To set this straight with corporate and local managers..This store in particular..You have a female employee that has worked there for a long time. She's highly robotic because I know that sick corporate has recording devices forcing employees to ask too many stupid mundane questions. This isn't a girl doing her course of duty, she's obnoxious to the point where she should be fired. I'm making this review because it's so serious on how employees can creep customers out. Corporate demands things, but this girl is beyond the pale..Do you have a rewards card, do you wants cookies. I'm buying eggs, I told her loudly I already checked the eggs. She ignores me twice, said leave my GD eggs alone. Then she asks again , do you want cookies..No joking. I have no problem hiring the handicap,,but this girl ,,,,please manager tone her down. The next time I drop 100 dollars of purchases,, I'll leave it on the counter and walk out. Quit creeping customers out..

We buy 90% of our meat here. Anything from burgers to steaks to brats. Way cheaper than Festival and better quality meat. Employees are always very helpful.

There “fresh” blends are always not working and than when you ask about it they just say “oh must be out of something, want a coupon for one?” ITS NEVER WORKING, why would I want the coupon? Literally like one other person there and other times where there’s no one and they still can’t figure how to fix or restock the thing. Rather drive 12 minutes to Hortonville where I know it works.

Went there today to air up tires because they were low, had the manager come out to look at jt she changed the hose and kept putting the hose on the tire until it went completely flat. Then just put the out of order bag on top of the air compressor and just walked away with out any other help. I get its cold and the hose might have froze up, but they didn't need to keep trying it until the tire was completely flat. Then ask if we had road side assistance to get the car towed out of the parking lot. The manager wasn't the greatest and wasn't any help whatsoever. Not the biggest fan of this kwik trip as it is.

I am a regular at this store and I have NEVER felt the need to go so public with my complaints. I have found the managers at this store to be reasonable people, except for one assistant manager. I believe her name is Morgan W. and she is a perfect model of human garbage. I have witnessed her degrading her crew members in front of customers. Whenever I come in she always has something negative to say. She has no respect or concern for customers. We have never personally had an altercation because I try to avoid conflict, but she seems to seek it out. She creates drama that gives the store an air of hostility that is unpleasant to be in. I've driven across town to the other Kwik Trip to avoid her behavior, even though I live right across the street. To walk into a Kwik Trip and be greeted with negativity is not the interaction that I expect from these establishments. This company has a reputation of being very courteous and welcoming towards its customers. I'm very disappointed in the management that would allow a person like Morgan to represent their company. I don't want to waver in my loyalty here, but she certainly sways me.

Twice now the cashier didn't bag my hot food and I left the location without realizing I didn't have it apon arriving at work. The staff are always friendly but this infuriating especially considering you PAID for it. I don't care if its because they don't want the food to get cold, this is what a microwave is for! Either bag it all or don't!Edit: It happened again. 24th May 22. I've decided to no longer visit this location anymore.Edit#2: Kwik Trip reached out to me about my experience however have not returned my complaint only to know which store location it was. The situation is unresolved.

Just want to give a shout out to the workers that show up. I went in looking for supper last night at 5:00 to find no sides. A young lady was making a mad dash trying to get things on the shelf. Mumbled something about being 6 people short! But still asked me what I needed, helped ANOTHER customer and after only a short wait, I turned around and my mashed potatoes were in my cart! May your company appreciate you as much as I do! Happy Thanksgiving.

All of the flavored milk now contains bioengineered food ingredients, so there’s no telling what’s in the rest of the food without labels.This comes hot on the heels after they removed all of the top tier gasoline and now sell low tier gasoline at top-tier prices.Kwiktrip used to be a Christian company but the new CEO has decided to serve money and “$cience” instead of God and love.Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I've heard some not so good experiences there, had a few friends go through them. The current manager is bias and hateful towards certain staff and customers. A friend was accused of stealing gas, which was false as they had the transaction receipt from the day they were accused. Another friend worked there which was very bad experience them. Probably the worst kwik trip I've been to because of this

A little late writing this, however I have finally managed to get to it! My visit here on Friday, July 5th was nothing but a pleasure. Who ever was giving samples that day should be given a raise, she was delightful and extremely helpful. Sadly I didn't catch her name, but her work ethic should be praised! Other employees were just as friendly, and I was very happy with everyone's attitude. Thank you for the great experience!

Love Kwik Trip! Was so excited we just moved close to a Kwik Trip. After bad experiences every single time I’ve stopped at this one, I will drive across town or even to one in a different city, rather than visit this location ever again!
