I went to the River Falls Walgreens Driveup yesterday. Pulled right up to the window. Waited for 6 minutes before anyone acknowledged me - that was the young Lady who was waiting on customers inside. Four other pharmacists/Techs had their noses stuck on their computer screens in full sight of me - never did any of them make even a glance at me - let alone give me my one Prescription. My wife had been there the previous week and waited over 10 minutes before anyone even looked at her. We are no longer getting any Prescriptions at any Walgreens.

The dealings that we have had at the Walgreens pharmacy is the worst I have had to deal with! The people are very rude, not helpful in the least! We are going back to family fresh where they have fabulous customer service. I would not recommend Walgreens to anyone!!

Called pharmacy. Been trying to get my medication for two days. Insurance a problem but working on it. Ended up purchasing 3 pills to get me through. Which not a problem. The problem was the pharmacist. He was cold and just kept saying I don’t have time to help you with this. He never answered my question was it safe to just miss them. I felt very put aside. Especially sense they wanted $1500 for my prescription. He could of been understanding and not blown me off. After this it’s worth the drive to Hudson for better service !!!

My kid’s prescription for pain meds after 4 wisdom teeth were extracted “got canceled “ and they didn’t care. Ridiculously poor customer service. Not the first time.

Saw a clerk accuse 4 teens of stealing after they'd been in the store for less than 2 minutes. I didn't see them take anything and they were near me in the candy isle. Then he called them "urban" (they were people of color) and told them to get out. Another clerk came, I thought to calm him down but she also turned on the kids & told them to go back to the city. One of the kids got mad & asked the male Walgreens employee to step outside and he basically took them up on it and chased them out the door threatening to fight. The other teens calmed the angry girl and walked her out and then Walgreens called the cops. I've never seen such unprofessional behavior from a clerk, harassing kids.Today I went in w my kids to the pharmacy for our appointment to get shots because they're close and have bookable appointments. When I arrived for my appointment they told me they were out of the little kid shots my sons needed and I'd have to make another appointment when they came in. I asked when that would be and she said she "hoped" they'd be there in a few days. Then we waited for an HOUR for the ones they did have for my daughter & myself. There was another couple there waiting over an hour as well. I'll call them, "Jim & Judy Anderson". There was a mix up and the couple got skipped. When the Pharmacist called, they expressed that it was their turn and the pharmacist let them in. After they left, that same pharmacist called for, "Judy Anderson" AGAIN and looked confused as to why they weren't out there. We told him that was the woman he just gave a shot to. He looked confused and went back in.If he still had Judy's shot...then WHOSE SHOT did she GET?While standing there today I saw so much nonsense. The pharmacy forgetting multiple people, rude staff, the phone ringing off the hook, prescriptions sent to the wrong location, the pharmacy out of meds, charging customers the wrong price because the customer apparently needed to move a coupon in the app in order for the price tag ON THE SHELF to be correct. And one old lady who came up and was shocked to find she was being charged $120 for her medicine. When she asked if there was some mistake the clerk didn't double check, just told the customer her "deductible must have gone up".Absolutely done w this location, and after learning that Walgreens has apparently been aware all of their locations aren't staffed well enough for years I'm done w all Walgreens. They're clearly not making sure their stores are capable of serving the public that counts on them in a safe manner. Avoid Walgreens if you can.

I’m usually not one to complain especially since I used to work in a pharmacy. But, I just had a phone call with one of the RX technicians and he was blatantly rude to me the whole call. I was calling to check on the status of a prescription that I need soon and he told me he didn’t see anything coming up for me. Which I think is very odd because earlier this month I received 3 calls from them, telling me this specific prescription I now need, was ready even though I didn’t need it filled then. So I know it’s in their system and has been transferred from my hometown pharmacy. I feel like this Walgreens is not organized enough for me to get my prescriptions processed here. Every time I’ve gone in to pick up a prescription they are slow, barely ever notice me waiting, and talk down to me just because I’m younger. I am very disappointed in this pharmacy and I will be looking to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff are simply rude. They could use a course (or two) on customer service and general kindness towards people. Short tempered, not interested in helping customers or answering questions thoughtfully. They all seem very unhappy any time I stop in to pick up a script. Why are they so mad? Seriously, how do they get through life treating people this way? Is it that hard to smile?

DO NOT COME HERE!I'm not really one to tear into customer service people, but holy mother of God this Walgreens is a masterclass in incompetence and blatant vitriol for its own customers. My partner put in a pickup order which I was picking up on the way home. The Walgreens only gave me part of the order, which she discovered on my getting home. I go back, get the other part of the order, return, only to find that they still only gave me part of that part of an order. SO I GO BACK AGAIN. They acknowledge that part of my order was still there, but are incredibly obstinate that I was lying about missing a can of soup.On a $350 order, the manager was literally fighting me on a can of soup, and even went so far as to call me a liar, despite also acknowledging that they forgot parts of my order two other times.Honestly the most insane shopping experience I've ever had. The quality of people that Walgreens employs is evidently VERY bad. Please don't come here, they don't deserve the business if this is how they operate.

