Came in for the dog wash and it was more than I could’ve asked for. The prices were great. They set up the whole wash and offer many types of soaps for your dogs’ needs. They supplied a variety of brushes and a towel and a blow dryer for the bath. They sanitize and clean all of the supplies after use and keep the areas very clean.Their store offers a wide variety of food and treat products on top of many other things such as slow feeders, bathing supplies, collars, toys, etc.Side bonus: the owner sells home grown beef there for people.Overall experience was a 10/10. Will be returning soon. Thank you to the wonderful staff!

Amazing customer service tonight! I came in right before close and the staff took the time to help me pick out the best food for both of my dogs, introduced me to a program to get a free bag of food after I purchase so many. I’m just in awe of the staff! Fantastic folks! Will be returning again for our food and no longer will order online!

Clean, friendly, and fun! Easier to wash our 100+ pound dog here than at home, for sure. Big wash bays with step stools and swing-open doors were perfect for getting him in; beats lifting him into the tub! They provided us with a wash bucket with shampoo (got to pick out which kind, which was great for our guy with sensitive skin), brushes and scrubbies, towels, and a hair dryer. Great experience.

Self dog wash is excellent!! One raises & lowers so you don't have to bend over! They can trim nails & staff were very friendly & knowledgeable! We scored some great markdowns approaching expiration too!!

Gave my dog a nice spa day at their washing station! They had a lot of options with anti-shedding shampoo, oat shampoo, conditioners, dog colognes etc. Was about $20 for full service.

SUPER friendly knowledgeable staff!Our dog was very anxious about a nail trim. They were so good about accomplishing it. (Our dog pooped on the floor and the staff insisted on cleaning it up!)The self dog wash was easy to use. We will definitely be coming back!

I love this store. They are so helpful! The dog wash facilities are amazing. We groomed our Newfoundland there and she fit, we always got plenty of shampoo, conditioner and time.Their selection of collars and toys are high quality and we prefer to give our business to a family owned store versus a big conglomerate like petco.Highly recommend this store!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! Ally really took her time to explain everything to me since it was our first time there to use the “Spaw” self service wash. And she also did an excellent job on their nails! They have literally everything you could possibly need for grooming and you’re free to use any of it. 10/10 recommend!

I love taking my two dogs here for self bathe. The employees are always so friendly and help when it's needed. There are many options for shampoo and conditioner. There are different brushes too. It is simple to use and the pups enjoy their time here. I am just sad they got rid of their grooming services. Overall a really great place to take your pup in Cheyenne.

Dave was super friendly and helpful with getting me the right type of dog food. He even went so far as to order the dog food I normally buy and get it on the next shipment so my dog won't have to adjust to a new dog food. Great place and friendly, helpful staff! Plus my dog Kiwi got to go in with me and enjoy all the smells!They also have a self service dog wash that I didn't use.

Celease has done a good job grooming my little Jayda most of the time. She always looks pretty good. Update, after a year of grooms, there were 3 bad grooms in a row and a disagreement over the use of my conditioner. So Celease "fired" me as a customer. Not very good customer relations skills.

Their dog food return policy saved us. Our dogs hated a bag of food and we were able to return it and get a different food. Always nice. Good place to wash your dog, and the scale is handy if you have a larger dog you can't weigh at home.

I love this place, they're always amazing with my dog and have great advice on how to care for him. I get nulo dog food here for a decent price and raw dog food to mix together. My dog also gets his nails clipped and takes baths here through self bathe it's always a great experience for both of us.

The staff here are phenomenal! They know their products & can recommend the best choices for your pet - big dog, old cat, picky eater, etc. They only carry the best too.They also have self-washing stations to bathe your pets. Our dogs climb right up the ramps into the tubs & love their baths. Everything is provided so it is super easy & stress-free.

They have literally everything you could imagine for your dog. Big dogs, small dogs, even ugly dogs. They’ll sort you tf out no questions.That’s a lie. They ask questions. They narrow down what you need by doing so. It’s a good thing. Questions are necessary, but not evil.And who’s to say what evil is anyway? Not me!And this place definitely isn’t evil at all, I should know!

I love this place. I go here regularly for grooming and my Shih Tzu always looks great! Self baths are super easy to use and are usually available. Staff is always ready to help if you need something. I needed to change to a new dog food per my vet's suggestion. Owner not only knew what my vet was talking about, but was able to help me find the perfect food to help with my dog's joints. Super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to everyone.

Love the do it yourself dog bath. They provide you everything you need to properly bath your dog. Hit my dogs nails trimmed up as well. The staff was awesome and patient. I highly recommend.

This has got to be hands down the best groomers in all of Cheyenne WY! They were able to take care of my mothers husky without shaving or cutting. They were accommodating, friendly, and very reasonably priced. If you're looking for excellent care for your fur family I wouldn't take them anywhere else. I bring my black lab here for regular baths and have always been so impressed with the cleanliness and availability of high-quality supplies. I love that I don't have to think about anything--aprons, towels, dryers, brushes, shampoo & conditioner (several varieties!!)and even eye/face wash is all included which makes it so much easier to make sure my fur baby is smelling and looking her best. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
