Very disappointed. Found that Dunham's won't sell handguns to someone from the next state over. Pretty lame, don't think I would buy one unless is was a flash sale because their regular price guns are considerably more than other places. Oh well, no need to waste my time at their stores.

We are an elderly couple, and we wanted to purchase one of their exercise fitness trainers. Given our ages, there was no way we could have brought it home without delivery assistance. They refused to provide any assistance. In fact it was obvious the store personnel did not want to be helpful.

Overall good, very lacking in sports like football, track, etc. there is one very small row of football gear and one side was just girdles, undershirts, and ref outfits. On the other side, a third of the shelf is footballs, another third is gloves, and everything else is in the last third, which is very lacking, i came looking for some arm sleeves, an undershirt, and maybe a ski mask, and found nothing, the undershirts they had were extremely expensive and had pads which i didn’t want and there was one ski mask and one sleeve, but both black and under armour brand. overall and upgrade from previous, but the store still lacks

Had to make an impromptu stop on my way to Hayward ( forgot my camp mat at home). The staff was super helpful and attentive. Prices were lower than the stores at home.

If i could give this place a zero i would. I bought a gun case from them and two pairs of headsets. The headsets did not fit so we returned them. During the return the woman circled everything on the original receipt including the gun case but correctly reimbursed us for the headsets only. A few weeks later the shotgun I had order came in and it didn't fit in the gun case. I asked my wife to return the gun case for me. She went in, went straight to the counter and the woman immediately accused her of stealing the gun case because the receipt was circled. My wife is alway prepared and had the receipt from what was returned originally (no gun case) she spent an hour and a half arguing with a manager and employee about it. She even said pull your video surveillance, you can see me walking in the store with and straight to the register. They finally gave in and reimbursed her. We did not steal the gun case and to be accused of it a treated like a criminal without checking all of the evidence and facts first is unacceptable. When it is was all said and done and the manager realized she was wrong, she did not even apologize to my wife for accusing her of stealing the gun case!Never shop here horrible store!

It's funny - I went there in December and was looking for a bucket hat. Kid says to check tennis and golf areas. I didn't see any, so I asked again, and he said, "I guess we must not. I suppose it's a seasonal item. " I said, "Good retort, but isn't tennis and golf also?!"Long story short, prices way lower than Scheels and have a comparable inventory of stuff to buy. (Except bucket hats.)

Not happy! Ad shows snow pants/bibs in the sale flyer this week. We went to the store. I asked a sale person where they were. She said they packed them up yesterday to get baseball out. What the heck? We're going to get a foot of snow this week!

The employees really don't know anything about anything there other then the gun department. If you want a dunhams to shop at don't use this one or at least look for a manager that knows what you want

This store has a great selection, it pay's to watch the sale flyers and email coupons, I often use coupons in store direct from my phone. Can get some great deals.Best prices on Gun's and ammunition. Staff is great, I always feel appreciated there.

Misleading prices and racks. Read the fine print...almost everything is excluded from the advertised sales and signs throughout the store. Poor customer service. The cashier didn't know how to make change. Annoying experience will not shop there again.

Like all the brand names they carry. ONLY DOWNFALL IS THEIR CLEARANCE RACKS! This is a problem not just with this store but most stores, WHEN YOU PUT ITEMS ON CLEARANCE,then they’re on clearance. And should be priced accordingly & not still have a sticker price of $26, or $45. When an item goes on clearance it should be less than $10. That’s a clearance price.

Two weeks ago I called the store to ask if they could sharpen a pair of kids hockey skates. After they said yes we drove from an hour away only to be told the machine just broke. Today I called ahead again and they again assured me they could sharpen our skates. So I said I would be there in an hour. Upon arriving I discovered they had the wrong weekday hours posted on their website and the store wouldnt be open for another 1/2. Did I mention I have a one year old with? Once they opened I was informed the district manager was here and they wouldnt be able to finish my skates for an hour and a half. Decided to write this review while I am waiting to have my skates sharpened......

It's very difficult to fit in the narrow aisles to shop for clothing or coats. I noticed that the prices at Kohl's today for the same sportswear was cheaper at Kohl's. Too bad for you I went back to Kohl's got the same stuff for a whole lot less, aisles that is easier to maneuver through and safer too.

The new space that they moved into the mall really gave them more room for more merchandise and less crowding of shelves and clothes racks. Store is nicely laid out.
