I was looking for bougie dog treats and this place came HIGHLY recommended. I'm so glad it did, because my pup LOVES their treats - they're also so adorable! I even got her a birthday cake today :') She was really excited and thoroughly enjoyed it. Definitely going to recommend this place to others looking for the same.I will admit though, customer service isn't great at times. If you have questions or don't understand something fully, they can get pretty short with you (especially on the phone). But it's still a good place for treats if that doesn't discourage you :)

Since we adopted our baby girl 7 years ago, this has been a place we enjoy visiting for treats and gifts. Phenomenal staff and incredible bakery/treats. So many options.This review is specifically for the amazing cake that Jade received for her birthday party yesterday. It was beautiful and so special. An absolute hit with all the pups. We take our dog Rocky to this grooming salon and we ask for Tony. Our dog is senior (13 yrs) and needs a bit of extra TLC. Tony has been grooming Rocky for a few years and we love him, always caring and he does a great job. Wouldn’t ask for anyone else.Thank you to the entire staff for their great customer service and attitudes, it’s a pleasure to do business with you.

I’ve seen tons of posts and reviews about happy pups and their birthday treats, but this not just a place for dogs! I was so happy when I learned they could make birthday cakes for cats, too. Phoebe absolutely loved her cake and went crazy over the cat nip around it. I picked up a bag of homemade cat treats, too. If you have a cat you want to spoil, definitely stop here.

It's been 2 years since I adopted Jackson and he's been a big support in my life So I decided to celebrate by visiting this bakery with him. Got him a birthday cookie, a brownie and some banana ice cream. Great place to grab a sweet treat for that special pet in your life.

Lots of high quality pet food options, and they will order products for you if their distributors have them. The owners are great, and the shop dogs are even better :) They also bake all sorts of fun dog treats. I come for cat food, so I have never tried any of the bakery products, but it always smells good in the store!

I rescued a Great Pyrenees from an abusive family.She was in bad shape and I needed to clean her up on the way home.Because I had no shot record no one would allow us to use their self serve EXCEPT Petlicious!! They were kind, caring and one of the wonderful sweet groomers clipped her nails. They did all this without charge!! What a wonderful place of business. I will never forget them and always tell people about this business. People that want to take their beloved pets to a phenomenal Bakery / dog spa / salon THIS is the place you want to go! Thank you Petlicious so much for the kindness you showed this sweet girl when she needed it most !

I have had trouble finding a good groomer who is willing to keep my 90# labradoodle's fur longer than usual- no shaving! It takes longer to do the job but it is too important to me to accept less. Roni is my groomer. She not only has the talent but the understanding of my preferences. And my dog Sydney loves her. Every 4 weeks I make the drive up from IL with no hesitation. I also see other dogs coming and going and have to believe that all the groomers here are highly talented also. But Roni is my choice. Thank you Petlicious Spa. You are offering the best!

Have been getting cakes for 10 years here...unfortunately i will be going some place else now. Customer service was unhelpful when trying to place a cake order today and hurried me off the phone. Didnt care about what i was looking for..just "cant do that" for cake and pick up time.. I guess they are doing so well that my business doesnt matter to them. Sad after 10 years...owell. Good luck

I have been coming to Petlicious since it opened...both the Bakery and spa. Today, when I called to schedule a spa appointment for my dog, I was told it was several weeks out. Although, quite disappointing, I get it...I don't, however, appreciate the incredibly rude and unprofessional customer service I received. I called back and talked to the owner, who said they would talk to her...he then statedit has been an issue in the past, where this employee was talked to. Overall, it didn't end well....and for the incredibly sad and disappointing service, there's no way I'd recommend, nor would I ever send my baby there again. If there is an ongoing concern, please provide training to them...or, maybe it's not a good fit. I have sent several people their way, as well as have I also spent a lot of money there...that stopped today.

Tony and DeAndre are fabulous and take good care of our dog, taking their time and giving a lot of reassurance to our very nervous dog.Unfortunately we will be leaving after years of going there because it’s too much of a hassle to get in. There’s no one who answers calls, and no one calls you back when you leave a message. It’s impossible to get an appointment unless you schedule as you leave (which I sometimes can’t do). If the groomer is late, you can’t leave your dog, so you’re forced to stay with your dog waiting until the groomer gets there. Of course I, myself, would wait with my dog because she’s nervous, but for those who expect to drop and go at your designated appointment time, you can’t do that. And the other groomers are rude if you even ask to do so.Also, they expect you to quickly retrieve your dog after the appointment is over… which is hard to do sometimes because each appointment time varies and you might be in the middle of running an errand when they call. It’s inconvenient to clear your schedule for 2-3 hours for each grooming appointment as you wait for it to be over… they should be a bit more flexible and understanding that you can’t always zoom over there when they call. Tony and DeAndre are always understanding but the other groomers can be rude about that.One last thing, some of the groomers there are ornery. I’ve had bad experiences interacting with some of them and it’s really off-putting. No good.

The “pet spa” scheduling and customer service are huge issues that, unfortunately, overshadow the quality grooming/care received. Many of the staff treat you like you are an inconvenience walking in trying to get on the list for an exclusive club.The scheduling book (which includes erasers) and phone system are dated and you can never call to confirm anything. I have had my appointment cancelled when I do try to call to confirm, but never receive a call back. ***Shantelle has always been a very kind, responsive person, and treats me and my dog great. It’s a shame that the rest of the business is so unprofessional and unpleasant.

The Pet Spa never calls back. I love my dog’s groomer but you leave a message and no one calls. Last time I tried scheduling, myself and my husband called a total of 6 times and had to physically go in to schedule an appointment. Now I’m trying to confirm my dogs next appointment and have called 3 times and no response. Having to drive to physically go into the facility to speak to someone is the worst level of customer service. After being a customer for close to 10 years I’m now going somewhere else. First call I made, got an appointment tomorrow.

Super loud inside/stressful on the dogs. We followed a groomer to another dog spa a couple years ago and haven’t looked back. I’d rather pay a little more to make sure my dog is in a safe and calm environment.

Petlicious is amazing! My dog gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot! She loves their homemade products, and I love knowing I can trust them to carry only high-end products. Their grooming and self-wash dog bathing services are wonderful as well.

The owners who operate the store were extremely Pleasant and helpful. They had a great variety of treats for both dogs and cats along with a huge selection of top quality food. I was excited to see that they carry Fromm cat food. Can't wait until our kitties' first birthday in March so we can get them one of the delicious looking birthday cakes that they make.

Our family dogs have loved coming here since the day they opened years ago. My dog always recognizes when we’re en route and gets so excited! They have a great variety of treats for my pet and the best customer service. I’d rather spend a few $ more on dog food here and support this great business than to purchase online from someone else.

All 5 stars are right! My beloved greyhound LOVES this place, Karen and Dave (owners) are great people and treat customer's dogs like family! They make wonderful, healthy dog treats, fresh in the store... the "muddy paws" are a my dog's FAVORITE treats.. says a lot, because he likes everything! Great selection of quality dog food including frozen raw items... my greyhound's next favorite food. Right next door is their spa where you can wash and pamper your pooch! They are also pro-pooch supporters at events and organizations that are kind to our furry friends! Stop in and you may be lucky enough to meet their fluffy samoyeds!
