Clean bathrooms! You can always tell what an entity feels about hygiene, if you can't figure it out, look at the bathrooms! The prices are not low, that being said, Walmart has them beat. They do have great sushi and sashimi. I found it fairly decent, although more expensive than their competitors. Also, I would have to say if you don't feel like being bothered with huge crowds, and getting everything you need, what is your time worth? 👍🏿😁 That's a huge positive.👍 Also, by the way, interactions with Festival Foods have been nothing but spectacular, gabito ?

Another great Festival Foods location for all your grocery needs! The customer service at Festival Foods is always great and is a great grocery store. Festival Foods has a great selection and one to specifically call out is the awesome seafood offerings they have particularly when it comes to fish. If you like fish, trust me when I say this is the best place to come. They have all the normal picks being salmon, cod, etc but they also have catfish & perch just to name a few I don't see a lot of elsewhere. The bakery selection is also always good and also has great produce on hand. The produce section here has Braeburn apples which are only found here in Kenosha, there are all kinds of apples but with Braeburn being my favorite it's only natural that I come to Festival so much! Highly recommended!

The mission statement of Festival Foods is this: At Festival Foods, our customers are our guests. With family at our core, we aim to give each and every guest the personal attention and support we would expect from our own families. We go above and beyond to ensure we’re meeting expectations held by our guests. It all boils down to our Boomerang Principle: Every business decision we make is based on the question, “Will it bring the customer back?”The Festival Foods in Somers, Wisconsin has everything going for it. A prime location on Green Bay Road with a Kwik Trip gas station next to it. The store is clean, large, spacious, and easy to navigate. The aisles are clearly marked, and at the end of each aisle is a store merchandise directory. Festival Foods features fresh produce, meat, a deli, bakery and a liquor store while highlighting grocery items which are supplied by local farmers within the state of Wisconsin. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable about their department. The management is direct and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer has a positive experience at this location.

Pretty good grocery ..not big like Wal-(you know what) but definitely not small My only gripe was lack of electric carts. I'm disabled and had to wait for one. Then when I DID get one it's battery ran out in 2 minutes.A good store though.

Up until today I would have given an off the charts rating…got an 8 piece fried chicken, or what I expected to be an 8 piece…what my picture shows is 6 pieces 3 of which were drumsticks one wing and 2 mystery piece. Cut up the smaller one not enough meat to give my dog! Really disappointed doesn’t even cover what I am feeling right now!!!!!!!

Full service grocery and liquor store. Includes a deli, sushi, bakery and meat/seafood store. Great service. Attended childcare while you shop. A natural and organic products section, too. A drug store within, as well.

I have no idea why but every single deli associate always give attitude and refuse to give you your deli meat at the thickness you want, there is a little soft that gives you a chart to the different levels of thickness your meat cam be, I like mine shaved or super thin and every single time there re excuses as to why they don't want to do it, and if they finally give in and say ok we will cut shave it, they shave enough cover up the rest of the deli meat not being cut at the same level, I thought the slogan was "boomerang the costumer " but if every time I go in I'm denied what I ask for why would I come back?

Better quality beef, deli selections and produce is good, too. It's a bit further from my home. Friends tell me it's a bit pricey but, you get what you pay for!

WAY more expensive than other grocery stores in town.....I'm baffled as to why people shop here. There must be some kind of program or coupons I don't know about.

Not only is this the most expensive grocery store in town. EVERYTHING they sell is expired!

They have meeting rooms that people from the community can use for free! That is fantastic! I am definitely going to be taking advantage of this opportunity. We've been having our Kenosha Steampunk Society meetings there, it works great!

Love this store! Moderately priced, but has a HUGE selection of foods and goods. The deli selection is also superb! Anywhere from cold cuts, to hot foods, this deli does not disappoint. Look for coupons and savings throughout the store for a good bargain. Friendly staff and clean store!

