to refill medication for my dog. This is troublesome because I don’t know the area. I called these people and they had what I needed and handled the job quickly. I was able to get in and out Without any wasted time and that is excellent. As I said, I drive a truck over the road. And I was able to get to their facility without any issue, park, and get out safely. Beyond that, the staff was friendly and helpful.

I take my pets to this clinic because I cannot afford the veterinarians in Cheyenne. It is absolutely worth the drive. I am so thankful that there is a business to help my pets that I can afford. The people here are also lovely.

Recommended by a friend, and now I highly recommend this clinic as well! I brought in my cat to have her spayed, and the service was great-friendly, professional, communicative. Not to mention, a better price for a spay than I could find anywhere else. Will definitely be back here for my vet needs—great job, team!

We had the most wonderful experience at Bluffs Vet! They did a phenomenal job with my dog, Sako. We've been to 3 vet clinics over the years, and this place is by far the best! He gets pretty wound up at most vet appointments, but the staff was so kind and truly gave him the best care, and made his surgery a breeze. Everyone we talked to was so patient and informative. Shout out to the ladies up front too, they were sweet as can be and super helpful during the whole process. We can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you for everything!

I dropped my two cats off for a procedure on Monday. I called to check on them at the end of the day and was put on hold for 25 minutes to be re asked what I needed then all I got for a response was there good. Went and picked them up the next day. For them to give me no vaccination records and no receipt. They brought both my cats out in one crate when I had brought them in two separate ones. I took the cats out side and one crate came apart and my cat got lose because they didn’t give me the correct kennel back that had an identifying name on it. When I asked about after care they explained the medication but when I asked about if there activity level needed to be low or keep them locked up for anytime she responded with well they seemed pretty chill here and I don’t know there activity level at home. I work in animal care and would never ever treat people or animals like that. I will never and I would suggest to never take your animals there. Unfortunately I feel as though I don’t even trust what kind of care they received.

My moms dog had to have an eye removed after months of expensive treatments. Every place I called was too expensive. We just couldn’t afford it. She’s a 16 year old Pekingese. Someone referred me here. They did the surgery for a fraction of the cost everyone else quoted me. Honey did great. The Dr’s are absolutely amazing. Moms other dog a 15 year old Pekingese got sick. She couldn’t breathe well. I got off work at 6:00 pm on Saturday. I called the office. The vet waited for us and gave her “the shot”. He let us stay with her as long as we needed to. Very compassionate. I will never take our pets anywhere else.

This was our second visit. They put our 16 year kitty down. They were very nice to us in our bad time. The second visit was just a routine procedure. They were so nice to us again. The price was also a nice surprise.

Very knowledgeable kind and caring people that listen to you and your concerns. And you will receive the same compassion and empathy every single time you go back no matter the reason. Bottom line is they are an amazing place to be able to take your pets or livestock.

I was impressed by the remodeling that has occurred in the last 13 years. The facility was very clean, including the kennels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I met Mrs. Vetter, the groomer. A beautiful person and very helpful.

Small town feel. Staff was personable and the vet took time to explain the x rays and what they had done with our collie. They voluntarily helped to get him loaded on the truck which I really appreciated!

I would highly recommend the vets here. My dog has had to 2 surgeries in the last 1 1/2 year . The vet calls me and checks on my Roscoe and answer all my questions in person and by phone. My Roscoe hates to go to vets but loves he likes all the wonderful personnel. Everyone in the office !.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Kremke and the rest of the staff at this clinic.My almost 30 year old mare had a freak accident that resulted in a severe injury about a week ago. Dr kremke did an amazing job at keeping me calm, I was really freaked out and scared. He did a great job stitching her up and walking me through everything he was doing and why he was doing it.She is not out of the woods yet, but He lets me text him with questions and pictures and even checks in on his days off.It is so comforting to know that I have found a really good vet like Dr. Kremke, I would recommend him to anyone in need of a vet.

I have used them for years. They have been there for my animals from regular health checks to emergencies at all hours. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Office help are awesome too.
