The people there were helpful, but the store itself lacks items. They sell trees but not tubes and stacks to protect them. I could have bought fencing and fence posts to do the same thing. The cost would have been 5 to 7 times more depending on the fencing and posts.

Love the store. The service is slacking. I was in there the other day and walked around the store looking for some products. Didn't find what I was looking for, and not one employee asked if I needed any help. Customer service is such a thing of the past that blows my mind, seeing how everyone is switching to self check outs to improve customer service. . . . Along with saving money by having hard working people come to a store to spend our money when we are not working just to work some more. One day, I hope you all wake up and realize a successful business must have a foundation of customer service. Without us, there is no company. Remember that.

When I see a good deal, I like to take advantage of it. Came upon this bin with a totally clear sign on it, stating 90% off. Well say no more, that's me! The cashier ran the item thru, and the price was more than what would have been the sale price 🤔 . I questioned it, and all the cashier would tell me is that she had to go by what showed up on her screen. She did nothing to accommodate the customer. You would think that she would want to make the sale and get it out of inventory and not have to restock the item.

Received a new flyer Thursday in email. Went that afternoon. All the items I wanted were sold out!! So I asked management and clerks "Why are you sending out the flyer if you don't have the merchandise?" One said it doesn't matter, it gets people in the door and money in our registers. At least they spoke the truth. I will shop else where! Somewhere that I am valued and not a $$ sign.

Have a really poor taste in my mouth after this experience. I want to rate higher because staff were very friendly and polite and the tires are good, the work looks good and the new tires ride well. But I just can't.Called on a Thursday to ask about tires. They had a buy 3 get 1 free, but the woman told me it ended that day. I had to come to the store before 5pm to pay. Tried to pay online, wasn't an option. She wasn't sure when a new deal would be coming back. I had to act now...! Left work early and paid. Saw a price match guarantee listed and spoke to the woman about it. She said to bring in paperwork and they would do a rebate for the price match.Fast forward 2 days to the tire appointment. Mind you its been 2 days. As I am waiting I see the buy 3 get 1 free sign still out. Same sign i saw when paying. I figured maybe it was just left out. I ask if they have any specials on tires and she tells me about the deal on the sign. I think maybe new brands, that would make sense. It was the same brand as Thursday.... I then ask about the price match and what specifically they needed. But im then told it doesn't apply to the buy 3 deal. Icing on the cake was listening to them tell another guy the same thing as I sat there. Deal ended Wednesday this time though....To say I feel taken advantage of and deceived would be an understatement. They tried to get me to buy an alignment check and suspension check. How can I trust the work after this?! No way...Used fleetfarm automotive for many years. Not sure I'll ever be back.

Disappointing as always. Used to be able to find the hard to find batteries here. Now it's just car batteries and a few lawnmower batteries. Every time you walk in this place they're no longer stocking items they used to stock.

It seems like I've run into a bait and switch situation with the car wash! I was in on Tuesday evening and the young man behind the counter said he can't sell the two for Tuesday buy one ultimate car Wash and get one free deal because the "receipt thing is down"! The car wash works fine but the thing that gives you the code doesn't! I then went to the service desk to see if they'd give a rain check since it's their problem but a girl with dark oily hair and glasses saw me coming and walked away to register's further down the counter but didn't say a thing to me because her face was buried in her cell phone! Once she did speak it was pretty much a "tough luck for you who cares attitude". So the next time I need a car wash I'll go to KwikTrip! And when I need a new lawn mower or building supplies I will just go to Menards or Home Depot!

This is my favorite one to go to even though five others are closer to my home. Huge fishing selection and a knowledgeable and courteous staff keep me coming back. One gentleman spent over 45 minutes with me showing me the difference between fishing rods and reels and helped me choose the product that would fit me the best.

Damon the manager was the best. I went in trying to buy a utility trailer but had no idea what i needed. Damon went in an out of the store to my truck 3 different times to fit the appropriate hitch and brake system. It was also 30 degrees and night time. He then attached the trailer to my truck. after all that I left my phone in the store and did not realize till it was closed. I was able to go back and get my phone 30 minutes after it closed at 830 pm. Damon went above and beyond and hopefully the store will recognize this. thanks so much!

After some disappointing experiences earlier in the year, on our lastest visit we got everything we were looking for at a good price. I've seen some improvement lately so I've rated them more highly. Sometimes it can be hit or miss, but we still shop there almost weekly.

Fleet Farm almost has everything you need from guns. To dresses to candy, to a dressIf you need cooking, there's like a slow cooker to basically a Hz they are basically A. To Z. They have, they're really a good shore shop. I shop there a lot.

There were multiple customers in the store with no mask on. These two employees are interacting with a customer and allowed to purchase a gun, but they were not required to wear masks. As we were checking out another gun purchaser was escorted to the door with the gun purchase by an employee and no mask on.This company does not enforce the state mandatory mask wear. The would however not let me shop with my dog because the state doesn't allow pets because they sell food (as told to me by another employee who would not enforce the mask wearing on the store for two other customers insaw in the pet section.

I like the man's store alot but what is it when they are out of something it takes weeks to get back in stock.plus every fleet I go to the bathrooms are clean but they always smell horrible iv gone to roadside taverns and gas stations that smell better.sorry not sorry.

I took the wrong receipt for throwing stars3 stars $ 25,They didn't have sharp edgesdid not stick,took in the wrong receiptthey were trying to give me 20 out of $25I said guess I have to,they handed me a gift card.of MY money,they said they remembered me from two days earlier. Told him I was on disability and fixed-income.After I said 3 times can I have my money,it's gas to get home from the 40 mile round tripHe said get out.I know we're not in the day and age of the customer's always right,They don't have the humanity side of their business.

Now this Fleet farm is the one I've always go to. And I always have an enjoyable experience that people are friendly and knowledgeable. And I have never had a problem with anyone there. And from now on, I'm just gonna be going to this one. Do not want to go to the manitowoc anymore. They are not the same caliber of people.

I want to give a huge thank you to the manager Josh. Tonight my kids and I came in. When I was checked out, I didn't receive the proper discount. When I came back into the store my kids were a bit rowdy. A employee noticed it, and was out of line. The manager took charge. Josh issued a refund and backed off his employee.It means alot to a mom. I appreciate your help. And the chance to meet another decent human being.

I have had to get my brake pads and rotors on F150 changed four times at the auto center here in two years. I am now out $2800 because of poor work being done. Parts under warranty not paid for because “they” missed a caliper that was bad. $1200 just in a visit this weekend and last weekend. Manager offered me a complementary oil change for the inconvenience. Will never go back.

Great selection of anything you need. Amo spears and knifes guns galore!!! Food ,gardening home improvement, fishing camping,the list goes on. If your a fan of KEEN boots and shoes like i they have a huge selection.
