Visited here while passing through on a road trip. I’m so glad we stopped! This museum was so charming and cool to see. Everyone was super friendly. My mom and I were given a personal tour of each exhibit with detailed explanations of all the fossils. We were even shown a room where volunteers work on cleaning and putting fossils back together that are dug up locally. It really was an amazing experience so if you get the chance to visit I highly recommend doing so!

A hidden gem. What a great little museum. Everyone was so friendly and the personal tour's are fantastic. And getting to go in the lab is something you never get to do at the big museum's.

This place is awesome. The person who gave us a tour, had so much knowledge to share with us. He told us where the bones were discovered, how they are retrieved, and names of persons that donated them to keep in Wyoming. We were also taken in the back room to get a closeup of work being done to remove the dirt around the finds.I highly recommend visiting this museum.

I love dinosaurs, so this was an awesome experience for me. We got a one on one hour from a very knowledgeable gentleman who answered all of my questions! We even got to go into the back room to see what they have recently found and are working on. You don't get this kind of one on one attention at big museums and it was fantastic! It should be a must on your adventure list!

You'll never receive a guided tour like this at any other museum. Instead of reading boring boilerplate placards, you have a volunteer walking you through the exhibit and giving you first-hand details about the artifacts, how/where they were discovered, and the process for cataloging and displaying them. I'm not even that into dinosaurs, but I loved the experience.

Great museum. Nice collection of dinosaur fossils. The tour guides are passionate about dinosaurs and teach you a lot in a short time. There's an active paleontology lab on site you can watch them work on local fossils during your tour. Perfect stop for kids and adults.

Had a great experience with the grandkids. Tour guide was knowledgeable and good with young kids. A lot of exhibits packed into building. We were able to see bones that had been recently brought in from a dig site. Price is affordable. Highly recommend this tour.

The lovely ladies at this museum were the most informative and friendliest staff we've ever met! Our 45 minute tour turned into two plus hours. My husband would have been more than happy to stay another two and a half hours. They were more than happy to answer all of our questions. We left with there knowing that we will definitely return. We look forward to seeing the "Bone Bitties" again.😁

This place was so much fun! It's a small museum but it is packed with significant fossil history. Our tour guide was great fun, she was so incredibly warm and knowledgeable and it was clear that everyone there (it is a volunteer run place, and VERY well run!) has a passion for the fossils and their place in history. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We saw the sign for the dinosaur museum off the freeway and went with very low expectations. This place was FANTASTIC! The people there are very knowledgeable and friendly. The collection is amazing and the perfect size to keep everybody interested. I cannot recommend this museum enough especially for kids or adults that love dinosaurs.

This museum is amazing!!! Very small but lots of information. The woman who gave us the tour was incredibly patient with my boys. One of which can’t stand museums and tends to be a real pain in them. At the end of the tour, they had the chance to go through the lab area and my boys all wanted to keep going. It’s been a few days since we went and my kids have asked me several times now if we could go to another dinosaur museum. They really sparked a huge interest in them! The admission cost is a steal for all the information they give.

Very appealing displays, a good number of fossils being from the surrounding areas. Very interactive, it was a treat to be able to go into the lab and to see how fossils are excavated and cleaned. Definitely would recommend to take an hour off the beaten path to come to this museum.

Wonderful learning experience! ! My four children and I had such a nice time. We were welcomed by the frindly staff and lead on a personal tour. We learned much more interesting facts about the specimens than if we would have walked through by ourselves. Highly recommend taking a look. Very family friendly.

Great place to see dinosaurs and how they where found in the rock not just a finished display. The museum is a bit small and could use more information for someone who knows their dinosaurs but it's not a bad place to visit. The dinosaurs digs offered are a great way to get your hands dirty and see the other side of museum work that you don't often get to see on everyday visits.

Interesting museum of Dinosaur bones. You get an awesome individual tour by one of the personnel that actually works on the discovery. You get to see work in progress. Very educational. I think upper elementary aged up would enjoy. I don't think I would take toddlers or preschool. They would get bored too easily even if they like dinosaurs. This is an educational place.

Take your kids here! Didn't look like much on the outside but inside it was the best and most informative dinosaur place ever! There was a paleontologist on site and gave my boys the best tour plus showed them how they excavate the bones and fossils from the ground and clean them up too! The boys got to pick out a fossil for free to take home and they picked part of the frill from a stegasarous! The best part was it was only 5 dollars for all of us to get in!
