Would not recommend this place for your loved furballs. Very unprofessional. Owner butched my dog and he looks awful. I will not deny he had few mats, but to completely shave him down and not contact me was extremely wrong. Very sad as to what was done to him. When contacted owner after she responded very unprofessionally. Couldn't pay me to return there.

Brought my dog in for a nail trim, because he freaks out when I do it. The person that did it, held onto him and did it fast. He hardly had time to be scared. She knew exactly how to handle him. They were nice and short, and did not bleed. Good prices too. I would definitely go back.

I recently met a lady while walking our German Shepherd. She had recommended the Pink Poodle to have our dogs nails trimmed after I expressed we take her to a local vet to have them done. Who charges $10.I had called Pink Poodle to set up appointment , which I did not need. It was a walk in basis. So, not only did it cost just $5 compared to the vet who charges $10, our visit to the Pink Poodle was absolutely wonderful!!! The price very reasonable, but ,more importantly our dog did not make one sound or show any anxiety. I got to be right there with her opposed to the vet who takes her in the back and the dog sounds like she's not very happy. "This groomer was very good with her and the nail trim took all but 2 minutes. I was very happy as was our German Shepherd!!

I took my very stubborn girl (Hades) there to have her nails trimmed. Unable to do it myself I gave them a call and they were more than willing to take on the task. It was quite an event as my drama queen was determined to make this gals job as difficult as it could be. She got each nail trimmed successfully. My Hades has to rank very high when it comes to being difficult when it come to her nails, and I am so pleased the gal didn’t give up and got those razor like nails trimmed. Afterwards Hades was quite content just to lay down and relax. I will definitely go there again!! The cost was reasonable, service was excellent, and the ladies were super helpful and friendly. Thank you

These ladies are absolutely AMAZING! I brought my son's Bulldog in to have his nails trimmed which he won't let ANYONE do not even my son and they DID IT! I am so glad we found you guys ❤

We adopted a girlie who was very matted and had never been groomed, we took him to the pink poodle and have never seen such a wonderful grooming job before!! We now bring our Freddy every 8 weeks to get groomed:)

Moved to Lacrosse and miss taking our dog to her. Wish I could drive, I would go out of my way to take my pet to her. She is fantastic with pets and does a great job. My dog loved going to see her everytime.

First time there since moving from out of state and Kari was very nice and helpful on the phone and same when I went in the very next day she was very good with my German Shepherd mix puppy and her rates were very reasonable my little Baby will definitely be a repeat customer.

Very good place.... If you're able to actually get a hold of anyone, get an appointment,( or one time they even CLOSED early& I had an appointment for my Pomeranian- I showed & lights were off-doors locked...they claimed that I missed the appt., I was there 10 min prior! So either Im a moron & I don't know the difference between "open" & "closed" or they just blatantly lied to me... They could've just called me and cancelled or admit they "forgot" about us & rescheduled.... But to sit there and say you were there when obviously not(YES- I even knocked & called too!)But - like now (week of April 2,2019) called 4x already to try to get my pom in... No answer, call back -nothing!.....Maybe it's time to give up on The Pink Poodle & find another dog groomer...maybe in Tomah or Onalaska/LaCrosse areas!So like I said... Good place.... If you can get in! Im surprised they're able to keep customers. I wouldn't treat "regulars" this way! Get more staff (groomers) and/or even a phone receptionist would be awesome.
