I recently picked up quite a bit of chicken, both baked and deep-fried from the delicatessen on Sunday. I also picked up a baptismal cake from the bakery. My guests thought the chicken was delicious. The cake was decorated beautifully and also delicious. Thank you Super One and your employees for providing these wonderful services at your store in Park Falls.

Awesome cashiers built us sack lunches as we checked out. Thanks for supporting local animal shelter.

We ALWAYS are treated so terrific by every employee there, with the one exception of one cashier consistently, Lynn. Every time we have had any interaction’s with her, she acts as if you’re inconveniencing her. She slams and tosses your groceries down the belt, is ALWAYS frowning and looking upset, and very obviously doesn’t want to be there. It’s a shame that she is stationed on checkouts to interact with customers. Every other cashier smiles, treats you like a friend and makes you not mind doing your weekly shopping. Definitely do your shopping at this store, just stay out of Lynn’s checkout, lol!

Sadly it's the only choice we have. I get prices are high due to inflation but this store is terrible. Some of the employees act like they are being bothered to do their job. Don't take advantage of the fact that you are the only store in town. Just bought a 7 layer salad in the deli that had no lettuce in it..but what was there was drowning in dressing. It looked like soup! Went right in the trash!

It's a good place to get groceries and shop, Super One Foods is a good store to get stuff you need, cashiers are nice there and they also have good bakery goods.

Returned a brand of dry cat food called Fluffy's because it wreaked like chemicals. The lady helping me was rude and pushy. My wife accidentally dropped a bottle of alcohol a couple months ago and they seemed very put off about it. Accidents happen! We can't stand this location

The price gouging is extreme and they are the only store within 25 miles. They regularly have expired products in their dairy clearance. Their marked down meat is often brown too yuck. Once they sold me bad salad mix and I returned it. I personally saw them return it to the shelf. It was no longer sealed and I had put my hands in it. Gross! This seems to be a company wide problem as I saw this at several U.P. locations as well this summer (the expired dairy) Their prices are so ridiculous everyone I know is !making the 100 mile round trip to Wal-Mart now. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been in this store once. Decided to use the self checkout. Unfortunately I had to deal with a rude attendant. I’ll shop elsewhere.

Staff is very friendly, but apparently management could use a lesson in having fresh food. Potatoes and onions growing right on the shelf. Meat is pretty bad. We shop Hayward or Minocqua (hour drive) unless it’s something small or urgent. It’s worth the drive to get good meat and produce. If they would just realize they could draw so many more customers with actual fresh food then they would make more money. Too bad, Park Falls is a great town, this store does it a disservice. Again, the staff is amazing, management needs a few business lessons.

First off don't waste your time shopping here if you want good quality. I worked here and what goes on behind the scenes is absolutely disgusting. Meat department especially. Their workers back there don't wear hair nets (some do but most don't) or gloves. They sell meat half priced that's rotten and should NOT be consumed by humans. They also treat staff horribly. The managers don't care about their employees what so ever I was working on a broken toe and they still forced me out of everyone else to go face the store, get carts, take garbage etc. Then complained if I was being slow. Just down right not a good place to work or shop.

This supermarket is as good as a Chicago national chain supermarket in terms of selection, cleanliness, service, and general ambience. I speak as a Chicago resident who is at least foodie-adjacent.This is not a "warehouse store" but a large supermarket with many aisles. All the things I would have had on my list at home, from sunflower butter to biscotti to Silk almond-milk based yogurt alternative to quick-cooking steel-cut oats to fair-trade Sumatran coffee, I was able to find with no trouble. The fruits and veggies were fine. And the prices were a bit lower overall than in the city, in my judgment. So, if you are a visitor from some more metropolitan district, cast aside all skeptical urban snobbery. And watch for the local products too.

Rude older women workers on the weekend mornings. Rated two stars as they have more food options than other stores in the county. Get rid of the bad attitudes.

They need better training. When bagging, occasionally the checker forgets to give the item (Usually Chicken) they bagged to the bag boy/girl. I called inquiring if that happened, they said no. They wouldnt check with register. Only to find out they returned it to the shelf and did not inform the Customer Service Desk. So they ripped me off about $12.00. I get mistakes happen, but they refused to check and follow through. I know it was purchesed because the cashier inquired why I was feeding my dog it.

This is a really nice store with very helpful staff. Most items are priced competitively. They have good stock considering we are in the middle of covid19. Parking is good. Store is clean. I would come back.

Been shopping here since we moved here 8 years ago. We moved from by a Walmart. And I prefer this store over Walmart. People dress respectably, are very helpful and friendly. I pretty much know most of them. Great deals. Coupon books. I save tons! No excuses on prices people. I save $80 or more every time I go shopping for a family of 5. I get so much people think I shop for a daycare or something. And I menu plan for healthy things. I love the cashiers. They love my couponing unlike other places who will be nasty to you over it and they compliment me on my savings. I get people who will randomly stop me and tell me how inspiring I am. Love it!

Good selection, clean store, friendly helpful employees. Prices can be a little high, but if you're a frugal shopper you can still find some good deals.

I can't begin to say what an awful awful company this is. They are VERY overpriced and have poor quality. I have returned bad lettuce that was opened and watched them put it back on the shelf. They are always out of sale items, and can't seem to figure out how to keep things in stock. Their coupon system is a mess and designed to rip people off. They tell you that their coupon code covers ALL store coupons, but they have a "special" set of store coupons that they consider "manufacturer" coupons, and have bar codes on them. These are NOT included in the code they use at checkout, and unless you know this (which they do not tell you) you get charged full price and no one at the store says anything. This is the worst company for customer service I have ever seen in my life. I can't wait to move away from this area, and in the meantime will go 50 miles out of my way to Walmart just to not spend a dime in their horrible store.

Good selection for a small town grocer, however how they package their produce drives me nuts. They package zucchini and squash together in groups of three on styrofoam trays with additional plastic wrap. They shuck the corn husks off and then package in plastic. 🙄 Many fruits and vegetable do not need to be packaged in plastic, they have skins for a reason. I have raised my concerns and they have gone ignored.

Very high prices as this is the only grocery store in park falls. I don't do my big grocery shopping here. I drive to minocqua and go to Wal-Mart. They do have good deals from time to time. There deli and hot food is good. If you are just up here for hunting or vacation or something then this place is perfect for everything you need. If you live here, get used to being broke paying for groceries.

I asked the lady server in the deli if she had clean hands as she filled a container with cole slaw. She said yah. I said good because I noticed u are not wearing a sanitary glove like your.colleague. She just kind of snorted and asked if I wanted anything. Sanitation apparently not universal. Overall good store.

I have had a business here, shop there every week, spend a lot of money, and lived here all my life, I use my debit card 99% of the time, today I wrote out a check, she asked for my drivers license. What a turn off. Wish we had more choices for shopping. I would go elsewhere.
