Yes the Family dollar store in Grey bull leaves a lot to be desired. The Manager Donny, is rude and makes little quip remarks and walks away. Other assistant Manager's will laugh in your face. The funny thing with me. I worked in Bail Bonds. and I know how to do a back ground check. I have NO problem with posting the truth and there past for all to see. Family Dollar Corporation You need to do better Back Ground checks on your employee's.

Sometimes I cannot get what I am looking for and sometimes the prices, I feel, are a bit high. The friendliness of the store, in Greybull, could be stepped up a lot. I get friendlier service at the local grocery store and convenience stores. Over all, though, shopping at Family Dollar is not bad and they do have a great variety. I do wish they would get in some fresh fruits and vegetables and less expensive bread .

I went to this store, workers were very rude to me. They had a product I needed in stock, and refused to sell it to me. It makes me wonder if they were discriminating against me for the way I look. Manager wouldn't even come out to talk to me when I requested them to. A couple friends of mine also went in, and did talk to the manager, they have no common courtesy, and very poor customer service.

Great prices and busy I had to wait a few min for help getting something off the top shelf but I think that's because it was shop small Saturday and they were busy. The staff is friendly and they had everything I needed at a great price.

Very poor customer service! The cashiers and manager were all rude and inconsiderate to say the least!! New staff would be HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by myself as well as others I know who have been treated with little to no common courtesy!!!!!

This is always a good place to shop. They have a little bit of everything and they are open until 9pm. If I'm honest I'm probably in there every day and sometimes multiple times a day.
