My Shitzu poodle mix was groomed by Katie. She did the most amazing job.My dog came out looking beautiful, smelled great, and had no nicks. Katie was very communicative as to what I was looking for and how my dog did during the process. My dog came back happy and not terrified. I highly recommend taking your dog here, big or small, to be groomed.

They did a great job on our new puppy. We just got her from jaws. She was a stray Ann was all matted. We tried to do it ourselves but found out it’s best to leave it to the professionals.

Pleased with our experience at Bentleys. Staff was friendly and our little dog came back looking dapper and happy. Their shampoo smells delicate and pleasant — not perfumey, which is great. I appreciate the care and professionalism Katie handled our appointment with, as we’ve tried a few other (non-Bentley) groomers with disappointing results. The cut was a little more expensive than other groomers in the area, but given the positive experience it was worth the peace of mind and we will definitely be returning for another grooming.

Just got a pup a couple of weeks and thought I’d give this place a chance, VERY glad I did. Brought him in for bath, nail trim and teeth brushing. He was a happy pup afterwards. Showed no fear like if there was any mistreatment or something. The staff was very polite and answered all my questions (being my first time there, I had a few). Wish I could remember the name of the woman that took care of my pup to give her the credit she deserves. Making this place a bi-weekly thing. Highly recommend this place!!!

Update: We continue to take our weenies to Kaitlyn because she does such a good job with them!! She takes the time to make them feel comfortable and always repeats back to us about any issues that come up. She is wonderful… highly recommend!!!Just took my two dachshunds in today and Kaitlyn did a great job!! The pups look great, especially our longhair dachshund we have struggled to find a good groomer for. We will definitely be back!

Took my dog into Bentley’s to get her first haircut. All the staff were awesome and greeted us at the door. The groomer came out and disused what we wanted and when I came back to pick her up I was very pleased with how it turned out. The whole process was very efficient and will be a return customer..
