Great for smaller breed. Not great for long hair shepherds. Machine would not accept $1 or $5 bill so lost money. Ended up bringing dogs home to dry them. You can only pause for 1- 30 second interval while your money keeps ticking down while you scrub your dog. Will not be going back. RIP OFF......

Super convenient. Didn't have any issues with payment. There's a wash station for two sizes small and large. The large would fit a great dane. I wish more cities had this!!!!

Worked great! We used our own soap so I cant comment on the soap provided in the machine. Very convenient and we will be back.
