I don't give out many 5 star reviews, but Dean & Aquatica deserve every one of them. Here's why.When we bought our hobby farm close to Holy Hill, I thought a "water feature" was the waterfall I'd seen at one end of residential swimming pools.Not at Aquatica.The 75ft. stream they designed -with 3 pools and 2 waterfalls - cascading past our deck to the patio/pergola below has transformed our property.It's literally like living next to a creek, something I didn't think was possible.At any time of the day, whether on our deck or patio, listening to the water running by is just remarkable.Challenge them - and see what they come up with. I think you'll be very glad you did.

Aquatica was recommended to us after we spoke with several professionals in the landscaping business. We met with Dean and he was extremely helpful in designing our vision. After a few tweaks to the design (we decided to expand the size of the pond), Dean and his crew broke ground on our project in late May of this year. The crew from Aquatica exceeded our expectations on the look of our pond. The Aquatica crew did a great job putting the yard back together, putting in a walkway and installing both pond and landscape lighting. After the pond was complete Chris the service manager for our area came by and put all the water plants in. He then spent over an hour going over the maintenance of the pond and answering my questions. After about a week the pond was crystal clear and has remained that way. Maintenance on the pond is less than 20 minutes a week. If you’re thinking of putting in a pond we would highly Aquatica. Dean and his team will not let you down

Today my annual clean up crew Patrick and Jake couldn't have worked harder. What a polite and friendly team they were to work with. Cannot say enough nice things about Dean, Angie and the Aquatica crew. Our pond is about a dozen years old and is part of the family. We have dinner in the summer next to it, drink our morning coffee by it and relax to the sounds of the waterfall through the window as we go to sleep. We have our koi kids to feed every day, and in the Winter, they are in a Condo at the Aquatica shop where they stay warm. The crew is super helpful every spring clean out getting the pond ready for another season. They clean it out, replace any rocks that move and are the nicest people.

Aquatica maintains for me a waterfall feature that they designed and built for previous owner of my home in southeastern Wisconsin. Their service people are knowledgeable, courteous, and eager to serve, whether in the twice-yearly start-up/shut-down operations or to address small maintenance issues that sometimes arise in the course of its normal use. Dean and his crew installed a pond and waterfall in October of 2020 and did an excellent job. Dean provided a beautiful design and his team executed brilliantly. The crew cleaned up at the end of each day and kept the yard and patio as clean as could be expected for a construction site.The follow-up service from Sean was terrific. He's been very responsive with all my pond questions and needs. During business hours he responds via email and text the same day.I've had the pond cleaned for the past two springs and the crew was fantastic. The crew checked in before the cleaning and checked in several times during the cleaning to provide tips and feedback on how to have a more successful ecosystem.Choosing Aquatica as my pond installer and maintenance provider was the best decision I could've made.

A few years back I asked if they did small ponds and waterfalls. They do and I absolutely love my pond. They worked with me to design just what I wanted. I really appreciate the Spring cleanout service as I would not be able to do it myself. All the birds and squirrels enjoy the pond as do all my human guests. Job well done!

Aquatica just completed our water feature a few days ago, and I still feel like I'm on vacation in my own back yard. The sound is fantastic and it's even more beautiful than I imagined it could be. Dean is amazing to work with. He exudes positive energy every time I've spoken with him. He listens well, and can envision what will look natural and beautiful in the surroundings. This resulted in a plan that gave us far more than what I'd imagined it could be. He and his team are all very kind, very hardworking artists. Aquatica has wonderful tours. You can see so many wonderful water features, and they provide a nice meal at the end. We have also purchased fish from them, good quality fish. The Aquatica people are very nice and great to do business with.

At first we were going to build our own pond. After talking withAquatica we realized how much they knew, and how little we did. From the owner down to the crew, they all have knowledge! They encouraged us to do what we felt comfortable doing which in the end was hiring them. As they built we were able to provide input on what we wanted. Once the pond was installed their services didn't stop there. They taught us about "the pond life" how to maintain in spring and fall, and enjoy our pond and fish. We were so happy with their services we asked them to build an additional pond and a water feature. If anyone asked who to use for ponds or water features, my only response would be Aquatica.

Aquatica has done two projects for us - a pond installed in 2005 that has needed little maintenance and pondless water feature that have enhanced our backyard. Dean and his crew created a beautiful wonderland in our back yard. We actually sit out side every night with a glass of wine and enjoy the majestic view of our beautiful rock forms and gorgeous artistry that Aquatica created The awesome sounds of the waterfalls are so relaxing and are music to our ears ! Love sitting out there even in the day. At night there are lights shining on the falls and pond.On top of all the beauty Aquatica created is the service ! Any questions or advice with maintenance reguarding our pond just takes a phone call and you not not only get a quick response back but they are more than happy to meet our needs. Aquatica built my pond approximately 16 years ago. I've enjoyed every minute of it. They did a wonderful job designing it and utilizing the lands topography keeping everything as natural looking as possible. Because of the smart design I am able to keep my koi outside year round with a simple bubbler running through the Winter. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to Spring!

The Aquatica team are always there to help out when there is an issue. Just had them out November 2021 to rebuild the waterfall feature. After many years it started to disintegrate and they rebuilt it even better. Great guys!

Walking through the garden shows, you see these amazing waterfall displays and think 'nah,I could never afford that' but one year, we actually stopped and talked to Dean @ Aquatica. He came out to our house, looked at our yard and drew something totally amazing.... that was totally affordable. We gave him our budget, he gave us a dream come true.Dean's people are as professional (and as personable) as Dean. We couldn't have chosen a better company to help make our backyard the favorite place to be. Our yard wasn't torn up; the process went quickly and, even during their busy season, they get back to you. A true sign of a trust? We are having them come back to expand what they started.
