They call to remind us when they are coming. They keep everything on track. It’s nice that we don’t have to worry about remembering when to add salt or when our whole house filter has to be changed. As a homeowner we have enough to think about and take care of.

I called to set up new delivery service and the lady was super nice and helpful! She told me somebody would be over sometime today already! 10 minutes later i get a notification from my Ring doorbell and they were there delivering my salt! It was a very easy, simple process to get everything set up and the office staff always answers my questions quickly and easily makes necessary changes. Our deliveryman makes our monthly service and restocking something I don't have to worry about. He efficiently adjusts our monthly delivery amount based on our water usage fluctuations. The empties magically disappear and are replaced with jugs of fresh, delicious water!

So nice to have them deliver right to the house! Last month our delivery guy saw us coming up the driveway, the door was locked so he waited and greeted us with a smiling face to take our bags down to the basement!! Now that sure is something we are not seeing from people these days, someone enjoying there job and going out of his way to be helpful. We went from there 5 gal Water containers and they supplied the water dispenser am not sure what its called.To the Built-in home purification system which is affordable safe convenient Delicious water 💧.Its saved our family hundreds of dollars monthly then bottled water. Timely, excellent service...Had hard water in my house with my older Culligan Water Softener System...Service tech was there for repair the day after contact, diagnosing the brine tank draw as the issue...Changed some parts out on my brine tank and problem was solved. Gentile People,This letter is an enthusiastic recommendation of the Culligan Water Conditioning of Watertown at 1401 Clark Street based on a customer relationship that started in 2005. My wife Barbara and I has just moved into town and purchased our present home. The existing water softener had not been used for some time and was not serviceable.I drove to the Culligan office which is a few blocks away and asked the receptionist to talk to someone about the needs of our new house. At that time the business was owned by a partnership of two local Watertown residents, and the Managing President came out and invited me into his office.Instead of a quick bang-bang “We have these units - and I think you should have this one”, he listened to the things I wanted to do in our home. After a few specific questions, he started by explaining the issues associated with water conditioning, demand cycles, regen options and a lot of technical stuff that I wanted to know. He put together a solution that has worked well for me and has completely met the needs of my house and my home office.I can take a HOT shower as long as I want, while at the same time, my wife can run as many loads of laundry as she needs, and we won’t run out of conditioned hot water! When we have guest or when I have engineering clients in my home office, my ice cubes sparkle crystal clear, and Bourbon and Branch water tastes great because of the Reverse Osmosis water system that feeds the refrigerator system. We also use RO water for cooking. It doesn’t get any better than this.When the local business partners retired and the new ownership took control, I stopped in and introduced myself. I am pleased to say that the same great service, accommodating maintenance staff, and fair pricing policies have carried forward.I am pleased to unconditionally recommend Culligan Water Conditioning of Watertown.James W. This location is discriminatory !! Called Culligan in Watertown to see about a water softener and a home r.o. system or possibly just some clean water delivery services and "Steve" calls me back after I give the receptionist my info and tells me that they no longer service our community !! Are you kidding me ?? Just because we live out in the country where there's even more chemicals and higher levels of arsenic due to all the farming around us you want to add insult to injury and say you no longer service our community !! Plus they raised my neighbors contract on water delivery 10 more dollars !! Mind you we only live 15 minutes away from this Culligan location. I hope this location is not a franchise because they're corporate office will be notified of this !!
