Has all I need and sometimes things I don't but the meat department is awesome and always has fresh meat.Go try it and you will see what I am talking about.Definitely if you like grilled steak

They always do a good job. Always been courteous & helpful. They have a member card that helps you save just ask for one. Plus have decent price on gas. They have handicap entrance & parking

The best store ever. Good variety clean stocked shelves happy employees. An a big plus for having bone in ribeye roast. This store is out of my way however I will be back. Support the small shopsIn 2023..

I love this store, I come here weekly. The problem I have, is coming on the third day of the sale, and they tell me they are out of a product. It has happened numerous times, and I am losing faith. I will spend a lot of uneaded money there because I like to support the little guy. It’s out of my way, but I am in to this kind of old store. Just sayin, if you’re gonna run an add, like this week with cream of mushroom soup, don’t run out, way premature. I understand you run out, but on the third day does not look good, just saying!!

They have good prices. The selection of food is good for its size. They also have to go meals individual ice cream bars and cold individual drinks. It's decent place to stop for lunch if you are working and don't want fast food

Great hometown store. Fresh meat selection. But the best thing about Hansen's is the community involvement as far as fundraising for youth sports. If you ever drive by and see a fundraiser going on...do not hesitate to stop. Best hot dogs around

All these reviews saying it's clean. When it's not.....Cleary some robots posting these reviews. If you like mold to go with your food, this is the place! Stopped in to grab some stuff on my vacation and can say without a doubt, glad I don't live here and have to go to this place on a regular basis.

I have no issues with the store itself but with the sign on the door asking people to wear masks and thenobserving various employees wearing their masks improperly. Need a mask class 101 showing employees that the mouth AND nose need to be covered. Ladies behind deli counter..1 with no mask and the other with part of mouth covered. Definitely not all employees wearing them incorrectly. This is not the first time I have seen this. Perhaps a reminder to all staff. Thank you.

Very nice, clean grocery store. Also a great source for garden plants of all kinds. The charge for gas is the lowest in the area. Coming here when I need to go by that way.

I really like this store, and shop they're often, but today was my time there , because your store policy of customers not necessarily having to wear a mask in the store is unacceptable . I see the employees wearing the masks , but what good does that do if you allow your customers in without masks ? So I guess I'll just have to go to festival . Let me know if this changes.

Pretty good store with decent prices. It's not huge but has all the basic stuff in name brands and generic. Store sometimes smells very strongly of cooking oil from the fryers which I find a little off-putting

This store keeps getting better and better. Just enough of a selection to not have to go into La Crosse or Onalaska for groceries. The prices are a bit higher than Woodman's. Their craft beer selection is growing nicely. And the Muenster cheese here is amazing.

Great store for west salem. We love the proximity and selection. Many times we find items the same price as woodmans, walmart, festival, and aldi. We also find during their sales or promotional times items substantially cheaper. For our family and saving money we shop 3 different grocery stores and this is one of them.

Once again, while purchasing Barefoot Refresh cans, I was overcharged and had to point it out to the cashier. Also, once again, the cashier acted like I was trying to pull a fast one, (that's rich, since they were the ones trying to pocket more of MY money!), and had another employee go check out their sale sign to confirm that I wasn't lying. He even joked that he wondered how many people had purchased the same thing but hadn't noticed the overcharge. (The overcharge wasn't a few pennies but rather $1.50 per unit!) We're talking over the course of three weeks here, folks... that could add up to some serious 'profit', especially if this isn't the only item on which they're doing this!If the price is wrong, take down your sign. If it's correct, change it in your system. I would imagine there are agencies who'd frown upon this activity, Hansen's IGA management!
