This store is very disorganized and messy. There isn't a lot of grouping done of similar items. e.g. pantry, household paper products, clothing, crafts, outdoor.Aisles need improvement. I'd suggest no break in the aisles which will allow the store more space and less randomizing of item placement. I was bumping into displays in the middle of aisles since they are out of shelf space. Cashier, Trish was very nice but the visit was frustrating overall.

I was there earlier today. The assistant manager works way too many hours. The store was just remodeled so the layout is different. I think this layout is better. The other help is friendly,but inexperienced. They need more help to get the new stock to the shelves faster.

The store itself was organized and well stocked....however the lady at the checkout wasn't friendly at all. She didn't say hello, I could barely hear her when she told me my total as she was too busy texting someone on her phone at the same time. She handed me my receipt while still looking at her phone and that was it. No thank you, no have a nice day...nothing.

Rude! Worker was very rude and loudAsking a Hispanic gentelman very loudly over and over (also was very rude)if she could help him as he was minding his own business doing his shopping. Even though most of the time the employees are not at the check outs when customers are ready/waiting to check out!

Horrible service tonite 3/17/16. Shop there alot since it close to home, great for picking up last minute things. Tonight we walked out leaving our stuff at the register why you ask? Well because the cashier walked off as we were coming up to the counter to check out. We stood there for almost 15 minutes and still no cashier,with her it's not the first time she's walked off usually to act busy. This time it was to pilfer for broke down boxes in the back room of the store for people she knew..5 minutes after we left they walked out with boxes but she didn't go back to the register as far as we could tell anyway, so that almost 20 minutes we would have waited to be checked out!

Dirty and very unorganized!!! Went in yesterday to grab few things and well all i can say is i wish i would have thought to take pictures for thier corporate office and everyone else..Stock carts blocking isles, dog food layed all over isle couldn't walk down it then after i eas able to get to the dog food i needed i fell on the cart that they had parked in front of the isle tjat thry use to stock tje items with. As i was going to check out there were more items laid on floors all around stock carts in main isles..aweful...its amazing that when they know corporate or district managers are coming they know how to do their jobs and keep the store clean. If only a suprise inspect would be done rather than a weeks advance notice, everyone there would be fired including managers!!!

Awesome store, but they run out of things too often. It’s been months since I’ve been able to buy a gallon jug of water. There are other items that run out frequently as well.

There was a woman working the other day, she wasn’t wearing a name tag but her bottom was halfway out. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

It's weird because it is basically suppose to be a knock off of the bigger stores yet they are pricey as well...it's basically a quick stop if you needed something but any other time you'd rather go to Wal-Mart.

Well I stopped in there once traveling from Appleton to La Crosse and I needed some bird seed and they did have it for a reasonable price the store was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly
