Matt did a GREAT job installing our equipment. It was not easy and took thinking out of the box for our particular situation and to satisfy my preferences and he did just great. He was so pleasant to work with and reviewed everything with us. I recommend Matt!

The ladies in the office were very accommodating in setting up our service and Rick was very quick and efficient with the install. He also was very easy to understand as to the instructions for running the new system. A big thanks to all including Pat our salesman. Definitely recommend them. All very pleasant.

Our Culligan Man, Wesley, is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and cognizant of our laboratory H&S requirements that must be followed by all working within our facility. Tank exchanges and deliveries have been seamless. This week, we met his colleague, Matt who quickly familiarized himself with our facility and completed our exchange and salt delivery without issue or delay. Laboratory grade water is key to our daily work, we greatly appreciate the ease of these deliveries!

Rick and Keith were great, they were at my house at 9:15 and were done installing and explaining the system to me and done by 1pm or so. We had a the whole house water system done. Rick and Keith were very professional and our dogs were their best buds after a few barks. My Sheppard girl was giving doggie kisses.Great job guys !!

Pat was very knowledgeable and wouldn’t sell me anything that I didn’t need. Rick is friendly and an awesome technician. The installation was very quick considering the area he had to work in. Very appreciative of the professional service we received and would definitely recommend their services!

MattI had excellent timely service however if your looking to have your equipment warrantied I would look else ware. I had the same card go out within months of replacement, yes you would think that it would have a year warranty, you would be wrong. $362.12 later I am working but dissatisfied on outcome. Over all seems like a good product I would see if anyone else service the product, or maybe they have a monopoly and can do what they want. Nick Ricci

Rick G is the best technician. He took the time to explain how the system I had installed worked and why it was the best choice. He also assessed my needs while on site and decided to install a smaller brine tank to save room and made the 45 minute back to the shop to swap them out. Rick exceeded my expectations!

Sending out a huge thank you to Culligan but more specifically to the service tech who came to our home, Cason, on 12-8-23. Cason was prompt, polite, professional and very knowledgeable . Cason was able to quickly trouble shoot and fix our existing Culligan Water Softener System. He also got us back on track for future maintenance. He was very patient with our many questions and we learned a lot from him. He even helped us to solve the iron deposits/stains in our sinks, toilets and tubs. He never made us feel rushed, or that we were taking too much of his time. Cason is a gem and Culligan is lucky to have him as an employee. Poor equipment, service and support. We’ve had a system in our new home for 3 months, that continues to be fixed and then fails again, by running all night long, rather than 90 minutes. We have rust water ALL OVER our yard. Even though we have a huge run off area for the water. Manager Becky did not return our call and when we finally got in touch with her, she didn’t seem to believe us that equipment not working, and didn’t know how the system should run. Also told we’d have to pay an extra month if have system taken out.

We inherited a Culligan system with the purchase of our cabin and, for the last few years, have been quite happy with the company's routine services. But the system had an unexplained leak about a month ago immediately after a technician had replaced a filter. Another technician dispatched--on a Friday evening--and, upon a 2-minute inspection, simply re-tightened the filter unit. The technician explained it was a simple fix (that we probably could have done ourselves if someone had suggested it) and "shouldn't cost too much." We later received a bill for $450!We've since called the company numerous times to complain about the outrageous bill. Although the staff seemed quite sympathetic, the owners apparently were "unwilling to do anything." The apparent explanation is that charges were clearly communicated when that was not our experience. It was never explained to us how far the technician would be driving or that other options might have been available to us before we opted for that solution. We think all would agree that $450 is different than something "not costing too much." The company also continues to insist that it is sheer coincidence that the leak happened immediately after it changed the filter.Our understanding is that the $450 was simply for drive time, which should seemingly leave some wiggle room given the situation. But the owners apparently insisted on full payment--despite our explanations or request to meet somewhere in the middle--and we've ended an ongoing relationship. It astounds us the company wasn't willing to even attempt to work with us given the misunderstandings.
