I will say, the pharmacy is always overworked and is short staffed. I feel so bad for them š. The reason I give two is the staff outside of the pharmacy. The managers I have met are extremely unorganized and constantly leave the front end short staffed during busy hours. Hire some people. Lots wanna work.

I'm really sick and tired of walking into places and feeling like I am bothering staff or that I'm there to do something shady. I spent lots of money at Walgreens and I never saw anything from there. I wish they would have better customer service. And also realize that them watching someone like me doesn't matter if I want to take something I'm just going to take it.

This location has horrible customer service in the pharmacy. Drive thru lines are always long and you better expect a long wait time while you're there. I've had my prescriptions with this pharmacy for years but I'm about ready to transfer them elsewhere if this kind of service continues.

Can you all stop hating the pharmacy? Walgreens and other retail pharmacies have struggled with staffing shortages since the start of the pandemic. Shortages led to long waits for medication, shorter hours, and even hundreds of closed stores last year.Most of its stores are operating below their stated minimum staffing levels, which is a great indicator of how broken the chain truly is. Out of its 9,000 stores, a third work reduced hours due to labor shortage.There are around 30,000 people living in Watertown, I assume that around half use this Walgreens to get their prescriptions (including more people outside of Watertown). There is only a small handful of workers making all of these prescriptions. I would imagine they work stressed out of their god damn mind to get your prescriptions done on time. They don't work overnight getting them ready either. Don't hate on the Workers trying to get paid, hate on the CEO or Walgreens Company itself for treating their own workers so poorly and over-burdening them."We were constantly short staffed thanks to poor district management. Didn't get much time to learn trainings before being thrown into the pharmacy. Everyone was always stressed out including customers, we were always behind on filling. Most people didn't take their 15-minute breaks. I was discouraged from taking mine by being asked to make it quick every time, even though I really needed the time to relax and not lose my mind. RUDE AF PHARMACY! I was trying to give my insurance information over the phone to check the prices and they said Iād have to go in because they have a long line in a very mean way! I will never go here again even though I live in town. I have to drive to CVS in delafield because thatās what is in network for me or Walgreens. Guess Iāll be driving to delafield from now on.

EDITED October 2023: This Walgreens has made some great strides forward in customer service and I really appreciate it! I can honestly say that the store is now a five star operation and it has been great shopping there and picking up prescriptions. The call-in prescription program isn't the best, but hopefully that can be improved too. :)EDITED April 2023: Because of my insurance this year I am using Walgreens in Watertown for prescriptions. I have encountered rudeness when I call the pharmacy and when I pick up prescriptions. (The automated system didn't work to reorder and after going through the ordering process kicked me out to talk to a worker in the pharmacy who then proceeded to act like I was annoying her with my request.) Today, I picked up the prescription and was treated rudely by a person who didn't seem to know how to talk to people in a professional, kind way. I have no love for Walmart, but the people who work in that pharmacy in Watertown are so much nicer even when they are busy with customers. The workers at the Walgreens checkout counters are very good and friendly- so it is not the whole store. I set up refills in my Walgreens' account so hopefully I will not have to deal with staff too much when reordering again. I took a star away from my original review because this rude behavior is ridiculous.Older review: We asked a staff member working in the cosmetic section if she knew if the store has N95 masks. We asked in a friendly manner and we asked her in particular because everyone else was busy with customers. She answered that the masks are a medical device and the store doesn't carry medical devices. She insisted on this point, repeating it more than once if I remember correctly. I clarified that I had read that the state has given pharmacies, including Walgreens, n95 masks to give out to customers. She then changed her story and said they don't have them, but Walgreens in Beloit does. Okay, that is fine. However, she was rude in answering our question and the rudeness was so unnecessary. She gave us the wrong information and doubled down in it. She never apologized for the initial misinformation she gave us. I don't shop much at this Walgreens because of the irritations that I seem to face when I go in there. I used to use their pharmacy and I've had flu shots there and that was all fine. (I don't get tested for COVID there because Walgreens asks for health insurance info whereas another pharmacy doesn't- I've gone to the other pharmacy to be tested for COVID specifically because they don't require an insurance card to get what is supposed to be a free test.) The young woman who checked us out was very nice, though, and I appreciate that. I know it is not easy working in retail, but a positive attitude will make for a more pleasant day for both the worker and the customer.

I have had nothing BUT problems when it comes to the pharmacy. Twice in a week, I have had Emergency medicine that I NEED filled. I had to have my dad pick up today and not only was the medication not ready, they claimed it would be 2.5 hours to fill. Are you kidding me? Then, when I called, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes which led to me hanging up. I have been using Walgreens as my pharmacy for far too long and today is the reason why I will be changing pharmacies in the very near future.

The girl workintg the drive thru with the long long blondish hair, kinda bigger in weight was extremely rude, snippy. Wasn't wearing a name tag either so I can't say ehat her name is. She didn't have the mouth piece by her mouth So when she was talking I couldn't hear a word she was saying so I kept saying what? And then she snapped one me. 2nd time I've had to deal with this rude person. Not sure if I'll be coming to walgreens anymore. I'll go elsewhere.

