I've spent thousands of dollars here and the last time I came in for parts I was met with indifference and got little to no help. I've never been rude or short with these guys in even the most challenging of situations but when I was in last the guy was short with me and I was leaving with a battery in one hand and 3 coolant jugs in the other and he didn't even help me with the door. You guys lost a loyal customer.

stopped due to tires feeling loose on car a.d my trunk was packed with camping items and I couldn't find my 4 way with so much stuff and a broken ankle. Mason was amazing hecame out the the 4 way and checked all my lug nuts finding just a couple loose. great service and thank u so much mason for your help

They don't have much in stock, the staff isn't very helpful (they used to have one employee that was awesome but haven't seen him the last few times I came in).

I went in and asked to use a code reader and I left my wallet with 200 in my wallet and I bring back the code reader and my money was stolen by one of the employees I do not recommend going in there unless u have to

Employees are clueless and pretend to be knowledgeable. Products are way overpriced. Have had the same experience at multiple locations. I will never shop in an O'reillys store again. One of the employees at the store in douglas even had the nerve to tell me to replace the hinges on my truck door because I "had to slam it to get it to shut". My door shuts fine and no, I didn't slam it. The same employee told my brother that a radiator hose wouldn't work for his truck so he shouldn't buy it. Wouldn't even let him look at it to see if it looked right. It was the part he needed.

I am so glad they have O'Reilly's here, if I need any parts they usually have it, if not they'll get it ordered & you'll get it within 2 days, it sure beats going to Casper.

These people are what make me believe that great people are still around.. Truck broke down carrier bearing blew out of course my truck is c notched and lowerd im on the side of the road call a ride drive into casper as there oreilly auto parts claimed to have 4 in stock and that they for sure had my part well guess what they didnt its now 7pm of course I call douglas as my trucks between the two and they had one problem was they closed at 8pm I called begged them to stay open late so I could drive to douglas and get the part I needed the fella didn't seem to want to but he said I got it pulled for you I made it at 8:02 and the guy welcomes me in and is down right amazing thanks to this guy my night was saved highly recommend

Orileys auto parts is an alright business good customer service and great tool rental services. Also, they have wide selection of parts and if you have to order one in it usually only takes like 2 days. I'd recommend our orileys over napa anyday

Maybe I should give you 5 stars. After all the the heavy set clerk with the short grey hair who drove me out of the store with her rude attitude actually made me go to NAPA to buy the headlamp I needed. I paid $14 at NAPA and O'Reilly's wanted $28.So thank you lady. I won't be back and I'll be sure to tell all the truck drivers in the oil field I work with to go to NAPA as well. Save money and no bad attitude.

Douglas Wy, Orileys is literally the worst parts store on earth. Customer service is a joke. I Ordered ball joints for a 97 Ford F-250, was told “it’ll be here tomorrow”...4 days in a row. The total would’ve came to $89. Finally I checked on Amazon and the parts were shipped to my door the next day. What happened to the old days of visiting the parts store... never..again.
