we were told we were going to receive a 20% discount for coming in early and did not receive it. we were also charged for nails being trimmed but they couldnt do it on my dog so i am not sure why we were still charged.. however other then that, they were really good with my dog and took time with her as she is still a puppy!

Each and every time we bring our boy Atticus anywhere NEAR Petco he assumes he is going to see Amber that day and gets excited so excited with non stop happy tail! Amber and the staff do an amazing job and we just love our babies excitement in coming to your establishment. His contentment says everything we need to know! Brought my 2 doodles in for a bath. The groomer was Tony and he did a great job and my girls seemed happy. This is the first time using this service and I will be scheduling again in 6 weeks.

THE BEST is you answered the phone instead of connecting me to voice mail!!!! I just needed a nail trim and left a message with other petco (St.Francis) they called me a day LATER! Oak Creek petco VERY FRIENDLY on phone and when I went there! Very happy with trim and buff!!!!!

First time trying this location and wont be back. I was asked to come in earlier because there was an error with scheduling for the time I booked, fine. Upon arriving no one greeted us or introduced themselves (not even the stylist)...and not to mention my dog had a different stylist on the day of his appointment and I specifically booked for Lyric. My toy poodle haircut looks choppy like he was rushed. The stylist Sydney did not seem to show any attention to my dog which is a big no for me. She also did not blow him out right, he had tiny hairs in his coat leftover from the cut when I rubbed him. Waited forever just to pick him up all because no one wanted to come out the door. You all need to have a bell at the desk or a receptionist to help people out. I understand if you are busy with cuts or short staffed but you all need to communicate better with paying customers who are trusting you to do a good job with their dogs and get the care they deserve. No one was friendly or helpful as if they knew anything or you were supposed to know everything already. Poor service overall would not recommend.

We dropped our dog off at 2:30 for an appointment on a Friday. All appointments in the past have taken an hour to two and a half hours to complete, so that was what we were expecting. I paid for a bath and services plus de-shedding service. What a surprise when I got the text saying our dog was done in 32 minutes. Not complaining at all about fast service, but at that time, I was in car about 30 to 40 minutes away. I responded I would be on my way and there as soon as possible. Well, I got 4 total calls and texts rushing me to get there to get my dog and none were very nice. I got there and the grooming area was closed (4 pm) on a Friday. I had to ask the manager to get my dog who was left alone in the kennel in the grooming area. When we saw him, he was rubbing his eyes with his paws, but we thought it was because he was in dark kennel. Well, as the evening progressed, his eyes were BRIGHT red and swollen. Had to do emergency vet call and they said he for sure had to have gotten stuff in his eyes while at groomer. Had to put him on an antihistamine for a few days. I was told by the manager at the store that my dog was the last dog of the day for the groomer. With that being known, it is apparent that she rushed through his treatments and completed them all quickly so she could leave earlier for the weekend. I have never had such poor customer service. I used to love taking my dog to PETCO grooming, but I will no longer be doing so.

They were nice upon arrival. Also I’ll admit I didn’t observe the cut good enough upon leaving. However, I thought it was okay from first glance. When taking him home and looking more closely I noticed it was VERY choppy. He had hair in his eyes & eyes became irritated . His ears was not cleaned. Some of his nails were missed for trimming. The asked style of trim was not obtained. Lastly, it appeared he might’ve had razor burn on his genital area because he began biting at it & just extremely irritable in that area . It was a first and last time for myself and him.

Our dog was seen right away and he had no issues with having his nails trimmed there. He had anxiety at another place we had taken him. We are very satisfied with Petco and will be doing our grooming and rabies shots there in the future.

There used to be a wonderful groomer at this location but she left. Now terrible! Took less than one hour instead of two. Her face hair close her mouth was not washed or trimmed, and her ears still had the same wax in them as when I dropped her off! Nails were barely trimmed. When I asked if her nails were trimmed the girl got very defensive and rude. So disappointed because this place was right near my house.

I brought my Springer Spaniel in for grooming to the the location in Oak Creek. The staff was friendly and I was happy with the results. I plan to return in the future for my dog's next haircut.

I liked the way I was greeted as soon as I entered. I liked how I was treated while I was there; and I liked the loving treatment my puppy received while there. I feel Rebecca, the groomer and the rest of the staff deserve a 10.

Lyric grooms both of our dogs - William and Harry. She always does an excellent job, and is able to handle both of them, despite their crazy behavior. We trust her and will keep coming back.

I forgot her name but the young lady who assisted me at about 430-5pm yesterday 8/26 was amazing. She was so kind and answered all questions and had me in/out in about 5 minutes. I will come back again just for the service I received
