there's a short old fat chick (blue eyes, seems slow) that cannot work the computer and always gives me and my friends problems if we try to use coupons or Digital payments. if you see the younger crowd they'll be able to help no problem.Pharmacy doesn't stay open long enough to be a use to anyone that works a 9 to 5. Usually send my pills to Oshkosh where there is a 24 hour pharmacy.Great deals on some of the food items from time to time so it's still worth checking out.

Absolutely absurd. I went to this Walgreens to grab some cold medicine, now i have previously gotten this cold medicine at my walgreens closest to home therefore i know that they sell it. Today when i went to go grab it at this walgreens because it happened to be closer to me at the time i had troubles finding because it wasn’t in the spot i was used to. I approached an employee for some help to see if she could help me locate my medication and when she was able to find it she said “it’s right there how could you not see that”. This was completely out of line and had me furious. This is not how you treat paying customers at your store. Her attitude and response to my question was completely unacceptable and these employees definitely need some work and learning when it comes to how to treat a customer with respect! I wish zero stars was an option because that would be my go to. but this was just completely unacceptable and i needed to share my experience at this location. I have never once been treated this way at a walgreens so i will be sure to not return to this location because it was absurd the way i was treated.

I was just at Walgreens to buy a eyeglass repair kit. They did work not sell me the parts I needed to repair my glasses because they did not have a complete package in Stock to scan. I was willing to pay in any way necessary so I could repair my glasses. Not the best way to help a customer.

The worst and most unprofessional people I have ever met in my life. Was given expired medicine and went back to return it and was told too bad its urs so then I ask will you dispose of it I'm not taking it. its my body and my life they're expiration dates on medical products for a reason and fda standards.They told me its mine u find a way to dispose of it what is wrong with these pharmasist.So now that this happened my insurance is fighting me to pay for something they just payed for so I had to go to another pharmacy to get my medicine so it was not expired and had to pay full price for it. I pay insurance for a reason and the one time in my life I need to use it this pharmacy screwed me over. I really want to go in more detail but I'm not going to i think I got my point across and if my doctor and nurse tells me not to take it why would I listen to a phamisist tell me other wise.So when I start feeling better now I will go down to the police station to have them dispose of the medication because this pharmacy would not do so. Never again will I ever visit a walgreens in my life again!!!!!!!

Most Walgreens suck, but this one is TERRIBLE! This marks 7 times in a row where we had a prescription called in and over 4 hours after were told "oh thats not ready yet, i can get it ready in 15-20 minutes. I wish there was an option close to me to switch to. THEY ARE REALLY BAD

Incredibly bad pharmacy service. I had them fill a new prescription last month, and instead of filling the 90 day supply as prescribed, they filled for 30 days and put me on an auto-refill without asking if it was okay. The day I ran out, at 5:05 pm I got a notification that my refill was ready for pickup. That was Saturday. Went to pick it up first thing Sunday morning, and the store was open, but the pharmacy was closed. So, I'm going a day without my med. Great service, Walgreens.

Zero stars should have been an option!!!! If you want to deal with dingbats running the pharmacy, then here is the pharmacy for you!!! Not only that, but they are extremelyyyyy rude!!! They treat customers like dirt!!!! They even tell customers to go elsewhere for prescriptions!!!! And, I have never witnessed them actually admitting to their own mistakes!!!!! In fact, they defend the employees who make mistakes and they tell customers to go elsewhere!!!!! Also, they are complete control freaks over when they let customers get prescriptions. I cannottttt believe these narcissists are in the service industry!!!!!!

The customer service in the pharmacy is absolutely horrific. Every customer doesn't need to know that the staff members are having a bad day. I have been in there three times this week, trying to get my medication, and every time they have been extremely rude, negative, and still have not released my medication which I've had no problems getting anywhere else in the entire duration that I have been on it. They have refused to process my insurance and despite what the insurance company says they still will not follow protocol. I am a healthcare provider. It is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate to treat customers / patients the way that these staff members have treated me upon every interaction with them. When I have gone and talked to them face-to-face they have been absolutely awful to me. The technician told me that my insurance "sucks" when she could not figure out how to read my insurance card for the information. Next day I called and spoke with them while I was driving an hour out of my way to go pick up my medication and the woman hung up on me after leaving me on hold for nearly 10 minutes. I went to the pharmacy and talk to them face-to-face again and the woman at the drive-thru window was absolutely appalling. She was argumentative, kept talking over me, and claimed that I hung up on the woman while she was trying to tell me that my insurance was a complication. I will never recommend a single one of my patients use Walgreens, and I will be contacting corporate about these issues. The lack of professionalism from this Pharmacy is unacceptable. Do better, Walgreens.

The employees at this particular Walgreens pharmacy are thee rudest, most condescending, bad attitude, awful customer service people you will every have the misfortune to come across. My jaw dropped when I overheard the way the pharmacist, or pharm tech, or whatever she was, talking to a customer one afternoon. Come to find out a few weeks later, when it was my turn, she was not simply having a bad day that one day. If you pay attention, these women are almost always like this to everyone they encounter. Could they be anymore obvious they don't want your business? If you can, by all means, take it elsewhere. Give these women a break. They clearly don't want to help you there. So give them what they want. Er....don't want.

