Personally, out of all the Walmarts I've merchandised at this one takes the win. Terrific management with easy access to get the job done. Sam Walton would be proud of the team at this Walmart doing things right.

No complaints. Well, my on going gripe is their clearance isle / items USED to be marked at reasonable "sale" prices. NOT any more. In my opinion it seems like there are many many items made to look like they are on a clearance sale but really not. Just watch prices & make sure you are getting the price you expect to get.

Lovely smaller Walmart. Layout is different than I'm used to but that's all right, with the app you can find items easier. The service is nice.

I ordered online for pickup, and when I unpacked my groceries, the top of the frebreeze bottle was off and leaked all over my groceries, and I also received someone else's Deli ham. The bottle was empty when I removed it from my vehicle. I went back to the store, and they exchanged the frebreeze, which was nice, and they told me I could keep the ham since it left the store. I'm not sure how the frebreeze made it from the shelf to my vehicle without someone noticing it.

As with most big-box customer service is a thing of the past. And Walmart is getting worse all the time. It's too bad they have forced most of the small stores out of business by lowering their price and now they are raising their prices and cutting costs by having you check your self out. And stop you and go through your cart to make sure you didn't miss. Done ranting for the day

I generally enjoy this place. But in the past I've been here late at night before covid hit, and there were rats running around the front and in the makeup department. I'm not sure where else in the store I didn't go anywhere else.

Nice store. It's too bad they only have the very large carts. Get some smaller carts that aren't difficult to push around! The aisles are always blocked with Walmart employees "picking orders" maneuvering those big carts is impossible!!

I hate this store and everything about it. I hate even more that I have to shop here if I don't want to sell my kidney for food or buy home goods from Amazon. The stupid, fancy fitness watch I wear measures my stress levels and whenever I shop here it recommends taking a five minute breathing break halfway through. Not only is it nigh impossible to find everything you're looking for, but after finally exiting checkout, you feel like Rip Van Winkle. Honestly, can someone please tell me why the hot sauce is in two different aisles and to find Cholula I can't go to the Mexican food area, I have to look by the whatever other sauces section. Thank you for coming to my TED talk and only shop here because you are forced to.

Employees are wonderful and very helpful, store is vary clean. The self check out lanes suck, if you would add even two more employee check out lanes I would give a 5 star rating. I want to pay for the employees to check me out, to give them jobs. Not me doing it myself while you take my hard earned money and no one get paid for checking me out and says thank you have a great day are to chat with while your checking out, and I mean a real person not a robot.

Had to do ALL of my Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve, and they had everything my daughters wanted for gifts, plus was able to get gifts for my Boyfriend, Mom, Dad and Stepmom! All of the associates were VERY HELPFUL and POLITE! They greeted me and said Happy Holidays! I actually really like shopping here!!

Your managers need to work more solidly on customer relations. Two visits in a row I received no greeting. She had plenty of time conversing with a co worker during my transaction. The customer should be the focus, correct?

They have taken the check out lanes away and put in scan and go lanes. I prefer the person checking my stuff. I seldom come in for less than 25 items. It took almost 45 minutes to get checked out due to the lane back up.....

Great hometown size Walmart. They have just about everything the La Crosse stores have but with fewer options. You can tell when they are about to get a delivery as the grocery shelves tend to get a bit low. There also is no automotive service department.The employees are always very friendly and the store is kept clean and organized.

Went here three times. Each time people were nice. Sweater selection in May was a little low. But it is open after 11:00, (24 hours to be precise) so I guess its good.

Stood in line for over 10 minutes while the checkout person took that long to check out just one customer with not many items. Either very poorly trained or just plain not good at the job.

If I could get a -10 I would because the service there sucks the ladies at the front desk are rude if their so unhappy get a different job!! I dread going to that Walmart but sometimes it’s necessity but it won’t be for a long time again because I’m not dealing with that. Little podunk, hillbilly, unhappy with their life people!
