There's been a couple times when I do a double take on their pricing. I acknowledge their suggestions pertaining to my pet but some are not urgent, which can make a person feel guilty for not doing suggestions. But the pricing for things I feel are not that invasive to take care of have appeared so so high priced. I also want to say, if I had lots of money, they are worth it for their kindness and care and knowledge.

Exceptional care from Dr. Tom and his assistant, Brian. They treated our cat, Burt, with gentleness and great care. They fully explained everything we needed to know. Could not recommend a better vet. The receptionists were great, too. Thank you, Dr. Tom.

We are from out of town. I brought our Allie in to see Tom. He has been the kindest people person vet we ever met in Allies short 14 years., He told us exactly what we needed to do. Even though we left Allie behind. Tom gave her the best care ever. The staff there are awesome at there job. We will miss you Allie.

Dr. Tom is one of the best Veterinarians.All the staff there are and have been very helpful.3 of my dog's have been patient's of theirs over the year's.I've lived in other cities and town's, but, even when just visiting/vacationing up here in Burnett Co, I always bring my dog along. I'd make an appointment for my dog to have them checked and get their yearly check up at Small Town Veterinary.I've had a few other Veterinarians over the year's, Small Town Veterinary has always been the best.

My dog had a run-in with a porcupine two hours away from our normal vet, and so we turned to Webster as the closest vet clinic we could find. They were so understanding and let us bring him in immediately for treatment. Every employee we met put us at ease and was very professional and knowledgeable. Our bill was a great value for the services we received, and our dog was taken care of quickly and compassionately.Thank you Webster vet for taking care of Waylon!

My husband and I came up here for quarantine and ended up staying longer than we thought! Our sweet doggo Lilly needed to be seen for her annual exam to update shots and get her teeth cleaned and this clinic welcomed us with open arms! Everyone we encountered was kind, flexible, and understanding. They LOVED our girl and Lilly came out a happy pup. I had to put my 17 year old miniature papillon down, old age took her quality of life down to zero. The vet was so wonderful he treated us with respect and warmth. The assistant was so kind and so very gentle with her. Being an animal lover and pet owner most of my adult life, I've had to go through this a few times and it's never easy. This was as good of an experience as it could be. Thank you Webster Vet Clinic.

Tom Harstad has been our Veterinarian for about 30 years. He's Great! The young man today working for him was excellent! I have a rescue dog who is well trained, except for aggression to those he doesn't know. But was handled gently and with care. I figured he had lymes. He did! But want sure about heart worms. Thank God he doesn't! He needed to be seen within 24 hours due to his condition. Tom got him in in following morning. I trust Tom's judgement! And he had always been a Great Mentor as well . I learn a lot from him. God Bless You and Your Family Business! Calypso also Thanks You!P.S. He is the fastest shot giver I ever saw!Animal never even has a chance to fear!Wish he was my physician, he's better than any doctor I ever knew. Just saying! Human physicians could learn a lot from him!

Takes care of our dogs. Euthenized our eldest. Won't come to the house for Ozzy. Kind people. In an emergency he wasn't going to come in for less than $200. What does that say? Emergency? Centuria - he's awesome!Tom is good, but Centuries Animal Hospital is the best.

Very kind, understanding folks work here. I highly recommend this vet and office door any of your pet's needs including a stairway to heaven. They do provide cremation services and all that entails.

The office was very clean and the vet techs and veterinarian were super nice. They were able to squeeze are Falcon kitty in for a rabies shot even though they were busy. Great experience.
