The assistant manager there Dawn needs some professional help. First, I like to state personal life should be kept separate from your workplace. I never met this woman before in my life or even shopped at this location. I started to see Dawn's ex-bf at that time she sent text messages to him stating that I was claiming she was abusing minors. The police were investigating her and she was gonna lose her job. This being a disgusting lie I went to the store to speak to the manager they were not present I was directed to call the regional manager Crystal I explained the situation Crystal said she would handle it next I get a visit from the police saying Dawn claimed was swearing in the store I told them to pull up the camera footage you see she lying police told Dawn to leave me alone I have had no contact with Dawn or store my boyfriend's friend went into store Dawn told him. I had her robbed of store money and im having male friends following her to kill her !!! Like wow how childish I make another complaint to the company about her accusations next I get a phone call from the police now stating im not allowed in the store per Dawn I dont care to use that store but I do care that the company is allowing this behavior when I have proof what she has done I have no right to be slandered like this and Dollar General is responsible just as much as Dawn for allowing it.employer liability for employee defamation:Employers can be held liable for defamatory statements made by supervisors, managers and other employees which are made “in the course and scope of their employment”.

Fed up! I have shopped at this store for years. New manager (Male) is always rude. Stopped today but needed help getting something off the top surplus shelf. Woman clerk asked him to to help me because she couldnt reach the items. He was doing inventory and got up in a huff and then blew me off. Then went back to his inventory and never did help me. I spend about $200-$250 everytime a visit the store. Will shop at Walgreens from now on!

I was in there this morning & a employee named Jaime was not very personable. She walked by me once in the twice & never acknowledged me. When checking me out, she hardly spoke to me. Would not even put the grocery bags in my cart.I miss the manager Joe so much. I am glad he got a promotion on, but I wish all of the employees were like him.

The GM Lori major here in Wausau,Wisconsin on grand ave she has a tremendous crew! Every time i go in there everyone greet and ask how's my day going so far. And if i need anything just ask and we shall help you find what that you're looking.......

I like the store. I like the deals. I do wish there was a little more customer service. Not to say there aren't some nice helpers there. But there are a few that shouldn't be involved in customer service. At times you can tell there isn't much pride in their work. (Clutter, unmarked prices, dirty shelving etc...) I know they have a good product, just maybe some guidance.

It's a Dollar store, as such if you are looking for matches you'll do just that, (keep looking, everything is separated from the packaged set if it ever existed as a set, such as glassware).
