I used to live in River Falls, but I moved last summer. This afternoon I am finding myself missing and craving the homemade soup here. I used to get it all the time!! Such a great place and great products. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful!

Whole Earth Coop has been a coop since the late seventies, founded by people wanting to support local organic food. It is a jewel in River Falls, the food values survive and morph as new generations grow up in the coop. Its core has remained. It’s a community hub, friendly and creative. Local products of many types are available plus a wide variety of fresh, tasty, homemade deli items!!

We have been members of this coop since 1999 and love it. You may not find everything you need there but you'll need something you find there! I love all the local and organic choices. It's my first stop when looking for something. I'm in there one to two times a week. Love this market!

I was so surprised to find a food coop in River Falls as I was passing through town! Great selection of organic produce, and they roast their own coffee. Thanks for being such a cool place!

People judge this place. I know people who refuse to go here. You gotta be better than them dear reader. Best place in town to buy food if you’re okay with abandoning most conventional brands. I feel like one big misconception about co-ops is that they sell health food. No. Here you will find food just as tasty as anywhere else, just better produced, often local, and often more unique. The only thing the food here is missing is artificial flavors and colors. It’s literally better!! The candy I don’t like though, with the exception of some chocolates and their licorice a lot of it seems overpriced and quite average. I guess you can’t improve on conventional candy. Final thoughts, the deli is great and the soup and the coffee which is really cheap. Okay I’m done. Please visit and don’t shoplift from this store.

More items than expected. Great coffee. Good service. One can hardly expect to find everything one needs in a single location, but they do well to try. No fresh meat or fish, and not much seafood, but they make up for it other areas.

Thanksgiving weekend I had their deli cater food for 40 people. It was awesome! The 2 veggie trays were so much more than I expected, included extra delicacies like stuffed grape leaves, artichoke hearts and such. The unprocessed meat (ham and smoked turkey) on the meat and cheese trays were so fresh and beautifully displayed and the cheeses were perfect for our sandwich bar. We got rave reviews from our guests during the party. The price was very reasonable and the whole experience made the holiday so much easier and more fun for me. First class experience.

Love this store! I'm new to shopping this store, & have been in twice in the past couple of weeks. Not sure why I've never discovered this gem, after all it is right in plain sight down town River Falls! Staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great selection of vegan offerings for a small shop. I was able to find much of my staple kitchen items here for very reasonable if not cheaper than I'm used to, saving me money and the drive to Woodbury. LOVE this place and GRATEFUL to have such a wonderful commodity in my local community! Will definitely be joining this amazing Co-OP!

I wish I could give them more because they are wonderful.. Staff included 😁😉. Especially the young man who provides the delicious vegan alternatives! Thank you good sir. You are valued and very much appreciated M.So far I've only discovered one problem.. they dont carry whole singular aloe leafs & those are crucial nowadays with this crazy pandemic. Hopefully one day some day they will get some... and more tea-tree products. Thanks whole foods family!

VERY high prices. I paid almost 10 dollars for peanut butter. The quality is great as well but not enough to justify the prices. I think they have some kind of membership program and if you're part of it you might get a discount. I was just pushing through though and only needed a few things. They had a big bulk section in back that looked really nice. I appreciated that they required masks too.

This little grocery store is great for organic produce. My kids love stopping here for healthy snacks and fresh fruit. They also have a good selection of herbs, spices, and teas. We make a stop at least once a week.

This is my favorite grocery store in river falls. The staff is really friendly, they have a nice bulk section, and a good chunk of what they carry is from local places. It's also right in downtown so it's really easy to walk to.

Love the essential oils, organic is the best way to go! I'm eating again and I've taken care of a ear infection all thanks to your organic theraputic lavender oil! :) & my dry scalp feels so amazing thanks to your organic shampoo and conditioners! :) worth the money to feel amazing again! The lavender oil has helped with my anxiety, ptsd, depression and borderline personality disorder! !!! :)

I'm posting because I surprised the 5th person in a row by telling them that the delicious coffee I brought for a meeting was from our local co-op... I bring coffee to early meetings and even bring folks to the co-op for informal one-to-one meetings because the coffee is excellent (+ cute outdoor tables and a 4-place indoor window bar for good people watching on Main Street).One colleague recently mentioned the coffee as a reason she became a co-op member (you don't need to be a member to buy stuff here, btw, but I personally think this is the best coffee in River Falls and as good a reason as any to support the local co-op!). I also do almost all of my shopping here because the selection is well-curated and the local produce is so fresh and delicious! One more recommendation = check out the RSF local spinach or salad greens for a healthy treat.

Yesterday I exchanged a packaged meat item for a different packaged meat. The two staff people were very understanding and easily credited the first item and charged for the new one. I love my Coop!

This store will treat you very badly if you are not a "member owner". Which just means you give them a fee once a year. I asked why there where no sales, it looked like all the sale signs where for members only. She said they only have sales on the stuff that has expired to those that are not member owners. So I spent plenty of money in the store on some very overpriced items and did not even get a thank you. I think next time I would rather pull my eyelashes out than go in this store. Either option just makes you want to cry a lot....

I love this little co-op and visit every time I pass through town. It is in a lovely small college town. The selection is small but good. There is always something yummy to eat here.

Very small store, but decent selection...parking can sometimes be an issue as it's all curbside...very fresh produce, spices & nuts, in bulk...friendly staff...kept clean...interesting wine selection & a wine purchase club...I've been a member for a year & not my first Co-Op membership, so I do have something for comparison...I'll renew my membership.
