The guy behind the counter was super cool. He even had way more designs than the rest of the stores. The bad part was the shirt that was made was not centered and had stitching coming out. I was disappointed because the shirts are about 10 bucks more than the other stores in town. ehhh what are you going to do it happens.

Genuinely the worst experience I have in a store ever. My 2 friends and I went in here recently and were just looking at jewelry and such. My friend was going to buy a bracelet and so she was holding onto it while still looking around. The lady that works here then came up to the bracelet stand and mumbled something while looking at us and so I asked her what she said and she said nothing but glanced at us so I said "What did you say?" and she said "Are you gonna buy that?" to my friend. We were all confused and my friend held up the bracelet and obviously said yes because why would we steal from a small business? The bracelet was $5, nothing worth stealing especially for the bad quality. The worker lady then started to accuse my friend saying my friend had the bracelet in her pocket. My friend said she wasn't going to steal it and would buy it right now. The lady continuously said my friend was going to steal it so my friend handed the lady the bracelet and we started to leave but the worker started yelling at us and went to go grab her phone saying we're stealing and shes going to call the police and call out parents??? We argued for a bit because this grown woman was arguing with us and was saying she had on video my friend putting the bracelet in her pocket when my friend literally did not have it in her pocket. My friend ended up paying for the bracelet and the woman didn't even give us the bracelet so we had to go back in there to get this very cheap and janky bracelet. I assume the lady really wanted the $5 my friend was going to spend on the bracelet so when we weren't going to buy it that's why she threatened to call the police. I've gone into this store every year since I was really little but won't go in here anymore. It's hard to believe this even happened because we genuinely were not going to steal. Also sucks my friend had to buy the bracelet or else the police would have been called. Wish I could have gotten this on video because it was crazy.

We stopped here on vacation to get some souvenirs for for the kids. Unfortunately we left our spare key for our new vehicle on the counter and The owner went above and beyond to find us get us our key back. These great people at this store. I highly recommend stopping in and buying something from here. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Customer service is crap. Lady who gave Henna Tattoo will not refund money and the tattoo faded in two days

Nice store, Lady was very helpful with my children's purchase. I was glad to be able to get my children something while enjoying downtown Wisconsin Dells.
