Drive thru service was quick and accurate for the amount of vehicles that came through for dinner rush. All of our items were accurate and my only qualm was that my veggie burger could have been put on the grill a little longer (it was rather mushy).

This place is a great example of how brands can can communicate with their customers through reputation and recognition. I can in hungry, expecting a very specific dinning experience, and I got it! Hot burger, tasty fries, and a lovely frozen dessert. The only problem was it was very busy, and the staff got behind on handling their garbage collection. We got up to leave after enjoying our meal, and the bins were quite full. Staff couldn't empty the bins, because new customers were lined up to get served from cash to the entrance. Difficult situation,to be sure.Parking: Free parking on site. Not shared with another business. Rough estimate is 20-30 spots? From a safety standpoint just watch the entrance door and driveway as your moving around. Culver's is busy and there always seem to be people coming and going.Kid-friendliness: The frozen desserts are just the thing for some young people who may have a sweet tooth.

We bought pumpkin pecan Carmel concrete mixers. I kept spitting out hard pieces of something. Looked at the lid of my mixer, and sure enough they must have cracked it, mixed it in and just sent it out. I can understand a mistake but the staff seemed like they were too busy laughing and talking loudly back and forth through their headsets. Hope I don't get sick from the pieces I've injested as I've basically thrown out an almost full mixer because I kept spitting out plastic Shards. Think I might contact the health department and go get some stomach xrays taken just in case.

One of the worst Culver's experiences I've ever had. Pay $11 for a burger and fries, fries come out cold, burger comes out with cold patties and cheese. At least they got the order correct and all the ingredients were there.. although I had to reassemble the sandwich myself after it got to the table. Poor management and poor training. Won't be eating at this location again.

Previously had rated at 4 stars... almost changed it last time we came.. this time just proved that they are as bad as i thought.First our drive through order tonight was taken by a guy named peyton. He was rude, irritating and literally scoffing at our order. I'm not sensitive at all to that, but his attitude was completely insane to have being the first person you talk to after waiting for 25 minutes in line.We finally got our meal and, our fault, didn't check the order. We figured that with food for 4 people, it would take forever to check and didn't honestly think we needed it.We get home and our most expensive items we ordered? Nope. Not there. The food we did order was burnt almost solidly and the fries were mushy and old (3 minute drive... shouldn't be mushy and gross)So after looking over our reciept and seeing everything on there, we had to send a member of the family to return and fix the half the order that we didn't get while the other 2 of is were wishing we had got the missing food because ours was nasty. Should have sent it back but with the attitude of the guy running the drive through, iwasnt about to risk what they would do to my food.Na. I'm done here. Last 2 times have been horrible. Good thing i love in Appleton where we have Culver's that actually maintains standards and has employees that care. Hopefully you do better in the future or maybe Ripon should bring in a restaurant that actually wants to serve a small town appropriately. Get these jokers out of here.

Well, I didn't get as many onion rings as usual but I got a surprise at the window! Good for Culver's for hiring young men, and I mean young like 14 but he looked so much younger, and giving them their first job. This young man was so sweet and professional and I'm impressed. He politely asked if I'd go wait in stall #1 and was efficient in counting out my payment. Good for everyone! And nice to see such a young man working. Cheers!

Got a double butter burger basket with shake of the day. My shake looked like it sat there for awhile. When I asked the person shrugged their shoulders and said I dont know and walked away. My fries were warm, my burger was ok. I normal love Culver's but this was gross.

Waited 10 minutes in line for a cup of melted ice cream. Couldn’t even get a lid for it. Btw it was supposed to be a Vanilla and cookie dough concrete mixer.

Went thru the drive thru to pick up lunch.i ordered the bacon deluxe double and ordered no mayo ketchup or mustard and extra tomatoes. I got to work with my favorite sandwich and it was completely ruined!!! It was doused in ketchup and mustard and no tomatoes . What a Big dissappointment!

This used to be one of my favorite places. Now I've lost my taste for Culver's.I've consistently received cold fries and no napkins.My most recent visit, I didn't receive a straw or napkins, the fries were cold and the burger didn't have everything on it.
