My bichon Delilah had a dental cleaning where they had to extract a whole lot of teeth due to dental disease. They were so kind and kept me updated about everything and said she needed more teeth removed but would need to come back because it would be too dangerous to keep her under for so long. I appreciate how professional they were about it and explained to me why it would be the best decision to make rather than continuing and at check out Ally make me feel so reassured and comforted when I got emotional about my dog’s procedure making sure I didn’t feel at fault because it was just genetic for her breed. I know that Delilah was under the best care there, I appreciate the whole team who worked on her thank you for making my pup feel better!

We have taken our golden retriever for boarding at Harmony for nearly 10 years now. We have NO hesitation in leaving her here for a week knowing she will get loved and treated well. The staff all loves dogs, and our Bella is always Uber excited to go for her vacation, and joyous and happy go-lucky when we come to pick her up. They are an excellent business and truly care for their human and canine customers. Thank you Harmony for taking such good care of our fur baby when we are away!

Skyla needed to be boarded rather emergently while I attended an out of state funeral. Tho Skyla has boarded there in the past and attends doggy daycare there, your staff cared for her and loved her like she was at home. Thank you Harmony Pet Care. Harmony Pet Clinic always makes the pet parents feel comfortable. I have taken my Bichon/Yorkie there since we adopted him 14 years ago. The doctors are thorough and very caring and gentle with the pets. Hopefully our little boy will be around a lot longer because of the good advice and care that he receives.

Outstanding facility, service, and staff! Reed went out of his way to explain how things worked and our dog was very happy when he arrived. He went off with a staff member without looking back! I was hurt but relieved he was so excited and I knew he would be well taken care of. And he was! We had a blast at a wedding with no worries. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price. Murphy is a big dog so needed the large suite but the total wasn’t as bad as I feared — even with the add ons such as play time and filled KONGS. They are very upfront about pricing, too. I would not hesitate to take him again and highly recommend Harmony Pet Clinic. My only complaint is that they are not next door :)

Great place for our dogs. Amazing group of staff from handlers to the vets and everyone in between. We use their doggie daycare, boarding, grooming and veterinary services. The boys love going there!

Very disappointing experience! Made an appointment for a surgery consult. They put my pet on antibiotics first and then told me to come back and pay another office visit fee to have another consult but with the surgeon this time. Why didn’t I meet the surgeon in my first visit?? Padding their bill? I won’t be returning. 🙁

I chose to use harmony to take care of my beloved cat of around 15 years. At 1st I thought they were to pricey. so I just took it as well they must be a pretty good place. but as time went by their prices went higher but, again, I figured they are doing something right so I was committed to stay with them because I truly loved my cat who I rescued when he was just a couple days old. Now fast forward my baby was 17 years old, One day I noticed a small bump on my SMOKEYS back so i took him in right away only to find out after having a biopsy done that it was cancer, my heart nearly stopped after hearing that news and was given even more heart stopping news when I was told he only had about 6 months to a year. My baby passed 2 weeks later. as I am talking to the clinic, on the worst day of life my baby was struggling to breath and I am totally freaking out. All they said was to try record him making this God awful heaving sound, if he keeps doing it. How can anyone talk like that! I will tell you this, my baby was dying right in front of me and the girl on the phone says at least 3 times that if the dr. has to watch the recording that there will be a charge for her time. I COULD NOT BELIEVE what I heard. To make a long story short, the # 1 thing to them is MONEY!! It is most important... compassion a strong second-if they cared at all...how sad! SMOKEY daddy loves you, RIP ;((

Staff definitely cares for our dogs. They both love going there and started as puppies. They are very helpful with discussing and helping with solutions to any issues we may be having with our pups (house training, night time separation anxiety, counter surfing). I know when my dogs don't want to be someplace......this is not so at Harmony Day Care. They love being there for daycare and kenneling when we are out of town. thanks for taking such good care of our dogs!

The first time I ever came here was because of a discount I received from the rescue where I got my dog. High prices for vet services but you get what you pay for and I've never had a bad experience here. I have been bringing my pit bull here for almost 7 years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff always treat him with love and kindness and they are always respectful to me. I have been to other vets in the past and they have discriminated against him because of his breed type. I have boarded my dog here many times and even though my dog can be high maintenance with his separation anxiety and shyness, the staff are always patient and caring with him. I absolutely recommend their services to everyone I know.

I have taken all 4 of my dogs to Harmony Pet Clinic since moving to Waukesha. The entire staff there is friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. I have used both the vet and daycare services. The vets and vet techs are always happy to see your pets and are ready for any questions you may have.My youngest dog broke her leg as a puppy and Harmony Pet Clinic was a god-send! Keeping an 5 month old puppy from ruining her bandages was a nightmare, but the vets and vet techs at HPC were always able to fit us in to fix the bandages. The same puppy also goes to daycare several times a week and loves both the other dogs there as well as the staff.I also had the heart-breaking event of having to put one of our dogs down due to a surprise illness. Again, the vets and vet techs were supportive, empathetic and extremely kind during this difficult time. I will always be thankful for their caring treatment of us.

My dog goes to doggy daycare here. Has for the last 11 years. We use their boarding and the Vet! Everything is top notch. He is so excited to always go. Many of the employees have been here that entire time. That says a lot..

They have always taken great care of us. When there was a tick bite I stopped by and taken care of as fast as I walked in. Out the door in 5 minutes. Vets explain whatever questions I have during and after the visits. Dora actually likes coming here! Great Job!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are not good with anxious dogs and they think they know what’s best for your dog when they have no idea how he interacts with other dogs at home. His sister is not allowed to stay in a kennel with him even though they live together and play together. They make my dog out to be the worst dog on the planet each time he comes home when I know he is not. Every time I bring my dog here, the staff are not very accommodating and very standoffish. This kennel truly makes me miss my Indianapolis kennel every time. I will not be going back.

We have an anxious dog who doesn't care for the vet. The staff was not helpful to our dog, they were rude to my wife, and the vet seemed to show a great amount of impatience. Not going here again and hope everyone else has a different experience if you choose to.
