All the negative nail trim reviews don’t ring true to me, possibly 1 person rallying all their friends to review? Nikki and team always take GREAT care of my dogs for monthly grooming and daycare. They can’t wait to get there, look and smell wonderful (and the best part) are worn out when they come home. Thank you Nikki!!

Great place, they take absolute great care of my dogs. They cut the nails shorter and shorter each time for me and they stop the bleeding with kwik stop products that help the nails heal closed! Super thankful for Ms. Nikki and her staff over in the falls!

Absolutely NEVER go here unless you want an unprofessional, rude, and negligent owner to cut your dog’s nails down to stumps and have them bleed for three hours. This could cause so many vet bills, and trauma to the animal itself.

Wirst experience I have ever had with a "so called" groomer. Did not maintain the safety of my puppy while in her care. Rude and unprofessional when I questioned her about it. I can not understand how this woman has maintained a business. I am absolutely appalled at the service I recieved or I should say lack of service. Please take your pets elsewhere!

Place is excellent. I too believe there was a hating life kind of customer who had “friends” write some bad reviews,all within a week of each other. Nikki takes great care of her animals I trust her and workers with any dog.😊❣️

The worst place to get your animal’s nails cut. They made my friend’s dog’s nails bleed, then told him to put cornstarch on the bleeding since dogs can’t bleed out that way (which yes, they actually can). How awful. Please do not take your furbabies here if you actually care about your animals.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR PETS! This woman is absolutely horrible. Injured my dog during his visit and did not even have the decency to tell me what happened. When I called to confront her I was hung up on. Incredibly unprofessional and does not treat the animals in her care safely! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

First off Im not a professional but have clipped my dogs nails for years and I can tell you this is what not to do! I don't recommend! Idk why someone would try to cut them that short!!

I was always worried about bringing my dogs to a boarding facility. Nikki and her team are amazing. I can now not only go on vacations but enjoy them, knowing my dogs are in great hands.

Owner is great!!! She does a super job grooming our dogs. We have been other places that said they were professional groomers, but did not do a good job. Nikky & the girls are always sweet & loving to all the animals that come in!!! Highly recommend this place for grooming & boarding

Great people that work there. Our dog is well cared for when we leave her there for vacations. She gets a suit when she's there which has a couch and TV in her room. They cut her nails better than any other place that we've taken her. She's well cared for.

We just had our Golden Retriever groomed and we could not have been any happier. They did a great job with everything, we didn’t think it was our dog when he came out. We will for sure be going back.

Love this place and my pups did not mind to much needed to board them for a few days. Ran in to a snag, they where very understanding and helped us out and was sympathetic. Pups also do not mind getting groomed be the staff.

Just had my border collie mix groomed there, and he looks great! I think it may be the best grooming he's ever had - and he's so soft!!! So happy to have found a good place in my new location!

I have taken my dog several times here. Very good pricing. Very friendly, clean, and flexable. They are good with my dog and he loves to go there. Sometimes you have to leave a message but have always had a call back in 24 hours or less. The price is significantly less than it is for grooming a Lhaso Apso in Green Bay. I would recommend to anyone in the Oconto Falls area.

During a visit from the Twin Cities, our pup decided to be a REAL dog and roll in the horse pasture. Before he snuggled under our covers again, he desperately needed a bath!We are used to pretty upscale places, so I was a little hesitant when I brought Sonny up to the "country" groomer. Boy were those feelings misplaced! Sonny had a fabulous wash with the softest fur we have EVER felt! I wish we lived closer, we would ditch those fancy pet spas in Minneapolis and come to K-9 Creations every time!
