Tried to charge me $8 for a pair of pants when that wasn’t even on their pricing sheet and didn’t have a pink tag to even double the price. When I questioned it they said oh no it’s actually $4.50. Claiming it was $3.50 but a dollar extra for a larger size. They also said my other pants that had actual labels saying $3.50 should have been a dollar extra for a larger size. You’d think with all the pricing signs on top of every single clothing rack it would have said that somewhere. The people I was with bought an appliance marked $60 and the cashier said it was $69 until they were corrected. Left feeling insulted and nickeled n dimed.

We used to love shopping at this store. We have always been able to find things for the whole family. What a great place this used to be!We went shopping at this store and found some great items that were a bit overpriced. We gathered our things and went to the register area. My Mom asked about a price on an item and the very rude woman clerk, who has long blonde hair and glasses, decided to be really snobby in her reply. Her mannerisms implied that we were inconveniencing her! She has always been rude whenever we have been in the store and I refuse to allow her to treat us and other customers in such a way. I called her out on her b.s. She refused to give us her name. We will not return to this store as long as that clerk is employed at Country Cupboard. How can a customer service associate be so demeaning and think that it is ok?! Very sad!!!

My wife and son went. He picked out a toy my wife said bo because it was broken and he carried it threw out the store. Well get to the front my wife tells the cashier that the tot is broken and they didnt want it. Well the cashier goes on to blame our son for breaking it and they wouldnt of put it our I'd it was broken. It had old exsposed which my wife told them he did not. My mother in law was standing close by and heard them say my son was a terrible little boy and said he broke it and my wife didnt want to pay for it. My son is very well behaved and is very careful with his toys, He is 4 going on 5. After my mother in law said it was broke on the shelf they. They went and grabbed the toy took it in back and someone said it was like that when put out. then came up saying sorry my mother in law and wife both said they will never be back again.

Is a good thrift store none of the staff are mean sence the last I've been there ,bought some things and they were more then reasonable price but the thing they sell in the counter were you pay is usually over price but I like the store overall

Went to donate multiple items that were good quality. The lady that accepted my donations was rude and very poor mannerism. She really put a damper on my day. Not sure of her name but had long blonde hair and glasses. I will no longer be donating any other items to this store. Very disappointed and what a shame.

Shopped at this shop today.We found some decent clothes .The person who checked us out was training someone on the register.She, the trainer, was extremely rude,condescending and ill equipped to train anyone in a customer service position.Normally I would brush it off. Say to myself, ah, she's having a bad day.No. This person has been rude everytime that I have encountered her.Oh, btw, she is the tall blonde womanwith glasses. She refused to give us her name.

Good deals and helpful staff. Just be careful buying fabric. Apparently who ever measures doesn't know that you measure the length of the material and not the width. Bought 2 - 1 yardpieces and they were 18" & 16". Not what I expected.

It's a big old building full of donated and antiqued treasures, but it is all about the hunt. Sometimes it depends on the day you go in as well and if you are looking for anything specific, and the pricing can be off. I wish it was more well kept, it's a bit musty but in a small town, nobody really looks at it that way, just a place to go out of boredom.

I was with a church group that was camping at camp Phillips. We decided to tour around town.. There was construction going on the side of building we couldn't safety get around so we entered the back door that was OPEN. A sale associate gave us a very mean and vulgar experience... Needless to say we are letting the whole WELS community what to expect if they enter the store... Not Christian place at all

Great place to look for bargains. Staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and we rarely leave the County Cupboard without purchasing something! This is one of our regular stops when we are in Wautoma.

It has been updated a bit. Prices are higher, entirely new staff. The charm that the elderly volunteers brought was priceless. It is a shame they are no longer there.
