If I could give no star I would. I have never bought fish from Petco before and now I regret doing so. I had two goldfish that I had for over a year and a half. They were babies when we got them and fairly large when my kids decided to get them some friends. So we stopped at the Petco in waukesha and bought 2 fish to bring home. I bought them on March 8th. March 11th the first one died. By March 18th both were dead. One of my goldfish (again that I had for over a year and a half) also died yesterday March 19th and the other one is sick, wont eat, has white bumps on its fins, which from what I am reading is “ich”. My fish NEVER got sick and were very healthy until I added these new fish into my tank. So I am now trying to treat the only fish we have left and have upset/sad kids. AND OF COURSE I didn't know they had a return policy as I have NEVER in my life bought fish from there. The lady at the store who got them out the tank for us nor the lady who checked me out told me anything about the return policy so I cant even get my money back or if I wanted to, which I don't, get more fish for my kids because they are gone in the trash outside…but they WERE QUICK to try and sell me a $400 tank versus telling me about the policy.First 2 photos were on March 20 at 1am. The last 2 were taken at 8am. THATS how fast this is spreading.I will never get fish from Petco again and am highly disappointed. ☹️

They always have the dog food we use, and Becks, at the grooming salon is fantastic. We were so well taken care of when one of our little guys was nearing the end of his life. Becks was compassionate and loving and she groomed him perfectly. That's not something one easily forgets. We still take our other little guy to her and she snuggles and loves on him, and we just couldn't ask for more.

Had an appt for grooming, they said I needed paperwork, I thought since I had the Vaccination done there Vetco they would have a record of that since they created an acct with pics of my dogs. But was told I needed actual paper of the vaccination. I think that they should have been able to look it up but refused. I will not be going back Petco any ti e soon. First impression was not good. I tried to cancel my other dog and was told I may get answer in the next couple days.

I went there with my daughter to pick out a betta fish. I don't think I've ever spent more than $5 on a fish. However when I checked out, the total, for just the fish, was 21. 01! It's called a paradise male betta and I guess they are very expensive. So now we have this betta fish for us and that was my experience. The sales staff was little unfriendly, and as like three of them walked by the one ran right into me. Apparently she had to walk between me and my daughter. Interesting experience but thankfully there's a 15-day return acceptance so if this thing dies in a few days I can take it back. I still can't believe I spent $21 on a fish!

They had the pet needs I was looking for, although it is becoming more limited. I have pet rats they don't really have much for them like they used to. I can buy bedding and treats. I'm not sure if they still carry the oxbow food for the rats but I usually need a 20lb bag and all they sell it's the 2lb bag if they carry it. Staff is always helpful and pet friendly in the building. Definitely plenty of parking and wheelchair accessible!

Petco was great! Charlie got a bath and trim. The staff was very friendly and attentive in both the grooming center and checkouts. I highly recommend the Waukesha on Sunset Petco.

Got my litter of pups microchipped here. One of the vet tech was very nice and assisted in getting the crates of puppies into and back out of the store to my car. The price was a bit more expensive than advertised online (advertised as $25 online, price was upped to $30 + $5.99 medical supplies fee) but still cheaper than the vet. There were 2 other vet techs that helped getting the puppies chipped and they were very nice too. The whole process to get the 10 puppies checked in and chipped and back in the car took less than an hour.

Savanah and Danielle are literally the Best. They have been super flexible with my schedule to get my dogs in and are always super friendly. I will only bring my dogs here for grooming.

Employees were very rude and belittling us. Not helpful and had to almost beg for help to start out. Would not recommend stopping in here if you have general questions. Know what you want and get out.

Made a Vetco appointment for a bordatella vaccination for our pup. It was a ride from our home but it went so smoothly and everyone was so kind and helpful.

Not incredibly happy. Both times my dog has gone there. She's got an abscesses or waltz where they gave the shots. Moving forward I'm just going to go to a veterinarian. I was in a pinch because I had to travel with my dog down to Texas. I will not use this service again

I love Petco. Vitalcare program helps get bonus points and discounts. Vetco saves on annual shots. Dogs love to visit and pick out new toys and treats.

Grooming on sunset drive was terrible. No ear cleaning done even though that was part of the service I opted for. I didn't notice it until I get home with my 1 year old Goldendoodle. He doesn't even look or smell like he got a bath. This wasn't the case when I opt same service from Delafield Petco. I had good experiences from Delafield Petco. #grooming #petco_grooming

Charged me substantially more than the price online, then when i asked why the pierced girl mumbled about "keeps people out of the store"...well it worked for me, i wont be back. Bait and switch prices are wrong, its worse than shop lifting.