This particular Walgreens has a cornucopia of employees. The main makeup area lady is by far my favorite. She helped me find my new favorite shampoo, after I came in one morning with a hair emergency. Always helpful in any situation. The cashiers are quite fun and ultra nice most day. Was reading the reviews on this place, most are about the pharmacist being rude and insensitive. I too get medicines from this particular Walgreens. Sometimes I will be standing there waiting to pick up a prescription for minutes it feels, without even seeing the staff. They are never happy. Especially the guy. It would be nice to see their attitudes change and possibly get a person to at least poke their head out and tell when they see us. It would be easier waiting knowing I'm going to be helped soon. I do like the text alerts for refills. Overall good rating because I use them a lot. They have unbelievable clearance. I once got a 4 pk of baby bottles for 50 cents!! <3

I've worked in retail most of my adult life and im always surprised at how this particular Walgreens doesn't seem to value their customers. Especially the management. You have signs posted stating the price for a display. Evidently some items on that display are not that price. Is it my fault you don't have pricing listed for various product on that display? No its not. But your sure not going to honor the sign that's posted are you. The pharmacy there is great and we have our favorite cashier there as well. Management....learn to treat your customers better. Display the correct price or honor the one that's posted. It's not that hard.

The employees there are always friendly, if you need help - unless they are helping someone else they will always stop what they are doing to help you. Its clean and the set up in the store makes it easy to shop and to get to the pharmacy in the back. The pharmacist and his employees are really kind and friendly too!

I was filling a prescription for my son for strep, gave my Insurance card to the Pharmacist, wait time was ok, but the my low rating is solely because of the rude, condescending and holier than thou attitude of Pharmacist Jeb. When I picked up my prescription, he handed me my insurance card rudely and said "how am I supposed to bill this to insurance?" I stood there dumbfounded... I replied "I don't know." He then pointed out that there is no RX Bin# or identifying factor on the card of where to bill it. I informed him that I only receive the medical card and I have had the exact same insurance for 6 years (and its a very common one for a large company that many people work for). He then, very rudely, shoves my card at me and tells me that I will have to call them or pay full price. I asked if he could look up another one of my children or husbands account because I have had other prescriptions filled there with no issues, then he could see where to send the claim to. No dice. He simply didn't have time for that. My 12 year old son later expressed to me how rude the Pharmacist was. If a 12 year old boy thinks someone is rude, you know there's a problem!

I have had the ABSOLUTE worst customer service here over the past few months. The staff here is so disrespectful, and not at all helpful. Multiple times medications have been post pined with out them notifying me or my doctor! Do they not understand how medications work??? I called today to have a refill done, and the pharmacist started questioning me and the mg on the script. Do you guys not keep notes??? I have been using Walgreens pharmacies for over 10 years this one for less then a year and have been on the same prescription for 15!!!! With out going into major detail this pharmacy should already know why my script looks the way it does. Seriously soooo unhappy this is the last one I fill with them. And probably any Walgreens pharmacy!

I went in to have a prescription filled. The pharmacy assistant on call was more interested in having a conversation with the pharmacist than helping me. After I was helped, I gave them my written prescription and my insurance info. I walked around the store just passing the time until my prescription was filled. I stopped back 15 minutes later to inquire about the progress. I stood there for a minute before I was even acknowledged. I was told it should be ready soon. So I waited, 5 minutes later it was ready. The total was $88.39. That seemed expensive so I asked if this was run through my insurance? I get the blank stare from the assistant and then asks, "Do you have insurance?" "Yes, I gave you the card when I arrived" I responded. She turns and has a conversation with the pharmacist. Took a few minutes and comes back and says "Yep that's the price." It still seemed high so I ask for my written prescription back and I will take it somewhere else. "Can't do that. Once we have the copy, you can't get it back. The best we can do is fax it some where else if you like." So I had them fax it off. I had it filled at Shopko, however they called the doc to ask if another brand/equivalent would work and then filled my prescription for less than $20.I won't be back to Walgreens for any pharmacy needs!

My wife was shuffled off to this dump after Shopko Pharmacy closed, which she absolutely loved. These A- holes are so rude, condescending, and judge customers based on what and how much medication they need to “try” to live a normal life, without out knowing anything about them or their medical history. F-ing amazing. She is currently searching for a pharmacy that treats you like a customer and not a nuisance!

Nice people, but the pharmacy is iffy; inaccurate pricing and incorrect information has cost me significant money and aggravation. I no longer fill prescriptions there, just too risky and/or costly.

Needed a refill for my daughter who lost her rescue inhaler and was in need of one ASAP, he looked me in the eyes and said “well I guess you need to go to the hospital!” I’ve never seen such rude condescending behavior from a so called professional. Will not be using them again. Maybe it’s time for a different job Jeb???

It is pretty pathetic when a child needs an RX and the parent tries to call and arrange payment, and when they are told no to that, family member comes to get with the card on their phone and you refuse that. Shame on you, most parents have to work to live and this was a terrible experience today.

DONT GET YOUR VACCINE HERE. You wait over 30 minutes past your appointment time, your second appointment that you thought you made on the app- you didn’t and they’ll write the WRONG date of vaccination on your vaccine card.

Note: If you Google walgreens pharmacy hours it will tell you store hours!Wasted a 50 minute drive trying to get to a closed pharmacy.The pharmacy usually takes quite awhile. When they are open but they do text when it's ready so that is helpful.

Horrible experience at the Walgreens pharmacy in River Falls. Jeb is this most unprofessional, rude, condescending, insulting pharmacist I have ever encountered. Hope you don't have to ever ask Jeb a question regarding your medications because he is nothing but rude and acts extremely annoyed when he has to speak with a customer. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost.

Jeb, the pharamasist, was rude while trying to refill a perscription. There are long wait times, and the customer service is poor in the pharmacy. It's worth the trip to the Target Pharmacy in Hudson.
