My review is based only on their customer service.Came in today at 10 AM to purchase some items for an upcoming company picnic.The cashier, Laurie was probably the rudest cashier I have ever encountered.I had to ask her to stop crumpling the 3 pcs of poster board I was buying.She was SO I actually called her out and said “You’re miserable, you must be having a terrible day”. She replied that she couldn’t talk to me because she had to learn a new system.No amount of snarky, rude behavior is going to help this woman learn anything.She dropped not one, not two, not three, but FOUR bags so they fell onto the counter, instead of putting them in my hand that was FULLY EXTENDED.Last straw was when she SNATCHED the receipt from my hand, I told her that was the last thing she will snatch from me.Laurie, I am sorry you have a job you hate, and you’re a miserable person but taking things out on customers won’t fix anything for you. Four calls later and no one who works at the store will answer the phone. Do better. A lot better.

This store really needs to be cleaned up! The floors are gross! The cashier was very nice and friendly. Empty Stock boxes sitting in the aisles, not good. Would be best if more staff there on stock days to get it put away. Cashier can only do so much if she is busy. I will go to another store next time.How difficult is it to shampoo the floors? Or put down vinyl . Clean this place up!!

I very much enjoy thus store. Everything $1 or less. Often a small fraction of Walmart prices! I bought the exact same UV-C light for disinfecting objects that Wal-Mart offers for $29.95! Storage bins others charge $4 for.

Update review. I'm number 11 in line only one cashier. If I didn't need the muffin tins I would leave.Update October 2020.One cashier long lines again. The male manager was checking out a few people when I went in his line he told me he was closed.I had to go back in the 1st line which was long.Never again

Most time they're nice here. They have long lines most times because only one line is open. They also wait until there are about 15 people in line to open up another one. But then they have their good days when they can get you in and out fast.

If you're going to drastically change your hours, you should probably post it on your website. Left my house at 6pm after checking hours that stated open until 9.. got there and the door was locked with a girl inside shaking her head at me. Thanks for the waste of time.

Friendy helpful clerks & cashiers who try to keep the apperance of the store well kept but as soon as an areas attended to patrons seam to carelessly ravage the work performed to keep it neat. They usually have what I looking for and sometimes things I was and buy as I can use it. This visit I knew what I needed & was looking for and bought it for $1.00 ea.

I have always loved Dollar Trees, but I just want to give a shout out to the employees of Watertown, Wi's! They are always super helpful and friendly. They have gone out of their way to help my kids and I find items. Thank you!!

Great place to shop. Candy, kitchen things toilet paper, office supply's, craft things, and all is just one dollar each. I really like it when times are tuff you have some place to shop that the price never goes up.

Great place to pick up party decorations and prices are no surprise. They also sell helium balloons if you are into those. Might also be a place to get USB cables but I haven't tried those.

Love this Dollar Tree! they have a ton of items. Aisles are bigger than other Dollar Trees and people working there are friendly and nice.

Was a good trip..nice lady at check out..they should have opened another lane was close to closing time looked like the other lady was going to open but she was just getting tills out to count..line was long..

This store offers no refunds on anything.. You can only exchange for another item. Don't find that out until after you purchased the item.The manager is less than helpful with anything...avoid at all costs.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful, but not intrusive. Good deals on most stuff in the store. Usually very clean and hospitable.

I go here almost everyday and most times im just standing at the check out lane with some people behind me waiting for someone to take the register, some times whole minutes go by and we'll just look around the place n say where tf are these workers at!?

The products are worth the dollar they charge for the individual items. They have a lot of items that are quite useful on a daily basis and the price is really reasonable.