Update: another prejudice encounter! I honestly love Festivals….but this one in particular I’ve had a few racial encounters….me being a woman of color, I had 2 different encounters at self checkout as far as watching me and one time the guy was almost touching me he was so close trying to watch me….I even called when the guy was too close to me and had them rewind the camera to agree there was an issue. Other than this I love Festivals. Always convenient and fresh meat. Expensive but it’s worth it

Festival is probably the best place to get your produce if you want to guarantee you can find what you want in good shape. The deli is also nice, and the bakery is a convenience. I do appreciate the local contributions.Aside from that, it is so, so expensive compared to any other grocery store within a 2-5 minute drive. Any young person will go broke shopping here.

We don't have Festival Foods where we live, but we'd compare this to a Wegmans. They have a nicely laid out floor plan, wide aisles, and a great variety of food.We bought their marinated salmon and breaded shrimp (with cocktail sauce) and enjoyed both meals.Fresh vegetables and fruit as well. They also have bags of broccoli and cauliflower with big chunks of butter. Just toss it in the microwave for 3 minutes and it comes out perfect.Wish we had a Festival Foods back home.

Excellent place to visit! Love their sushi and cut up fruit it’s always the best. Would love to give them 5 stars but sometimes some of the workers by the self checkout act a little strange… not rude! just a little bit strange sometimes such as like hovering over us while scanning things (usually the older workers lol) I get it but you know a little uncomfortable at times…definitely does not happen on the regular so still highly recommend!!

I used to like festival for their convenience. I used to live downtown where it was the only grocery store in a 5 mile radius so I had no choice but to spend 60% more for groceries than what I could be paying. My husband wanted coke so I checked prices. Woodmans 12 pack of coke is $7.29, at festival it’s 11.99. Also the fact that Festival employees get about $11-12 an hour depending on who you talk to. While over at woodman's, they start at $18 an hour and somehow can keep prices well below festival’s prices. If you have any respect for yourself and the money that you earn in this country, you would be smart to avoid Festival. Pay your employees more and lower your prices Festival. Your employees deserve better.

Very clean and easy to maneuver . Not crowded. Pretty good selections and very pleasant employees. I find the prices on certain items are a bit higher than other grocers. The gas rewards program is an awesome benefit. It is easy to sign up for and easy to use.

I enjoy shopping @ Festival Foods north side of Kenosha! It offers a pleasant shopping atmosphere, good air flow, wide isles & good sales prices. The Manager is wonderful! She was working @ the Costomer Service Desk last Summer & helped me out when I accidently locked my car keys & purse in my trunk! :( The Staff is so friendly & very helpful to their customers. The Cashiers/ Checkers & Grocery Baggers like Mike are all so pleasant! I am so happy we have a Festival Foods on the north side of Kenosha! :)

Actually like the liquor selection at this location. The place is always clean and never too busy. The produce is usually on the fresher side and you can get a decent variety of things, although there are times during the season, where you can't get things like sweet corn and other seasonal vegetables that other stores in the local area do have.Parking lot is sizeable and not ever too cluttered with carts, although on windy days, I've seen carts flying across the parking lot.

Nice clean store wide aisles. Some unique products not in your average grocery store along with many items a person would expect. We were very pleased and will return.Update. We still like shopping here. We can generally find what we are looking for that we don't normally see.

I want to like Festival more than I do. The people there all seem to be really nice. They have a pretty great butcher counter with staff that seem to know what they’re doing. The people in produce are always friendly and willing to lend a hand. The thing that keeps me from that fifth star is the relative limited selection on many items I’m interested in and the PRICES. Now, they have an excellent selection (from what I can see) in many different areas, but it always seems to be “lacking” when I’m looking for something specific. But the prices? Easily the highest in the area. Honestly if they dropped them a bit, I’d go out of my way to shop here because of the staff.EDIT: I’ve been back now more than a few times since I considered this review, and the pricing seems to be more in-line with the rest of the area. The staff continues to impress with their service and friendliness, so I’ve added a star.
