RUDE front end manager and also RUDE customer service front end manager. Female manager who is in charge of the cashiers is RUDE and speaks so loudly to embarrass employees, I can't see why someone would want to work with her or for this location. I was happy to hear the employee reply to her "you don't have to be so rude and loud in front of customers. you embarrassed me." The female manager rolled her eyes, laughed and walked away. Front end tall female manager was so rude and no people skills. Came in because some frozen food items were set aside for me. The lady I was spoke with was 5 stars and should get a raise and take over one of the manager's jobs! I didn't hear the employees name right, so when I came in I explained the situation to the 2 RUDE front end female managers, who proceed to keep talking down to me, were not trying to help me resolve or find my frozen items set aside. I had to ask numerous time to call in back and see if my frozen items were set aside, the lady from this frozen department had said they would be, they kept telling me "we don't know, nobody said anything to use, sorry." they thought that was okay, I kept asking them to please call in the back and find out, FINALLY the female front end manager (who was dressed up like Elf from the Christmas movie) went in back to see, SHE NEVER CAME BACK UPFRONT!!! After waiting and waiting for almost 20 + minutes the female employee who I spoke with came up front with my cart full of the frozen food items she set aside for me. She was very nice, happy and willing to bend over backwards. But the 2 upfront managers could have cared less. They should be FIRED! This location sucks. Food in produce moldy, this past summer so many bees in the store, I got stunk while shopping. Dirty store, the meat department has gone down hill. Took away items to make room for furniture that never sells. POORLY RUN and the front female managers are RUDE, no customer service skills and speak so rudely to staff AND customers, like I said, they should be fired.

Marlo is the best! By far the best employee there. She always makes a point to say hi to us and remembers us. She's so funny and she is the reason our family continues to go to pick n save! Give that woman a raise!

HORRIBLE customer service. I approched an female employee who was stocking the sausages and other refrigerated items. "Excuse me, can you tell me where the sausage links are? She did not even look at me she just pointed in the direction where they were. Really?

I enjoy using this Pick n Save. The people are always friendly. I feel that the store is kept clean and well organized. Women's room is kept fairly clean and stocked. I will not mark them down for things they cannot always control, I feel patrons should be more respectful when using a public restroom.

I’ve always had found what I’m looking for here. Except if it’s cranberries the day before thanksgiving, good luck finding those anywhere. Great quality products, a little more expensive than most places. But they have just about anything your looking for. Facility is kept clean and employees are nice. Would definitely visit again.

The place has a bad rotten smell. The carts are really bad. I personally saw an elderly woman fall down from trying to turn a rusty bad cart and it fell over causing her to fall! And it was the same cart that was brought to the store managers attention the week or so before!I got some lunch meat from the deli, noticing that the meat doesn’t have date stickers like the other pick n save delis do. The girl told me she had to get fresh meat from the back. Why? It’s right in front of me?Then I realized, much of the meat on display is moldy!I brought it to the deli managers and store managers attention, still there after several weeks. Called the health department on them.The dairy department tends to have a ton of expired items especially milk and yogurt. They “woohoo” items that are past expiration date, and the sale meat tends to be brown colored (spoiling). Cross contamination problems in the meat case. I asked the store manager why the donuts were flat, he said because the bakery person didn’t know how to make them. And he let them stay out in the bakery case anyway!This store has A LOT of problems, many of them are absolutely gross, and the management there lacks respect for customers! I suggest shopping somewhere else so you don’t get really sick!

Wow, get a grasp for holiday seasons. Not all the registers opened, or even the self checkouts in produce. A line so exaggerated, you'd think it was a cartoon about ALDI. RIDICULOUS. Left the pizzas. Could order out and get quicker pizzas than waiting in line.

About 4 or 5 years ago I would have given this store 5 stars. This store HAD a very nice variety. Then they started making changes. They tried selling furniture, blocked off an area for people to sit and eat, made a popcorn stand, and other things. While you were doing this you were taking away variety. For example at one time you had one entire side of an aisle full of all different breads, buns, bagels etc.. Now you might use half of that area. Many of the things I used to buy you don't carry anymore, forcing me to go somewhere else to buy them or needing to order them.

Today I witnessed a female manager completely embarrass what seemed to be a former employee. I’m only aware of this because the manager was talking so loud about/to her, something about how she was supposed to have some amount of money on her rewards- it was there, then wasn’t the next day. She embarrassed the customer and that was so disgusting and unprofessional of her. She even had the audacity to yell “do you even want your things?” Followed by a very rude sounding “have a great day” This so called manager should be spoken to in how she chooses to talk/ treat a customer in front of a whole store. Wow!

Used to love shopping here not anymore. Many times I have found mold on fruits. Items on selfs after the expiration dates. The worst being going home to open your packages and find they are spoiled. Luch ables and go gurts on a couple occasions have been spoiled, covered in mold while not passing the expiration date. So this tells me food is sitting around not refrigerated and spoiling. When confronting the manager nothing was said other then will look into it. Definitely done with this store.

BEWARE IF YOU SHOP AT THIS STORE!! In the last 2 weeks, I have stopped there twice, and during those visits I purchased a total of 23 items of which I was OVERCHARGED on a grand total of 20 items!!When I brought this issue up to the person behind the Customer Service counter, they specifically told me that they were having all kinds of problems with both their Fresh Perks loyalty card, and even more so with their Digital Coupons, ringing up the correct sale price! I spoke to the Store Manager, but all I got was empty excuses and apologies. After the second time, I did ask to speak to someone else above him, and was given the business card for the Vice-President of this area. However so far I have made 3 phone calls to him over the past week and each time all I got was his voice mail. I did leave a detailed message about the issue, along with my phone number. However as of yet, I have not heard back from him. I also did contact the corporate office about this issue and they took down a complaint, and told me that this same "so-called" Vice-President was supposed to respond back to me in 24 hours. Well yet again nothing!!I would never recommend to anyone to shop at this store with their misrepresented sales prices which they can not seem to be able to get correct when it comes time to ringing them up at the register, which in effect amounts to taking money (or even one could say stealing) from its unsuspecting customers that do not diligently check their receipts after shopping there!!

