We decided she need a comfy chair for her snack time in her play room and for watching videos on those yucky days when we just can not get outside. So we picked up this wonderful chair for her at Thiesen's in BRF!!! the staff was great and very helpful.Thank you so much 💓I think she loves it!!!

I shop at theisen's every time I am at my property up in Millston!! The people are super helpful and friendly. The store is very clean and well organized!! Plus I like throwing my Illinois flat lander money around to local business!!

The store was relatively clean, however i missed hearing the customary greeting upon entering the store. There were two associates in the sporting goods fishing aisle, which was good except for these two young men did not greet their customers or ask if the customers needed assistance. Definetly not good customer service. I was able to find what i needed. About half of the other associates acknowledged customers. Some were too busy with side conversations. At the register, the line was at least 6 deep or more before other help arrived. Then the lead cashier was basically rude when asked a simple question. Not my best customer service experience.

I could wander around in this store all day. There is so much to see. They've got just about everything you need, from kitchen essentials to hunting and fishing. They are, however, on the high side of the pricing spectrum.

Nice store layout. Easy to get around. Friendly staff. Love the garden and decor items they carry. Lots of neat stuff. I've even found a cute dress or two on sale in past years. Fun finds!

Only complaint is that they don't carry enough sizes in men's clothing. If you're a size small-large then you're good to go. Don't understand why the their clothing sizes are so limited.

I will rate the employee's 10 stars, also the check out cashier. There very attentive & tell each other by radio who to help! Awesome place for all your needs, outdoor clothing, shoes, boots, cowboy boots, farm needs, even a boat! 🙂 better than Walltardville = a.k.a Wallmart, aka not smart to shop there. Shop local period. One thing too management & owners, get some Black River Tiger Cloths, 🐯support your local schools for the love of God! Thank you. That is all carry on & have a great day!

Theisens has what you need to fix that major problem that just started back at the home stead and their staff is educated as to find exactly what your going to need for your main stack even if you call it the whatchamacallit. I like how the staff put their bias at check at the door and help. It reflects a new standard to our small town aesthetics that one can not escape from. I'd say demerit for hours but considering the drop in stores hours for everywhere else, one can not complain.

I went to theisens for almost exclusively their sale items. A young female clerk approached me and asked if she could help me. She proceeded to take me to the cat food, bird food, and case of water I wanted and even loaded things for me. She then lead me to where my other purchases were. I was blown away by her friendliness, it is so unusual in these busy, COVID times. I wish I would have gotten her name. Th clerk had difficulty getting the coupons to take but that is a store issue. Great experience and you should go there!

The staff are always very nice and helpful. The srore has so many choices, I dont have to leave town to look for things. It's always my first stop when I need something for my pets or birds.

Pretty much like every other farm store.. my main complaint is when you need somebody you can't seem to find them.. was there looking to check out what they had as I seen they had a gun sale going on.. nobody in sporting goods area, nobody behind the counter. So after about 5min of waiting. I just decided to check the rifle display quick.. Just to be scolded that I wasn't allowed to do that as it was behind the counter, as a employee walking by, then abruptly walked off, after I asked if I could have help then.

They have a little bit of everything from grocery to farming necessities. In general the staff are friendly and attentive. Prices are not outrageous--lower for some products and higher for others. Having this in a small town has kept me from having to travel an hour to someplace else. Similar to a Farm and Fleet. This location does not have an automotive center.

NICE store with a great variety of most everything you might need. Not rating 5 star because I wanted to try something on and the dressing rooms are locked and couldn't find anyone around to open them. Other than that I think the store is very nice.

Have always been satisfied except today. Had a not so good bathroom experience and found out theisen's has succumbed to the cancel culture and discontinued selling the My pillow products just like Walmart. Shame on you!!!

Came in today for boots and a new flashlight. Prices are a bit more than other places, but you get quality products, thus a slightly higher price is worth it. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
