Always have a great experience here. Love the pickup option. Makes things a lot easier when I don't have a lot of time. Employees are always friendly.

Went here they cut (not trimmed) my double coated australian shepard like the husky that was next to him. Then had corporate call and "apologize". I then tried to use my complimentary groom on my dog told I wasn't allowed back. I wanted the groomer who hacked on my dogs fur terminated. Not even an apology. I wasnt rude the stoee manager asked how to handle it this is wjat i said. If you don't know how to groom either get trained or find a different job. Now I've been on hold 7 min (and still waiting for a manager) I used to groom dogs this is beyond unprofessional.

Edit- the store is absolutley unreasonable with the loud music in the back- and I am guessing that it does not matter if someone is bringing in their pet to the vet - scares them- and yet, I am increasing the star value to three- ONLY because I received THE BEST service from the cashier- Jamie.The store is good- but the music in the back is absolutely too loud. I try to even make an appointment for the vet- and the lady can’t hear me and I can’t make out what she’s saying. I’ve left without a purchase previously, as it is just too loud in the back.

I would highly recommend the Vet services at PetSmart. Saturday morning we found blood coming out of our dogs nose when she sneezed. They were able to get us in within the hour. The staff was great and Dr. Levasseur was so compassionate and provided us several options to pursue. I can only imagine how hard his job is when one of those options is to put the pet down. Again, he was very compassionate and thorough. Thanks PetSmart.

Good quality over all. Bettas are not very healthy have bought 2 there and each died within a couple days. Will shop here regularly but will be careful what fish I buy.

I'm very disappointed with my vet. experience. I've brought my dog in twice for the same problem. The Vet prescribed a bunch of stuff which would have totaled around $900., which I wasn't prepared to deal with financially. I called them a few days later to get some of the anti nausea medicine which was about $50.00 for a four day supply and they wouldn't let me buy it unless I came in again for another Vet visit. I feel this is a low life way of dealing with me.I have to take off of work again, when they already prescribed what my dog should have. They wouldn't let me buy it. This is very much like a scam. My Vet died recently and switching to Petsmart has been a been a terrible experience.

I came in for an appointment with the vet and so far I had great experience there. It was just for a quick check up for my new pup. Everyone loved him! Even had fun saying hi to the friends in the salon. The vet staff were also very understanding when I was running a tad behind due to my little guy making a mess in his travel kennel in the car. I would give five starts just for the vet— though my issue lies with the customer service experience I had in store. After his appointment i had planned on just leaving right away though it was very cold out. I wanted to grab a sweater quick and a couple toys for him doing a great job and that was it. I went to check out, and I was met with the very rude and snappy cashier lady. Employee number: 696044. I didn’t catch her name tag. I usually have absolutely no issue with the people working there, for I know quite a few of them from working there myself. This woman greeted me when I walked in, and when I went to check out she pulled an attitude with me about the leash policy in store. Mind you, this is not about the policy really. Completely understandable, though my puppy is only 7lbs and was wrapped up tight in a blanket asleep. I know better than to let him explore on the floor and around the store, he is too young and could get very sick from exploring. The thing is, the vet and everyone else didn’t say anything or have an issue when I dropped in for the appointment real fast. If it was such a big deal… I wasn’t offered a slip lead the second I walked in the store or when other staff interacted with me. So I assumed it was alright for the time being. I did have my pet taxi in the car but it is quite big and hard to lug around, if it was really needed I could have just grabbed that regardless of how obnoxious it could have been especially with the mess my pup made. But back to the cashier, she talked down on me like I purposefully did this, like I was stupid or something. She was very snotty to me and I was taken aback. I never even had customer service that badly. That or she just does not have good people skills. I just nodded and agreed— but in the back of my head I wanted to just ask why she didn’t give me a slip lead right away when she greeted me if it was an issue. I would have totally respected the leash policy if I had one. That’s not the problem. Just very not happy with the experience I had and I love coming back to my home store 1415. Maybe now with the new wave of employees I may only come solemnly for his vet visits. I know y’all hear that a lot but I am just disappointed that I don’t feel welcome there anymore.

Auntie Katilyn is Kilo's best friend, he loves coming to see her and is the boss of the house when he arrives. Everyone is so special and nice to us. We are forever members because of the amazing Grooming skills and customer service that has now turned to friendship.

I took my stubborn Airedale there to be groomed. If I even TRY to go near him with a brush he resists.Sarah has done an AMAZING job with Henry. He left home a fluffy, wiry mess and I picked up a handsome, dapper guy!! Thank you!!! I highly recommend her!!!!

Pet smart is a large pet store. They have options for any type of pet owner. From dogs, cats, fish, birds, etc. they have it all. We need a special food for our pets, and they have it. They have a great selection of foods for all types of animals. From puppies seniors, they have it all.

I usually go to petsmarts for nearly everything, but veterinary services. I tried to take my dog to get her groomed for her bday. She's gone there before, but I hadn't seen these ladies before. I explained to them she's shy and she doesn't like a lot of sudden movement so you gotta be careful with her because she's a rescueand she was abused.They didn't listen and lunged at her trying to get the leash on her and she barked at her. You gotta introduce yourself like most dogs by slowing reaching out your hand and then pet them or put the leash on.1 lady kept saying how my dog is horrible, acted like she was a monster. She also was like there's no way she's been groomed at any place before let alone here. I had her look it up and guess what she had come there before. I don't know if I'll be coming back after this. They might've had an off day, but still. My dog let other people in the store pet her so idk.

Had an appointment for 230 to bath and trim my 10lb puppy. They called and asked if I could bring her in at 1130 which I said yes. They called at 415 that she was ready. 4 hours and 15 minutes later! On top of that, they shaved her! Unbelievable, do not go here

I had a really hard time ordering cat food to be auto shipped to my house and after calling customer service I was able to do it but now it’s been 3 weeks so I should have a new bag being shipped or so I thought, but they haven’t sent anything and aren’t planning to until 12/20/23(over a month after I order the first one)very disappointed in there auto ship feature bc now I’m out of cat food and will have to wait even longer to receive it when I need it now

Product selection isn't always the best. Pricing is hit or miss. Staff is usually friendly. Store isn't always the cleanest. I come to look hoping for the product om looking for, or a better pricing. But I've found its easier to order online and not waste time and effort in the store. Animal selection is hit or miss.

We bought a guinea pig. She's so sweet and we love her but on the 15th day of ownership (1 day past the return policy) we discovered she was born with a misaligned jaw/improper bite. She struggles to chew and swallow her food and drools all the time. Im disappointed that you are breeding animals with such serious issues and basically selling cute little vet bills to your patrons.
