Since my dog got extremely sick eating blue Buffalo dog food, I switched her to core raw Rev and as it is an expensive dog food, they always have a deal on it and the coupons make it so much better. The staff is very kind and helpful if you have any questions. Definitely my go to store for toys and other things. Such a great selection.

I like it here. Friendly helpful staff and a good freshwater fish selection. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program to get special deals and earn points. It's saved me money on supplies I'd buy anyways.

I've been looking for a groomer and I finally found her. KRYSTA LARSON at Pet Supplies Plus in Waukesha! I'm kinda picky about how I want my Bichon/Shitsu groomed and I went over all the details and even brought a list. PERFECTION. Krysta did an excellent job. I'm so happy with her and she will be my go-to!

Horrible! Took in both my dogs for grooming appointments, both were scheduled for hair cuts. The service couldn’t be completed on my on dog because they stated he was squirming, said they wouldn’t be charging me but still had to pay for wash/dry/brush and he was still wet when I picked him up, didn’t look too clean. My other dog “received” everything, but smelled like she hadnt been washed, was told that they do nails and trim the hair around paws, it doesn’t even look like they touched her paws, her hair cut is so choppy and her face wasn’t even trimmed, if it was it was barely touched. Her length is not the length I asked for, and I could have just done the entire service at home to get the results I got. In the end had to take them to a whole mother groomer and pay and extra 120$ (after paying 100$ here) to actually get a wash/cut and proper grooming. Definitely won’t be coming back here. Considering my one dog left smelling and not even clean I don’t think I would even trust that a bath is done correctly.

Always so helpful and really with it. Yesterday, someone helped me find a product containing taurine. So grateful for people who care….and my cat loves the product…phew lol

Staff are friendly and the store is clean. The store has a decent selection of a very specific pet food that I trust, so I typically always purchase from them.

Dog wash is clean and well stocked, it's first come first serve but if you come on a weekday there is rarely a line. They even give you towels and shampoo. Not bad for $15, plus I don't have to worry about the hair clean up they do it for you.

Self service dog wash was great. $25 for 5 visits and you just come and do it yourself, no waiting on anyone else to get anything ready for you. You just need the cashier to punch your card. They provide towels and SEVERAL different shampoos for your dog, including hypoallergenic shampoo and oatmeal shampoo.My dog had really sensitive, itchy skin so I’m really happy they had options for him. The drier is extremely loud, my dog did not like that all, but luckily his has short fur so a towel dry is good enough. Might need to go a different route if you have a long haired dog afraid of loud noises.3 bath stalls, two large ones and one smaller one in the middle for small dogs. Small space where all three stalls are held but for $5 a wash you can’t complain. I would imagine you just need to get there during a not busy time so you have the area to yourself.Also when I did a Google search for self service dog wash, Pet Supplies Plus did not come up at all and I found this place by accident. So maybe consider some better advertising of their services

This is a franchise chain. It carries the same as most other PSP. It is new, clean, and relatively well stocked. We enjoy fish and small animals, and they have a good basic freshwater stock. Staff seemed friendly enough, offering to help or custom order for us.

They have really good stock and great brands in their store, however, the dog bath area REEEAALLLY needs to be redone.The caulking is coming off, hoses are broken, restraints are also broken. My dog just needed to back up and the loose clip let her slip right out! Luckily she's awesome and stayed still while I looped her back in, but come on, it's a $2 clip. The aprons are also falling apart and the towels are pretty gross looking these days.On the flip side, when this area was really nice, I got one of the best photos of my dog. The oatmeal shampoo also smells like cupcakes which is wonderful. Anyways, if the people there see this review and upgrade the self-service wash stations, let me know. I would like to return when they are not run-down.

It seems there has been a change in management staff in the last year ish and I am so happy for the new folks they have brought in. Always friendly and helpful but not over bearing or pushy. In the past I have avoided this location though it is only 5 minutes from my house and drove to another store 18-20 minutes away. Will still visit the other store too when I’m going past but am no longer avoiding the Waukesha location. Thanks everyone!!!

Took my dog to get the hair on the back of her legs shaved, paw pads shaved and hairs between the paws trimmed. I communicated this clearly upon drop off. I don’t think the groomers even own clippers. They did not shave anything. I had to bring her home and trim up more hair which defeated the purpose of having someone else do it - I have back problems and don’t have a grooming table so it’s not really easy to just do it at home. For the price I paid I can’t really complain but the specific service I asked for wasn’t really completed and the haircut itself wasn’t completed fully or neatly.Self bath area needs to be repaired - dryer hoses are broken no ability to change water temperature (only choice is hot or hot) or pressure really, lead holders in the tubs are broken off of the wall. Again, for the price you pay, it is not horrible but the water temperature absolutely needs to be cooled off and pressure improved - otherwise you’ll be here rinsing your dog for 6 hours and still won’t be able to rinse everything out

We have been coming here for years and the customer service has always been outstanding. They take time to really answer questions, or will look things up themselves. Everyone has been helpful.We also do a self service dog wash. Everything you need is there, deodorizer, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc. Right now it's $40 for a 5 wash punch card.

I honestly love this store. The store is always clean and well stocked. The employees are always so sweet and greet you when you walk through the door and ask if you need any help! I always take my two puppies here and they are spoiled with so much love and treats! Amazing store, amazing staff, amazing deals, and amazing products.

For $15, I'll wash my dog at home.Brought my own shampoo, conditioner, brushes, etc. First time here, didn't make it passed the counter. The gal was friendly and nice, looked like a clean store, but that's a steep price for self serve wash. $15 per visit or 5 for $40. The downside... they lost out on extra purchases with the unrealistic self wash cost. We're heading home for a bath but will stop at the other pet store on the way for toys.

Love this place! The dog washing station is always clean and ready to go. Makes keeping my GSD clean an easy task. Also, the store is well stocked and staffed by helpful associates. I drive 13 miles to this store and pass 4 other pet supply stores on my way. That says something about this location

I just bought my bearded dragon from here,, last Saturday. The staff was great, said he was one of their favorite pets. He looked pretty healthy when I got him, and is still looking good. Thanks to the staff for holding him, and interacting him, he is very tame, yet spunky.. Thanks to the staff, for you're help.

Bad service with purchases. I’ve been going to pet supply plus for years and finally earned a free bag of cat food. I learned they won’t give to me because it took more than a year. I spent a lot of money here. Might as well go somewhere else that doesn’t advertise this or go to my old pet supply store

I go there on Sundays if I can’t go to End of the Leash because they are not open on Sunday’s. Their selection of Fromm dog food is seriously lacking. When asked if they enter the receipt for the Fromm rewards, the cashier told me to look it up online. That’s fine, I’ll just make sure I plan more in advance and go to end of leash where they automatically enter my rewards for Fromm, and have better prices.