I had a great experience with the pharmacy today. My original bill was going to be $73 with my insurance. Jenny, the pharmacist that helped me found a better solution and I only had to pay $18. Thank you very much for the help, as a preschool teacher that doesn't make too much, you made a huge difference.

Nothing is ever a smooth process! Every time I go to their pharmacy there is ALWAYS an issue. Not only that they truly couldnāt care less about making you wait when the mistake was theirs. Not to mention how insanely long it takes! I get texts that prescriptions are ready and when I get there I still have to wait for 30 mins. Photo more than once some how miraculously didnāt get my photo order when I have confirmation emails etc. Generally horrible customer service. Would give zero stars if it was an option.

Absolutely despise picking up from this pharmacy. The wait time us incredible. Management apparently can not staff appropriately or apparently pay their quality staff enough to work here

Part of my photo order had to be shipped to the store, and the postal tracking link said the package was delivered that morning. However, the email notification that the order was ready didnāt arrive, but I was in the area and hoped I could pick it up. The gal with blue hair at the photo desk was rude and flippant with her response that the package wasnāt there. She ignored me and started going on with her business probably in hopes I would go away, which I did.The weekend manager informed me that the USPS can scans packages as delivered before they really are. If the blue haired gal had told me that rather than giving me attitude I wouldnāt be telling everyone to R U N from this place if youāre getting photos. Find another Walgreens or company altogether.

Love this Walgreens!!! Very neat organized store!! The pharmacy is very professional AND will take the time to answer any all questions you have about your medications. They will also take the time to lead to any "over the counter" medications you may be looking for as they are very knowledgeable. They accept many insurances call them if you have any questions I'm sure they would be happy to assist you. As far as the store, the shelves are neat and very organized. I recommend this Walgreens.

I'm generally not a fan of Walgreens or any pharmacy really but I recently got a prescription filled at this particular location. I was self pay with no insurance coverage and the girl at the counter took it upon herself to find a discount card to apply to my order to try and save me some money. I didn't even know that was an option. Brought my total down from $108 to only $52. I thought that was super cool of her!

This place is pretty polarizing. The pharmacy here can be daunting, but that's just because they are so busy. The Pharmacists try to be nice and really as helpful as possible, but they are really just so busy. I did make use of the photo kiosk here to get my passport photo done, that was relatively quick and painless. I don't really have anything to complain about with this place, but there also isn't anything that stands out to me about this location. They do the best they can, that about sums it up.

Walgreens has alway been a good place to go for my prescriptions. They help so many people and are very understaffed. But they continue on with a smile. Management needs to get more staffing and make the pharmacy larger.

I had a horrible experience with this location. I do not recommend this location. I went to the location to pick up a prescription but the wait was to long. I requested it be sent to a different location so my husband could pick it up. In the transfer, they deleted a prescription. When called and questioned they denied this and said they only received one, which was false. At the window we discussed two prescriptions. Instead of admitting the mistake and apologizing they lied to me. Now, I sit here with a sick child and have to wait until the morning for the prescription. Unacceptable.

Very unhappy and disappointed with the photo department at the Watertown Walgreens. The photo associate rolled her eyes and made a annoyed sigh while looking directly at us when we asked for a passport photo. We ended up leaving immediately as this behavior is completely rude, uncalled for and unprofessional especially from a middle aged person.

Although many of the surrounding area Walgreens & other pharmacies gave me the information, this pharmacy refused to tell me if they had a medication available that currently has a nationwide shortage. Thatās pretty ableist.

She made a rude comment for messing up her section when all I was doing was reading a box. Rude rude rude terrible customer service. They do not want u there. U bother them

Hardly notice customers, will let 10 people stand in line and wont call for help even though staff members clearly around. Always out of products too. My wife still uses the pharmacy here and I wish she didnt. The slowest ever, most expensive, and you will wait forever. There is no urgency in needing medications here.

I am appalled this pharmacy hasnāt resulted in someone dying.. the service is slow, incompetent or worse yet careless. On top of that often they are rude to bat. Itās worth the waste of gas, time and breath to go to another one, or better yet, get your prescriptions filled at CVS

This walgreens is terrible. No one is on the same page as far as what their "rules" are. Most of the pharmacist's and techs are nice but the last time i was there one of the techs was very rude and unprofessional. I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere because this place isnt worth the headache.

Horrible service!!!..if i could give then a 0 i would.. Was kick out of the store pretty much because i complain to one of the girls when she scream across the store she wasnt getting pay enough to babysit when my kids were just looking at stuff and putting it back. Then when i comfronted her she got all rude and one of the cashier told me to leave. Im 8months pregnant i was just trying to figure out what my kids supposedly mess up. They need to change all these rude highschoolers for mature people.

Horrible. Have gone here many times (due to insurance) and each time is a horrible experience. VERY long waits, even though text message says it is ready for pick up. Many times medication can't be filled because they are out and I have to come back a different day!