This review is an edit to reflect its safer practices with ALL employees wearing masks during the pandemic.Since I'm high risk I've been going there more because of this and I can echo some other reviews:I don't appreciate the Kroger model/ products or the buy more of something to get a deal.You really have to be vigilant with produce condition or dates on packaged ones.#2 edit:One look at their donuts in the bakery and you'll see why you'll have to keep an eye out for "shrinkflation".Try eating one with filling and you'll really understand why.

I do the bulk of my grocery shopping here and I LOVE it. The staff are always incredibly friendly and eager to assist if needed. There’s an enormous selection of fresh produce, meats, bakery items, etc. I am specifically very happy with the availability of natural and organic alternatives. While some people would consider PickNSave on the pricey side, you’re really getting what you pay for in quality of product, customer service, and more.

This store is always so well organized. The produce department is absolute beautiful and the deli is always fully stocked when I go there. They have a giant salad bar and everything always looks so fresh.The staff is always very helpful and they have good sale prices.

Kroger remodel is a downgrade for anyone who likes to cook or just make a weekday dinner. Selection of ingredients, dinner staples and fresh foods seems to be down and number of prepackaged foods seems to be up, and at least three coolers have been removed. Useless new sections like checkout at entrance (huh?), popcorn stand and railed-off table/chairs (to eat what?) also serve to annoy shoppers. That said, the quality of fresh food is still good and employees are still friendly.

Since the store has been taken over by Kroger's there has been some noticeable changes. Staff seem to be not as friendly and some new hires definitely need public relation skills training especially in the deli and meat department. The produce isn't as nice with bulk choices as before. The meat department has improved with a nicer looking case and also sale prices on meat. The floral department lady, with the beautiful long hair, is so kind and goes the extra step to make sure my arrangements are always special and thoroughly answers my non-green thumb questions. Parking is probably the biggest cluster. Whomever designed this catastrophe needs to come back and fix the mess.

Skip milk, I have several times in the last year bought a gallon of store brand milk that goes bad days before the date on container.Today is 12/14/21, I have 3/4 of a gallon that is starting to go bad (undrinkable), and it has a date of 12/22/21!So it's bad eight days before the "freshness" date. There's a sign on the cooler in the store that says:"Milk Guaranteed Fresh For 10 Days" NOT!

Last week i had gone to pick n save here in Watertown for my normal grocery list. I decided to purchase some cinnamon rolls over by the dairy department. When i got home i had noticed they were all expired so i called and asked to talk to a manager just to make them aware so they could send someone back there to double check and make sure no other rolls were expired. I go back there this evening and decided go get some more since i never got to eat the first ones i bought. Well, THEY STILL HAD THE SAME EXPIRED ROLLS ON THE SHELF. SAME DATE, SAME EVERYTHING. granted thete were only 2 rolls left, but that means they sold all the other ones to customers! I went up front and asked them to page their nighttime manager so i could speak with him about my concerns. Boy was that a waste of time. This man didn't even apologize to me. He fed me multiple excuses about all the products their store brings in and stocks and that its impossible to keep track and avoid this happening. Bs!!! I also told him im 8 months pregnant and eating something like this expired could easily put me in the hospital. He was extremely rude after that and did not give a flying f. What a joke.

I just wanted to give a kudos to the bakery. I came there for you to make my daughters 4 year old Frozen birthday cake. I brought in some cake decorations to assist with creating the cake. Rather than just plunking them on the cake the baker truly made it a masterpiece. I so appreciate the beautiful cake. It was perfect for my daughter’s party. ♥️Thank you

It’s not a Publix but it’s certainly better than Winn-Dixie. Produce is plentiful and fresh. Isles are clean and stocked though I’d like to see more store brands and bigger savings. Deli is meh Dietz is ok but bring on the Boars Head. Check out is the letdown. Conveyor belts are ugly nasty never enough staff or isles open. But what can you do, it’s a long way from Publix goodness

I like Pick N Save but I find it takes forever to put together a grocery list. That is because often you have to buy five items to get the deal. Those deals are good but it is incredibly time consuming. Then there are the digital deals. Again, good prices but you have to be able to go online to get them. Lots of people are not able to do that. Please, make shopping easy again.

I find it frustrating to have to create a shopping list in the app to get the sale prices. What happened to just scanning your rewards card? I hate grocery shopping, just want to get in, get what I want and check out! What happens when you need to run in quick and grab something....I don't want to have to spend another 20 minutes on the app to get the sale price!

Their donuts are getting worse by the day. It was much better when they served us directly. I used to love getting their donuts, it was such a nice variety. Now that they made their donuts self-service, its just pathetic. Most of the icing is off or patchy, some seemed smaller than usual, and it seems that they are not even trying anymore! Picknsave is just turning pathetic! Check out the photos in the photo section and you'll see what I mean. And it's not just the donuts...it's not even worth a full star, let alone half

This is the third time in 6 months we have come home and found expired dairy (we use click list pick-up). Each time we call, get a credit and nothing changes. One of the times we went back a week later and the same expired cottage cheese was on the shelf.

All of the "freshly" sliced deli meats and cheeses are now in covered cases and not visible to the customer. I find this practice unacceptable. What are they hiding? The cases used to be visible to the customer.They tried to over charge me by 49 cents on 2# bag of onions. I had to get the price marker from the onion bin to show to the cashier to prove that I was right on the price.
