Went to buy my very first set of egg laying chicks and the customer associate praised me for deciding to get eggs directly from chickens. Yet when I got home the receipt said Cornish Cross…my friend had seen the picture I sent and she exclaimed “those are meat hens! They don’t really lay eggs and must be dispatched within 12 weeks of their life or they will develop serious health problems.” When I went to the store in Stoughton a month later, I saw all kinds of labels and pictures of types of breeds and their purpose. Watertown TS certainly did not have that. Everything was blank. Clearly the lady didn’t know enough either, unless the store purposely did that to get rid of those chicks. Yes, I should have been more knowledgeable myself, but when you sell a product, the store should also be knowledgeable…or at least put a piece of paper up that says what you’re buying. It may have sparked conversation. Now I’m out $60 which is the cost to process 4 chickens. Never going there again.

Love tractor supply however certain items they don't have and there online shopping sucks by the time you TRY to put order in you are better driving and getting it yourself. There site is not good

Two years ago I signed up to attend a crafting event. We were on site 5 hours with only 6 people showing up. Not organized at all but I do see that manager is no longer at this store

We get wood burning pellets here for our pellet burner amount other items. They always greet you with a smile and a warm hello, can I help you find something. The employees go above and beyond to make your shopping experience easy, fast and always ask for the savings card! Very clean store, also!

Placed an order online to pick up in the store. It was a painless process and my order was ready the following day. Helpful staff and friendly. Would highly recommend. They have a lot of neat things in this store. It's nice to be able to go somewhere else versus your big box retail stores. Thank you for having the perfect anniversary gift!

Normally super friendly staff but today was the worst experience I’ve had here and definitely will never come back. I’ll also be telling people to never shop here either. Really unprofessional management too, instead of solving issues they just hang up on you lmfaooo. I’ve had better experiences at Walmart.

A great place to shop. Their animal food selection is great. We've gotten dog, cat, chicken and horse feed and were always happy with the quality. We also have gotten many other things from them and have been happy with the service we have received.

Very clean store, well organized and super friendly people offered their assistance. Their live plants were very healthy but the trees available for sale outside were a little sad looking. I only rated this 4 stars because the prices are pretty high. One of the pet items I saw costing $15 is a sliver of the price ($8) at Woodman's. They do have a lot of unique items though, so it may be worth your money to visit. Anyone need a 5 foot rooster made out of metal? If you do, get to Tractor Supply Co.

Friendly and helpful staff. Have a surprisingly large variety of what seemed like everything. Apparel, fencing, tools, horse supplies, home decor, you name it. Also, all well behaved dogs (animals) are welcome in the store.

Friendly..... someone is right there to help..they always accommodate the customers. The merchandise keeps changing so that keeps you coming back... where else can you go in town where the store has sooo much to offer and friendly manager John and Jean cashier??

Tractor Supply has a great section in a nice sized facility! But, sometimes it feels overwhelming or overcrowded. There is so much to choose from you can always find what your looking for, also giving you the feeling, they have tried to put to much in the space provided. It can also be hard to find employees available to help. Like they are playing hide and seek with you. Other than the one manning the register, they are always ready and willing to take your money.

Nice store. I get my grain free dog food here. It's good quality with a proper protein amount for an active dog. Prices are not to bad either.

The man who helped me was very nice and helpful. I brought my lp tank for my grill to be filled. He explained how it was outdated and I had to get another one or I could go to Reedy Gas and have them check out the tank. I chose to buy a new tank and have it filled at tractor Supply.

Fun place to shop! Reasonably priced. Great selection of pet supplies, clothing and seasonal gift items. Nice clearance section. I always find a deal on something.

They have most of what I need. Lots of adorable country style gifts and furnishings, clothing and boots, pet foods, horse products, wild bird foods, baby chicks in the spring, hardware items, farm animal medications and much more outside! Log splitters, trailers, rentals, rubber stall matts; it's a great store! Located just outside of Watertown (Take North Hwy 26 from I94 at Johnson Creek Outlet mall. Then exit at "Y" business district and turn right onto Y going to round about see the tractor dealership. Make your first right at Airpark Dr. going into Walmart center. Pass Walmart and turn left just past Arby's into Tractor Supply.)

Can be helpful mostly but not fully educated on things...I was in the store to spend 1k on a snow thrower and i asked the lady at the register a few simple questions and can you believe she says "why are you asking me all these questions?" AGGHHH HEELLOOOOO YOU WORK HERE MAYBE!'??? And im a paying customer and your a staff member WOW WILL NEVER FORGET IT!!...she also made me go fetch the damn thing myself from the back...fumbled around with the check out...told me she dont know how to run the register...didnt know about rebates or sales to call later hahaha...WHY ARE YOU EMPLOYED HERE!!!??????? I always feel like a bother especially with the guys in back...HELLO IM THE REASON YOU HAVE A JOB A PAYING CUSTOMER CAN YOU AT LEAST ACKNOWLEDGE IM STANDING HERE!!!! ITS BULLSH!T!!! Wonder what the real owner would think? PROBABLY DONT GIVE 2!!! sickning!!
