Well, after 8 times of being told my order was sent out over the course of 1.5 months. I received part of my order on the days I specified it not to be delivered because I would be gone. Then I was told it fell through the cracks. Well the shipping stamp revealed it was never sent out any of the dates I was told. Now I can understand that to a degree. I was able to have about 1/4 of the order germinate from it sitting out in the sun for three days. What really irritates me is receiving a bill and in the name it says complainer. Really? This is how this company treats customers. What a shame after doing business with them in the past with no issues.

Great little store for food plots, aquatic plants for waterfowl, bird seed and other perennials and annuals wildlife products. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable about the planting of their products. Will definitely return. You can't order online but you call in your order, they ship daily with UPS.

I have been purchasing seed for my birds for many, many years from Kester's. The seeds are plumper and fresher than anything you can buy on Amazon or at a Pet Store. My umbrella Cockatoo's, African Grey and Cockatiels LOVE it! Thanks for many years of Great Service and Seed!