Below is the complaint on their main website...This pharmacy needs help. They are rude and unwilling to help anyone. Please go read the Google reviews! They don't lie. I called them today to ask why my son's prescription still hasn't been filled. She said in an annoyed tone'ugh they only stay on the shelf 10 days' I said to her, well they have never been filled, my doctor called them in 10/17/22, it's 11/1/22 some people can't wait for their meds. This girl that answered the phone was then all of a sudden very nice when she realized it was their fault! She said they would be ready tomorrow. But now my son has to go without meds because they change the store hours all the time and they don't open till 9 am, I work I can't get them. I work 7am - 5pm, well they are only open now 9am-6pm. Umm most people are at work??!!! This is not the first time this is the worst WORST Walgreens I've been to. Please go read the reviews about the judgemental employees who need an additude adjustment. All of the employees are rude and something needs to be done... I'm leaving this pharmacy after this and will drive out of my way to another one! I will also be leaving another terrible review on Google!I dare someone reading this or on what ever team reading this call. Ask dumb questions, see how they react... You'll be surprised!

Everytime I come to New London after seeing my doctor the wait times are 1hr - 3hrs. A lot of the girls I had at the drive through were rude and crabby many times to my husband, my aunt and myself and I work in nursing this is unacceptable. I just explained I'm from out of town I live 35 min away, and I couldn't believe it the lady at the window told me, "It's not their problem that I live far from town and me driving through the drive-through a second time is not going to speed it along." That is why my husband switched to Walmart pharmacy and I will be switching myself. There is no reason for the rudeness I would never talk to someone like that.

Terrible SERVICE!!. The lady was rude!! And not helpful. I needed amoxicillon and her response was... well what kind?? I am not a doctor so i wasnt sure. She told me that the appleton walgreens needed to call them. When all she needed to do was look up his name.This is my 3rd pharmacy i went to in order to help my son which has rsv and an ear infection. I am in shock that is how she treated us

Just read the posted reviews. It is no surprise that the majority are about the Pharmacy. WHY is nothing done to improve the Pharmacy service and competency. I have voiced complaints to the store manager on several occasions, most recently this week. I am sure the comments are not taken any further. Not taking action to improve the situation is unacceptable.But when you don't care....

The pharmacy needs desperate help. Also some of the staff behind the counter should be replaced. Yesterday I was judged on the phone. They just assume, when they have no idea about me. I believe this problem would be the manager of the store who I hear who through the grapevine is not a good manager. I don't understand why complaint after complaint something would be done, but NOTHING changes.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. First they closed for lunch, ok - I get that. Then I've caught them in mistakes on my scripts, people make mistakes - all was corrected. But when they started to close at 6 pm I'd had enough. The service is excruciatingly slow. They'll probably speed up now though - I hear there is a mass exodus to Wal-Mart, me included.

I generally love these guys but this morning was just ridiculous. I called and put the prescription number in for my refill. Had one left so there shouldn't have been any issue. Nope...had to wait to speak to someone. Waited on hold dor 25 minutes when their system disconnected me. Called back...waited another 20 damn minutes when someone finally answered. Said something to her about their ridiculous system...no apology...nothing. Been going here regularly for 4 years and have never had this kind of problem. Seems like since the head pharmacist transferred to another store that they have been having issues. Customer service and common sense would tell you that maybe you should at least offer an apology, especially to a regular customer.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst I've ever encountered. Prescriptions are never ready. There's always a delay. And the pharmacy employees appear rushed; disinterested; and almost hostile. Only reason I go here is due to my insurance: otherwise I'd never set foot in the place.

After one year trying to get my prescriptions straight with them I have had nothing but issues. They are completely incompetent. Constantly sending texts that your prescription is ready but when you get there they don't have it. After trying everything they suggest to fix the problem it is just not working. It makes me fearful that they can even get my medications correct. I am moving all my prescriptions back to the pharmacy at Costco in Grand Chute Wisconsin

I appreciate your business, but Walgreens really needs another store here . You are always so very busy . Standing in line for 40 minutes is ridiculous, and the drive thru is not much better . I know you're short staffed , but it is so very inconvenient.

Went today to pick up a prescription that is absolutely needed. And wouldn't be filled until today. Get. There to find out they are closed.. No notice no fill early so someone can have what they need for the long holiday weekend.. So done with this place..

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Never stood in line for less then 30 mins then prescriptions are never ready when they are supposed to be. Got a phone call my prescription was ready, waited 2 hours to go just to be sure and got there and they were still working on it so had to wait another 20 mins.

Ever since they took over Jergen's service has gotten really bad and ridicules. Put in refills with day and time of pick up and when I go it's not even ready. I've put them in 2 days before picking them up. Long waits inside and drive threw I've waited 20-30mins every time. I have been going to them for 11yrs and have pulled mine and my family's meds from them. Not what I want to do but this is what's best for my family. :(

Bonnie assisted me at the New London, WI Walgreens photo center. I was printing photos last minute for my sister's birthday, and if it wasn't for Bonnie, my photos wouldn't have been printed on time. She was extremely helpful and also told me about the Walgreens app to print more photos in the future. The assistance I recieved was the definition of great customer service.

Nice, newer store. Good parking, convenient location. Well lit, clean and good shelf display. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Prices are higher than other retailers, but sale items worth the trip. Picture / photo lab isvery reliable and efficient.

The drive thru line was long so I went in. That line was also long. I waited for 15 minutes in line. The store smelled like someone forgot to take the garbage out. Pharmacy staff was not very friendly.

This is the rudest, slowest location. Waited 30 min for a script after calling it in 2 days earlier. Said it was not ready and asked to stand in line all over again. This place needs better management
