Be aware, after a certain time (7pm?) on the WEEKEND this location will put you to work (without pay) checking yourself out. No other options, ONLY self checkout. Glad they can reduce costs by cutting people's hours and forcing paying customers to do the work. They would have had a cart full of groceries sitting there at the checkout if it wasn't for my already stressed out gf being with me.

This ' Kroger' supermarket is scuzzy ( if that's a word)... l feel the level of cleanliness in there is not what it should be when it comes to the floor and when l'm able to see the produce area if empty as happens quite frequently. The produce section is poor generally speaking anyway.Other annoyances include the lack of ' baby ' carts, l think there is about 5 there while they are plentiful in other local supermarkets. Also the aisles often have large displays in them which is very annoying. Today to be able to see the price of something on a shelf l had to shove a display out of the way .Lastly, for me it's all about choice so when the only choice is a Kroger brand item, which are often inferior in my experience, this is annoying too.I spoke to the ' manager' there today re the lack of baby carts but she was rude and didn't listen to me.Kroger needs to come and look at this supermarket.....their socks definitely need to be pulled up.

Is this place closing? I was there at 6pm on a Tuesday, the deli was already closed and all the food gone. Almost no ready to eat meals, no fresh rotisserie chickens. Lots of empty areas on shelves and in coolers.

This store has long checkout lanes if any or only self serve check out at times. The produce is not good and the deals have become less and that is only if they charge you correctly instead of full price. There is very little choice in what is available.I have been going here for 15 years. It has never been great or even good, old inedible produce - bruises, mold, grapefruit and oranges that are so old the seeds start sprouting but you don't know it until you get it home and cut it open.For years I have had items not ringing up as the sale price, items rung up twice or more - (one time I had 1 item which was in the marked down produce mesh bag rung up as 4 individual items), missing items, and then making me feel so uncomfortable for asking for either a refund or the product.My biggest issue is the EVERY time I go there they are out of at least one product on my shopping list, today it was 5 items. I shopped here last week the same day and the items that were either out of stock and even low on stock last week are now completely out of stock this week. Over the years I found (or should I say learned) that on several items that are out of stock they will not get restocked until one month or more later.They also lack items on my shopping list that the Pick 'N Save in Weston stocks.I usually have to go to another grocery store after I go to this one so I might as well start at another store first. It may cost a little more in expensive gas but I actually might save money because like today I paid a higher price for three items that were a different brand then the lower priced ones I wanted.

Old blonde lady in self check out needs to fix her attitude. Absolutely terrible customer service. Tried checking out a single item. Wasnāt the price I saw in store so I wanted to swap it out. She asked if I needed help I said no so then she hit pay anyways. I voided the item and walked out. Wouldāve spent my money here if it wasnāt for her specifically. Every other employee in the store is wonderful, she should be fired

The two times I have been in this store I had excellent customer service. The first time My boyfriend and I did not realize the self check-outs were the last registers open passed 7 and we had a full cart of groceries. The employees ask if we wanted them to open the employee register for us and even helped us bag them. The second visit we had we had to transfer money while paying through debit card because we were a couple cents short. The gentleman working the self check-out on May 15th did not hesitate to pull out a $1 bill from his own wallet to pay for the rest of our groceries. Phenomenal service. The Enployees here deserve a raise!

Been coming to this store for 20+ years and never had an issue till this weekend. At checkout my phone number did not work for the Savers Club. I thought that was weird so tried it again with several other numbers just to be sure and none of them worked. 1st time this ever happened to me. I asked the manager who walked up if they could look it up by name and he rudely told me know it doesn't work like that and I would either need to sing up again or move along. Well, this didn't sit well with me obviously so I said that I had been coming here 20+ years and never had an issue and I was not leaving without my discount. He proceeded to punch some stuff in the register and hand me a new card. I asked what number he entered it under and he told me he didn't know and I would need to use the app to look it up. How rude!

Waited 45 minutes for a prescription that was called in 3 days earlier. Then had to self check my own groceries out and had items that were too light to register for being put in the bag so cashier had to help anyway. Rather than 2 people watching people check themselves out why couldnāt they have had one lane open to provide a serve to the customers! This was 7:30 pm so store was not that busy. Very disappointed in this lack of serve when you want to get in and out of a store.

