Love that they provide quality food for wildlife in all varieties of birds as well. Even bought a my Cockatiels their bedding balls they have they love them! They have all sorts of different & unique feeders as well as other outdoor decorations. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

In response to the reply from the owner to my previous review. Apparently you only took the employee's side of the story. There was no politeness from her. She did not ask them to not block patrons from visiting your place of business. They (my wife and son in-law) were on the opposite side of the vestibule. The profanity came out AFTER they were TOLD, not asked to move. The weather was the main reason that they stayed inside, to stay out of the cold while they waited 6 minutes for their ride.To the owner, maybe before you make a judgement on the issue, you may want to hear both sides of the story. I have to question who is more important to you, is it your employees or a potential customer base? Which is what it would have been, as my wife and I are into birds and wildlife. I will take my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same.Next time make sure you know both sides of the story.

The sales associate was very friendly and helpful and even offered to look up the common types of birds in the winter in NYC as I was looking for a feeder for my family out there. I have frequented this store before and will in the future as the selection and quality is great. These bird feeders make excellent gifts for everyone!!! The family members that I have given them to as gifts are beyond happy with them. This is a wonderful store with excellent service!

I purchased one feeder plus two bags of seed and have never had so much activity on my feeders in the three years I've been feeding my boys.They started coming within a couple hours of putting the new seed out there. At least a dozen goldfinches and the same with the Cardinals.No more online or fleet farm seed for us.I took the photo before all the activity began.

I got there a half hour before they opened- was on of my way out of town and thought I'd give it a shot. When the owner, who was way in the back, saw me try the door and then turn to leave, she came running outside to stop me and I was able to get what I needed. And the gift card I bought was put in a sweet decorative envelope AND a mini Christmas stocking. Service like that is priceless.

Our favorite store for all things wild birds and your neighborhood critters like squirrels and chipmunks. Our backyard feeders are almost exclusively Wild Birds feeders. They have them all and they have a lifetime warranty. Their feed is top notch. Birds prefer theirs above the others if given a choice. They have several blends that serve many birds.

I'm so grateful for this wonderful store and owners. Placed my order on-line before lunch and it was ready for pickup early afternoon. When I got there, they managed to remember me by my first name and greeted me with a big smile. Thanks for always being there. Your store is truly a treasure.

Being a bird enthusiast, I visited your store, briefly within the last year. It was the last time I will visit and here is why....I felt quite uncomfortable with the unfriendly representative at the store. It seemed I was unwelcome. She was uninterested and short in her responses to my questions. When another, more familiar customer entered the store she carried on with this person and I was completely ignored. I was about to make a purchase, but chose against it due to the above explanation. I left the store and was not thanked for stopping in and did not receive a goodbye greeting at all. This is unfortunate, my significant other and I are bird enthusiasts and may have and most likely made purchases at the store, but won't. I'll find a more cost effective, friendly place to go for our birds. I suggest a more customer friendly approach with your guests.
