I LOVE their dry curd cottage cheese. It is just like my grandma's. I have been trying to find this for 20 years even tried making it myself. Just wish I didn't live so far away. The shipping box makes it a little pricy.

I was so happy to find dry curd cottage cheese for an old family recipe for pierogies! And it didn't disappoint! Shipping was a bit on the expensive side, but worth it! The cheese was shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition! And did I mention it was so TASTY! I will order again.

You cannot drive through Westby without stopping at the Westby creamery store! Best cottage cheese and the French onion dip is a family favorite. Bonus points that they sell all local stuff and not just theirs.

Excellent cheese. They no longer have the trim cheese or creamery shredded, two of my main reasons for stopping. Love their smoked string and have great curds. Clerk was personable. Always a stop when in Westby.

I absolutely loved my experience with the Westby Cheese and Gift Store. I host a huge polka party at my house every year for over 200 family and friends and make all the homemade Polish food. This year the dry curd cheese I got from my previous supplier turned very bad very quickly and takes very long to receive the order. With only a very short time before party day I was in a panic on where I was going to be able to find more cheese to make our pierogi. I scoured the internet and came across Westby. Their ordering process was easy as pie and even better they were able to ship the product to me via express mail in just 5 business days. The product arrived as expected and was packed very well in a cooler. When I opened the bag, I had never smelled such fresh dry curd cheese before. And even better it was delicious! I cannot wait for me guests to try my pierogis this year. Thank you Westby for coming through in my hour of need and presenting an outstanding product. Can't wait for next year to cross Lake Michigan to visit your store in person to get my cheese. I highly recommend them.

Just had a fantastic visit here. The friendly staff member helped me find everything I needed and more! The store offers a variety of Westby dairy products and also local foods and goods. Pleanty of options and parking spaces in this well-stocked and clean store. Be sure to try the fresh cheese curds!

Communication with customer service was excellent. Shipping was super fast and farmers cheese arrived in great condition. They even threw in a few ice packs for free. I ordered the Best of Wisconsin gift pack and it was delivered to Arizona to my Secret Santa in perfect condition and on schedule. The cow box was adorable and she could not stop gushing over how cute and yummy and amazing the gift was. She opened the cheese curds right during the Teams meeting! She has never had wisconsin cheese and said it was the best she has ever tasted. You guys even took the note I left with my gift order and put it onto a beautiful card for her.I will be definitely ordering again.

Westby is the best creamery I have ever dealt with and they were great to deal will . There employees go out of there way to help you and get your order out to in a timely manner and was still cold when I received it. I paid for the cooler and the ice packs . It showed up in time and was all in excellent condition and will be ordering from them again . They are one of the few companies that still make Dry cottage cheese and is very good product. This place, where do I start! The cheese curds are a MUST but their cheese is by far better than any you would get in a grocery store. Grab some other goodies while your there like a t-shirt so you have a story for the future about some of the best curds you'll have in Wisconsin.

Loved the Valentine Box. We hope you do other holiday boxes we will surely get some. My friends son passed recently and my husband gave her a Valentine box today and she loved it. This is my hometown creamery so whenever i got to the area i always stocked up. Now, with online ordering i can get it anytime. I sometimes buy 10 pounds of curds for my whole family at Christmastime. I just wish i could get their cottage cheese online. It is the best ive had.where i live in west central mn i can only find one store that carrys Westby and only dry curd cottage cheese. Note to salesperson: try to get more into Service Food Super Value in Fergus falls, mn or any town nearby.. please

I was very happy to find your web site. I have many happy childhood memories of both Westby and the creamery! My mother grew up in Westby and actually my great grandfather’s home was at that time next door to your property. I am pretty sure the creamery purchased it many years ago. He was quite a local legend at the time . His name was Andrew Peterson. Several times when visiting him and my grandparents I would go over to the creamery and watch things like cottage cheese being made. My grandmother worked for a lab in Westby that tested items like butter and cream. Sorry to ramble on butI really enjoyed your products and the lease and pickles during Thanksgiving! The retail store is amazing!! I shipped cheese boxes to the Chicago area and upstate New York, since these were gifts I was able to throw a few other items in as well. The shipping was reasonable as well. The fresh leafsa was a great recommendation by our cashier.

Always stop here on our way to northern MN a from central Illinois. They have great cheeses and their butter is the best. The cheese curds are our favorite and now we always get some beef sticks to go with them. Wish we were closer! Going north again this week and we will be stopping for more goodies.

The great place to visit. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and the prices are great.I always try and stop in here at least once a month, always good deals. You'll never find a friendlier staff. I would highly recommend stopping in, and I would highly recommend The Daily Grind ice cream, it's amazing