Despite wearing long pants and a long sleeve shirt, the store was absolutely FREEZING. All my husband & I wanted to do was leave as quickly as possible even though we had a huge grocery list. Pick-N-Save, the more comfortable your customers are in the store, the longer they will stay. The longer they stay, the more money they spend.

Young employees have no customer service skills AT ALL - donāt say āhiā or tell you your total or even talk to you sometimes. The management isnāt any better, told the female manager with dark hair and glasses that they had expired items on the floor after purchasing one and the following week I came back and they were still there. The employees talk to each other (including managers when they are occasionally bagging) and ignore the customers. I guess youāre only as good as your leaders, what a shame.

This store needs some serious help. Seems like every time I go here there is a long wait in line. Expect the baggers to put heavy items on top of bananas, that sort of thing. The produce is not very good most the time, it's ok. The meat I suppose is not terrible, but not great. The beer selection is terrible and the only decent beer they do carry is often times out of date. I don't know if this place doesn't wanna pay a decent wage and in return get decent employees or what but i feel they could really improve.

Prices are kind of high for supposedly being a "saver" type of store that tries to appeal toward frugal shoppers. Not a good everyday choice for tight budget shopping. Selection is pretty good, but staffing is usually low so its hard to find employees.

Very disappointed in the service this past week. I shop this store on a weekly basis and periodically use the drive up pick up service. What the hectic I driveup and my groceries are outside the store. Later I called the store and spoke w/Sue ,she said she was a manager. She didn't know what could have happenedI asked if I was suppose to load my groceries and why the groceries where outside in the heat of the day. She didn't know that either.Needless to say I will spend my money at a store that cares.

Since Kroger took over quality, cleanliness, and well stocked shelves have gone downhill! It's so disappointing! I've shopped there for years but I've recently started grocery shopping elsewhere.

I was quite shocked, there was more than a few packages of blackberries and blueberries in the front of the store that had mold on them, as well as some peppers. The variety of plant based products is ever expanding, that is very nice to see!

I donāt want people to think this store is a joke because of Covid. It was just the same before Covid. Iāve seen fresher produce in slop buckets. Iāve seen more selection while playing āguess what handā. I guess their prices arenāt super high, so there is that.

Eclipse are a dumb thing . People that don't have a computer or cell phone are unable to get these discounts. If you have a card you should be able to get all the sale items. I have used it and had to drive back to the store to get my money because it did not give me the sale. Not worth my time or gas. I will shop where I just need a card.

Today was fine. But last week I bought hamburger buns that were moldy ! But they did replace them with a more expensive brand .š however there meat and produce usually are not very good. Older.

This place has terrible customer service and always extremely long checkout lines. The last time I was there I stood at the deli counter for minutes without being acknowledged and then I went to the checkout lane where the young man was sitting on the register texting on his phone. The meat department also has very few fresh choices and if you go there later in the day everything seems to be picked over. I am constantly disappointed by the store

The people at pick n save Mosinee (Rothschild) have made me feel like a part of the community. I am a drive thru pick up order and sometimes that is tricky, but the customer service keeps this crank coming back and leaving with a smile. They have been awesome through the Covid changes (in Bellevue the girl would not take me bc I was black and might get out and beat her up) and coming back to this location actually helped me decide which community I wanted to be a part of. Hope to see guys soon and give stars in 2020 is AMAZING!!

Bought the "Boss" sandwich. While the bread , meats and cheese were ok, whatever that sauce on it was couldn't tell you but it was nasty. it left an aftertaste which was gross. Tip PicknSave: leave whatever the hell that sauce was off and you would have a good sandwich.

Terrible customer service, 2 lanes open with people backed way up. Then I finally get up to pay and the lady bagging my items was extremely rude, after bagging my items very heavy she pretty much threw my bags on the belt and walked away. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone

I was denied entrance as I can't wear a mask because of medical issues. No more Pick and Save shopping. Wearing a mask should be optional.

I spend a lot of time collecting coupons and shopping sales to save as much money as I can on groceries. I never leave this store without going over my receipt first. Almost always catch at least one mistake. So frustrating!
