I just can't say enough good things about Betro Flooring. We purchased and they installed carpeting, LVP and a beautiful back splash. Yolanda and Jamie are just the best. Very personable and caring.There installation team did such a wonderful job. They were so polite and are definitely experts in their field. Our home was completely updated all new paint and kitchen cabinetry, they were so careful, not one scratch. They cleaned up several times pet day, so no dirt or dust whatsoever. We are thrilled with our new kitchen floor from Betro Flooring! We had had extensive water damage that required removal of several layers of old flooring, during which all our cabinets, doors, and windows were covered with plastic and tape to keep the mess contained. They washed the original undamaged base layer of vinyl with a mold and mildew treatment before installing our new beautiful flooring. Old, reusable trim was restained and looked great again. Jamie, Chris, Dominic, Patrick, and Yolanda were a delight to work with and went over and above our expectations. I highly recommend Betro Flooring for any flooring needs.
