Dr H was so wonderful while caring for our “Yahoo” he was very professional and knowledgeable. He took very good care of her and us during her stay with them. And he worked with us very closely to keep us up to date on what was going on and what to expect. The staff was amazing. They took such great care of our baby. We definitely will be using this clinic again as this is not our regular dr but needed to be seen in a pinch. Thank you all do very much for everything you did for Yahoo and for us.

THE BEST. My entire family takes all our pets to Dr Jesse! We used to bring my childhood dog to Dr Jesse when she was at a location in Oshkosh… when she changed to a Ripon vet, so did we lol. I now have three pets of my own and live in Oshkosh. I drive to Associated Vet specifically for her!! Dr Jesse truly listens to owners, trusts them as the experts of their pets’s behaviors, and is so knowledgeable. She explains things really well and has always been willing to see my pets if an emergency comes up! Which I’ve learned is a rare thing. I’ve seen Dr H as well here and he’s great also😊 Love love love this vet clinic and could not recommend it more!! I have encouraged numerous people to see Dr Jesse for their pets. Dr Jesse is taking care of my cats. Tyson is a 7 year old Scottish Fold who came in with 2 bad teeth. Dr Jesse quickly discovered that he has a heart murmur and an enlarged heart. She got us a recommendation to go to Madison for specialized care before we can address his teeth.Angel is a rescue from Kuwait that arrived in October. She came with ringworm and a bacterial infection. Medication administered and she's feeling better!Soon, Max, Abbie and RiRi will join her for more care. I love how gentle she is with my cats and I'm grateful for my friends recommendation to come here.

Dr. Herrick is just phenomenal! And the staff is wonderful! We cannot say enough nice things about this clinic! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and they saved our cat. We immediately felt comfortable and trusting with our experience with the clinic. It was such a relief to find someone so compassionate and caring. We highly recommend them if you want real care, honest people and trustworthy care for your pets like we do. We will be returning customers! A million thanks for all that you do!

What a wonderful first vet experience! We are new pet owners and tried this place out with our new puppy. Service was distanced due to covid but went really smoothly. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. We loved everyone we interacted with. The vet was so helpful this being our first pet and a 10 week old puppy at that. We were given a starter kit that included so much helpful information. Great prices compared to other veterinary clinics.

We moved to the area and wanted to take all six of our dogs to one, closer vet clinic as we had been going to three different clinics within an hour from our new home. We transferred all of the records to Associated and that experience was good. The receptionist, as well as Dr. Jesse, were very thorough in making sure they had all the records they needed, and questioned some items on the records that weren't quite clear.Our first dog to visit for her regular checkup back in February was a good experience. They all doted over our Skye, stating what a good girl she was and how they looked forward to meeting the rest of them if they were anything like her.We then took our puppy in for her first puppy visit, subsequent shot visits and finally her spaying in June. Dr. Jesse was wonderful each of the visits and handled the 'baby' of our group wonderfully!Towards the end of June, we brought our remaining four dogs in, two at a time, for their annual shots and checkups. The staff and Dr. Jesse were again very good with our girls. They assisted me as I struggled to try and get one dog on the scale, while trying to keep the other dog out of everyone else's business (I will have help with me next time we schedule two dogs at a time!). Dr. Jesse was great in making recommendations for our Lab's allergies, and also to help our senior girl get around a little easier. She also made recommendation on what shots were no longer necessary for our old gal - something I appreciated in it showed she truly cared and wasn't just out to make a sale/profit for the clinic. This was further supported when I asked about renewing the annual supply of flea/tick and heart guard medications for our girls. She was more than happy to recommend and approve a prescription from a mail-order service; something I have received pushback from other vet clinics in the past when trying to do.We made a great decision to transfer all of our girls here. The staff has been wonderful and I find Associated's prices for the routine visits, shots and spaying fell in the low to middle price range compared to the other clinics we had been going to.

We have been taking our pets to Associated Vet Clinic since we moved to Ripon. My 3 dogs have always received the best of care here. The vets are knowledgeable and are always so good at answering questions, the vet techs are super nice and helpful. Everyone is compassionate and you can expect to receive excellent care for your pets at Associated.

They are fantastic with all of the fur children even greet them by name. They are understanding of pets behaviors and they do not look at you as though your are the failed pet parents like most vets do. They accept when the dog jumps, or when you have your cat muzzled due to the talent of biting through the leather gloves. These guys are by far the best vet clinic I have been to.

We had to bring our beloved dog of 16 years in to be put to sleep today. Dr. Jesse and her staff were so very caring about something that as pet parents is so very difficult to do. We always thought we had a good Vet until we met Dr. Jesse! When our Doctor's office was closed, we went to Dr. Jesse for an emergency with our Dog and haven't left. She and the office staff are incredible. Would highly recommend!

Very nice! Actually listened to my concerns no matter how miniscule. A nice touch I really appreciated was sitting down face-to-face to explain everything and next steps. Definitely calmed myself and my pittie mix highly recommend! (Also they have a mini shop set up for medical needs which is pretty cool!)

Average veterinary clinic. Not happy right now with the non or miscommunication between staff and the doctor we had. My dog has been suffering for two weeks because she doesn't have her allergy shot on time because of them. Doctor said I could call and they could get me in same day or next since the doctor doesn't have to administer the shot and allergy shots are so common. They allowed me to do this method the first time. And now suddenly staff says they don't do it that way and I have to schedule apts but as many pet owners know at most veterinary places, to get an apt is several weeks out.

Bringing your furry loved one to a new place can be scary, for both you and your pet. I'm happy to say that from the phone call to set the appointment, the phone call for the reminder of my appointment, the happy greeting when I walked through the door, to the an extremely knowledgeable vet who was able to help my cat and make me feel comfortable, too...this place is great. I would recommend this vet to others in the area, and will be taking my cat there from here on out.
