This is a well stocked hardware store with good quality products. The employees are very helpful and experienced. The rental department has good selection of equipment available and I was quickly trained in operation of the equipment that I had rented.

A nice, clean, organized store. Staff is extremely friendly. Overall they seem to have what I need. Lots of power tools and a decent hardware selection. Returns are disappointing, I had to wait over 10 minutes for help at the return desk, then had to wait a few more minutes in line at the checkout to get my money back. Poor design in my opinion.

We spend a lot of time & money here. Absolutely love this store! Everyone is very helpful & they have beautiful plants! Our yard is loaded with gorgeous flowers & garden veggies! No complaints! I recommend this place for about any house hold & yard needs!

The store was great as true value, albeit a little high priced. Now with the switch to ace, the prices are beyond ridiculous and it's such a bummer to see this place gouging us on most everything in the store, some items doubling in price. $30 for a quart of white paint. Go to the design homes store just down the road by BP.

As usual, place is pretty good. Their pricing structure means you will pay a bit more, but hardware stores like this have that path. Not always when you ask a question is the customer service person you ask receptive. The gentleman today for 2 fast questions was wonderful. The selection is pretty good and geared to the local rural community. They had a good crowd on Memorial Day.

As soon as I walked in I told a cashier what I was looking for and she said to go to isle 24 and she would send someone over...... Oscar came to help me and was very nice and informed on the info I was looking for. We found what I wanted right away. Then I was looking for a power washer and when I decided which one I wanted Oscar carried it to the counter and then after purchase he carried it to the car.... I have always had good experiences there and they always have what I am looking for. I will always go back and shop there.....

Called there asking about window repair and they was very unhelpful. I have a cabin close by I recently purchased and will be there only there on weekends. I need plexiglass cut for 3 windows but I have to have it done same day as I have nothing to put back in. They said they was backed up a week and was very unwilling to help. I could install the plexiglass myself I just need them to cut it and still no go. I'm new to the area but won't be shopping there. Will have it cut locally where I live and take it up and install it. Was rather surprised by the lack of service by the man on the phone.

This store always has almost everything you need. The garden center is exceptional. It can be a little pricey however if something you are looking for is not on sale so watch for the sales.

Provided the young ‘gentleman’ behind the key counter is given the benefit of the doubt,(he might’ve been having a bad day) but was exceptionally unfriendly, discourteous and curt, with limited to no customer service skills apparent. I asked for 4 copies of a door key— he only cut me two which necessitated a return trip to the key counter— not a big deal but Thankfully the other gentleman who cut the other 2 copies was a better representation of True Value.

Entered the store to furnish an entire house with window blinds. We were greeted by 2 friendly ladies who paged the person in charge of that dept only to find out 10 minutes later the person was in a meeting and not available for at least an hour!! Being a business professional myself I can not help but think thousands of dollars on a sale or a meeting??!! We are from out of town and just bought a 2nd house in the area!! So much for buying local, YOU just lost out on a fantastic sale!!

I bought a beautiful hanging plant that will not hold any water. I have to water it twice every day. I am guessing that they did not put any peatmoss in with the soil. I will probably lose the plant while I am gone over the 4th of July weekend even though I will be taking precautions to keep it watered during this time.Probably won't be buying anymore hanging plants there for this reason.Store did have a lot of nice items and I did purchase a small resin bunny and am very pleased with that.

Excellent customer service, however, prices are a bit expensive. Price gouging at its finest!! 50 masks for $75. They even took it to the next level and packaged some themselves in ziplock bags. 2 pack for $6.
