We had an emergency with our dog in the middle of the night. I understand that no one answered but I left a message saying my dog was dying and the following day they never even called me back. My dog died that night. Maybe they have an explanation but I was very upset that they didn't even call back and check if help was needed.

First of all, the place reeks!! I've raised and rescued animals for over 40 years, I've been in and worked with many vets over the years, and never smelled an office as disgusting as this one! They are rude, condescending and "assume" things without ever talking to you. Very unprofessional and horrible ethics. I wouldn't recommend this place if they were the last vet on earth!

Dr Pat is the best around the entire area. We've been taking our kids to her since we've had them. I have a cat that's impossible to trim her nails,but take her to Jess and Dr Pat and it takes 10 minutes for them to do it. KUDOS Dr Pat and Jessica,you Rock

This vet clinic just euthanized an elderly woman's dogs per her request of her will as she has passed. They were younger healthy chihuahuas, ages 4 and 6 with no health issues, and they had places they could have gone after thier owners passing, yet they chose to euthanize and bury them with her. How could a good veterinarian with morals and a code of ethics do something like this!? This animal clinic is an abomination to the service of animals! How dare they take the lives of healthy young dogs!? Disgusting! If I could give this animal death shop a negative review, it would be -100,000,000 stars. Find a better place to have your pets cared for, they obviously do not care about animals!

I understand it may be a law in Wisconsin that pets are personal property. And whatever the owner wishes to happen to them after they die is their choice… however, I find it absolutely appalling that you followed through with euthanizing two dogs. those poor pups deserved so much better than to have their lives cut short to be buried with their owner.
