Got a pig butchered there took the over three months to get it back. The pork steaks have a brown ring around the bone that taste disgusting. Bacon is so salty that you need three gallons of water to eat it also.

If there was a zero I'd give it. Had them butcher my pigs, cuts are unrecognizable, and got 1/2 beef from them. Those cuts are ridiculous as well! The pictures below are supposed to be T-bone steaks (claimed this was 2 steaks) and the pork chops are not chops! Poorly cut pork steak perhaps, which I didn't order, you can clearly see label said chops. Never again! Especially for the price I paid! Awful!

We bought a quarter of a beef from a farmer and had it processed here. The processing was efficient and the people friendly. They shown old time trust and business values. I would definitely do business with them again if the need arises
