What happens when you under staff your store? You get a line of people waiting at an empty register, wanting but unable to pay for their items. Some walked out without paying, since no one in sight willing to ring anyone up. You save money by cutting staff, but you lose money when no one is able to make purchases.

I was in check out and had grabbed a frozen item that was damaged and I didn't notice. The cashier Brittany was very rude about it after I had expressed that they had been the last two of this item she stated"well you won't be getting it then" and continued to mumble rude comments under her breath as if I couldn't hear what was being said but I infact did hear everything she said. She was very rude and unpleasant the whole time of being checked out. And was very rude when my daughter who is 7 had said how long she had to wait for her birthday and Brittany then stated" I don't have time to talk I have other customers to check out" wich understandable it was a bit busy but this was all said in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Very unhappy with this experience. I have never had an issue with this location but I will not be returning again. Things could have been said with a different attitude. Also she continued to wear the same pear of gloves aftet each customer and put hand sanitizer on the outside of them and rub it around.

Do not shop here they are all rude especially managers. Dropped 20$ and when I came back the cashier laughed at me admitting that she and whoever had kept it. And when I called the manager she stuck up for her employee stealing my money go to baraboo Walmart better store bigger selection and nicer employees.

Place has always been subpar. Have got to love watching a worker blows up balloons, as there is one person checking out a line half way down the store. Worse Part this "manager" couldn't turn around and be like stop blowing up the balloons they can wait. But Hey I guess the balloons keep this store open and not the guest.

They had a very nice cashier, but the store hasn't looked like it was cleaned in ages. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. The shelves were quite empty. The stuff to stock was on the floor still in boxes not even in the right area. The management should be held accountable for such a deplorable condition of the store. Either have more help or be the help they need. I understand it might be busy, but that is no excuse for these nasty conditions this store is in. I hope the Dollar Tree home office sees this review and steps in and makes it better.

Nice workers here. Sometimes the store is very busy. Often merchandise is waiting to be put away so it can be hard to get around in the aisles. I can always find what I am after and this location is convenient for me.

Worse Dollar Tree I have ever been in. Your store is a mess your employees are RUDE! Holding up lines to talk to their friends, when there is 10 people in line waiting to check out. They call up their friends who were in the back of the line. So wrong on many levels!

I never right reviews but this was the worse costumer service ever. I sat in the check out line for over ten minutes before I decided to leave 3 employees passed me and the other customers behind me and didn’t help us. We all left because it was such a joke.

Two young teenager equestrian riders strolled through the drive through on their horses to order 2 ice creams. They were refused drive thru service. One horse did his "business" & the manager asked the girls to get off their horses to clean it up. Although she gave them gloves and a trash bag i felt they were inconvenienced by having to get off their horse with no help to get back on. In my opinion i think it was wrong. She yelled at the girls and it got customers blood a' boilin. However, our food was fine according to traditional McDonalds standards but will not return.P.S. we bought the girls their ice cream and 2 other concerned customers helped them get back on their horses and the managar ended up cleaning the horse manure as the riders rode off into the sunset. :)

Sign says masks required but cashier wasn't wearing mask correctly and most customers had no mask a mask on their chin. Very unsafe in such a high covid area.

There s place is great they have a limited selection but everything is a $1.25 they said they had to raise the prices because of all the price increases around the world from the covid-19 ordeal but even for a buck and a quarter it's all good

This is a smaller store which means a smaller selection. I get Dollar Tree e-mails and I'm a DYI crafter. They had some of what I was looking for but most everything that was in the "new arrivals" was not to be found.
